Soul Huntress fills a crucial void in modern mobile gaming by offering a fully featured action RPG that doesn't demand a constant internet connection or force aggressive microtransactions. The responsive controls make pulling off seamless attack combos and dodging boss slams feel genuinely tactile and rewarding.
The progression loop of clearing dungeons, collecting soul loot, and upgrading gear provides a steady stream of satisfaction. While environmental graphics can feel repetitive after extended sessions, the snappy action mechanics and solid offline performance make it an easy recommendation for commuting or traveling.
100% offline gameplay support without internet requirements
Fast-paced hack-and-slash real-time combat system
Deep equipment collection, crafting, and skill tree customization
Diverse enemy types and challenging multistage dungeon bosses
Smooth touch controls optimized for mobile play
Prioritize upgrading AoE (Area of Effect) active skills early on to clear incoming monster waves quickly. When fighting dungeon bosses, utilize dodge rolls to avoid telegraphed boss attacks, then counter-attack with skill combos during their cooldown windows.
Players engage in real-time combat using fluid weapon combos, dodge maneuvers, and special abilities. Slain monsters drop soul currency and equipment, which can be forged, upgraded, and socketed with elemental gems to tailor your playstyle.
Yes, Soul Huntress is fully playable offline without any requirement for an active internet connection.
Great game, very fun and easy to understand all the different mechanics and aspects, would either like A, to see the Badge or Seals (I, II, III, IV, V) actually give you more rewards, either more souls, or gems or runes, or something to make it a little more worthwhile since it gets repetitive having to do each level five times, and B have a Idea/Suggestion option within the game so if we the players think of something we can suggest it to you guys as the Devs. And you can ask the players if they would like it or not, any those are just my thoughts also a Notification for when your willpower is recharged would be nice.
One of those games where there’s no “pickup” or “interact” button assigned to your controller, so every 30 seconds, you have to put your controller down, pickup your phone, play without controller until the chest is open, and then when you are safe to do so, re-mount your phone on your phone stand, pickup your controller, and continue playing, just to open a chest! The tutorial had about 5 chest, that’s five times I’d have to do the process above. Such a basic and necessary control yet it’s uncommon in many games like this one, and something I always look out for, even cod mobiles new game mode is semi controller supported which completely breaks the flow of the game, same issue here. Personally, I find it ridiculous, a lack of a basic function shows a lack of care and passion for the project. Clearly when controller functionality was being tested, basic functionality was ignored. So I sadly will be missing out on this title. Very frustrating and disappointing. The line between a quality game and an okay game, is almost always based off of whether I can interact with items and use menus via my controller.
I loooove the graphics, they’re really nice. The music and the overall atmosphere are great. The difficulty level is decent, because I don’t like that kind of RPG games that play themselves, those are boring. This games challenges you since the beginning but it lets you progress and it’s super cool it works offline, like very few games nowadays. Means no ads except for a few at the shop which are totally optional. The game is a work of art tbh. Let’s see if I don’t quit when it gets too hard xD
Solid base game to enjoy. The UI feels like it could use some improvement to make the buttons a little more manageable. Tutorial for the different systems is there; but it’s quick and would be nice to have a guide to go back and reference. Overall, I really enjoy playing this game. Just navigating the menus and systems in between that time brings it down for me.
The overall game is very fun. Hack and slash, real-time combat, looting. But there’s two other types of champions that cost 7$ each. I get it you need to make money. I don’t mind spending money but thats king of a high price and we can’t even try out the champion before we buy it. Also this is the first rpg where my gems disappear, there’s a chance they can level up but to straight up grind for the gems you need then watch them disappear from youre inventory, that’s cool.
Highly recommend it and it’s a free game with options to add items from a shop. Developers got to eat also…. The one thing that I do not like is not able to change the button size or locations to make it more comfortable for me. This may not be something that can be added as I don’t develop games and just play them. Keep up the good work. Thanks
Played for ten minutes and it caught my attention. I plan on dumping sometime into this. Keep the updates and added content coming. This game has very high potential. It does need a little more customization and level interaction like breaking stuff in the environment. Some more variety also. Hope to see this game get better!
It has kept my attention for a few hours now. Rewards are steady. Just need to be able to have the avatar of your character change their look when you apply different armor or weapons. Seems cheap that the look never changes. Also, let us interact with the avatar model for additional fan service.
