Game is fine, but withdrawal process is terrible

The game itself works well. My main issue is that the withdrawals take even longer than they say they do. I don’t see why I need to wait a month for my withdrawal when other apps are able to get money immediately after making a withdrawal request. I have now waited 2 months for my most recent withdrawal.

I have a game that’s been frozen for 3 days and have submitted 5 tickets. Someone responded briefly and then disappeared. It’s a clunky chat system and doesn’t seem like anyone is actually working in support. So they now have my $6 frozen in a game that I can’t retrieve. I think the game is fun and done well but they need to make sure they have support for technical issues when it involves people’s real money.

Not Honest About Withdrawal Time

I submitted a withdrawal the 12 of November and it is now the middle of January. It says clearly when you withdrawal that it will be 2-4 weeks and it says you usually get your money faster. I sent in a ticket and got an automated response and then an email and was told it was taking longer and they have to investigate fraud. There was no fraud and I’m not feeling like I’m ever going to get my money. I never would have deposited had I known this. Very disappointing.

Would be nice to play and not wait for others so now I’m waiting waiting waiting still waiting to see if I won and can continue playing. Money pit? I keep accumulating gems through wins but there are no options to use toward cash bonus games or to trade for bonus cash like other apps. Seems like no purpose to have them unless I’m missing something???

I deposited 10 into game played multiple times and paid entry fee only to complete the hand and it say waiting for competitor forever and when you click back to main menu your money is gone as if you lost game I want my refund so warning do not play

Stop advertising this kid winning $17,000 on your game. So fake! I’ve played this game for a year and barely won a dollar here and there. It is infuriating and what’s more you couldn’t actually think anyone would believe it and If they do I feel sorry for them
