Solitaire TriPeaks Journey takes the classic solitaire experience and turns it into a massive globetrotting adventure. Solitaire TriPeaks Journey is one of the more polished entries in the card-puzzle genre. As an enthusiast of classic card games, I find the 'Journey' mechanic—moving through a world map—adds a necessary sense of progression that standard Solitaire often lacks. The difficulty curve is well-tuned, starting off easy but quickly introducing obstacles like locked cards and hazard cards that require strategic use of power-ups.
The visual presentation is vibrant, using a tropical/underwater theme that makes the gameplay feel relaxing yet engaging. The social features and daily challenges provide plenty of incentive to return daily. While it does utilize a 'lives' system common in casual mobile games, the frequency of rewards keeps the experience from feeling like a 'pay-to-win' wall for a long time.

Amazing game! Besides not saving my progress.
Fri Dec 06 2024 RAMONA THE WORLD FRISBEE CHAMPThis is a very creative and wonderful game, but there is one thing that I really don’t enjoy. I bought an elite box and 50,000 coins for $5.00 for later so when I get back on the game after I clean I would have an elite box and coins to play games. But instead of all those coins, I was back down to what I had before I bought the combo. So that made me furious to know I wasted my money on a $5.00 combo. So I was like, “well I at least have my elite box”. So I went to merge and where was my box I bought? Nowhere. Wherever could it have gone? I did a double-take (make that a quadruple-take) and still didn’t see it. By then, I was much more than furious. I was extremely infuriated. Please, can you fix this glitch or whatever this thing is? I like your game and have almost had the game for two years. Please change this or I’m not playing your game. You did great animation and details for this game and I really like it. Please make me happy and change it. My thanks, A Passionate Solitaire Player
Freeze issue by addicted
Tue Aug 16 2022 #9DREAMERI would have rated this game 5 stars because I am literally addicted!! I love that you don’t have to watch ads if you don’t want to but if you do, they are short and helpful. I love that it isn’t hard to earn boosters and coins and the events are great! I’ve been playing for about 3 months and I’m on level 4474! There’s enough of a challenge that it isn’t boring but not so much that it’s frustrating and impossible to advance with spending. My only problem is that lately it will freeze up and the only solution is the close the game and if you are mid game, you lose it and have to start over. It especially does this when you are watching an ad for the extra cards. It’s extremely aggravating because usually I only have a couple cards left to beat the level. That is my only problem with this game! I’m updating as I’m writing this review so I’m hopeful that it fixes the problem. One more thing that I’d like to suggest to the developer, we are allowed to log in through Facebook so why isn’t there an option to have friends/add people in the game for daily request/give of coins etc like all the other games? Logging in thru Facebook changes nothing but your location pin in the game. Also I tried the free trial of VIP status and it does nothing either. Not worth paying for. But again I do love it and it’s nice that it works offline.
Great game but…

The only thing is that the higher I go, the less and less I am able to win a game without buying extra cards or buying wild cards. A lot of the time, the 5 extra cards don’t even have one match. That is disappointing. So now, if I don’t win a hand, I just end the game. Sometimes I can watch an ad for additional cards and that is a nice bonus. As far as the cost of playing this game, I play it completely free and the options to get coins are good enough to basically enjoy the game. The most annoying thing is the constant pop-ups trying to encourage you to make in app purchases. I know the game makers want to make more money, but this doesn’t need to be something that pops up every 4-5 games or so. And also, I am deeply disappointed that one of the games currently, the express train “game” isn’t actually something you win at. You get all these spins for all these boosters, but when you have spun for 5, you don’t win them, you have to pay $6.99 to get them! Not happy at all. Overall this is a good game. But those are the thin I don’t like the most about playing this game.
Love this game
Thu Apr 22 2021 Hideee0I have been playing this game for a year or so now. I absolutely love it. It is a little rough getting started but with patience you can excel fast. No forced to watch ads is great. If you choose to it helps but isn’t a necessary thing. I rarely pay to play games but I chose to subscribe to the monthly package...again not necessary but the price is very fair. Some solitaire games out there charge more a week for subscription than this game does for a month. I highly recommend this game to anyone that loves solitaire. They keep the game fresh by the amount of events they have. Doesn’t get monotonous at all. I have about 7 other solitaire games I play but this is the top one for me. Give it a try. If you want to build up some coins. Spend a couple of days just watching the ads ...I did this before starting the game itself. There is a limit. But 2 days of that and I haven’t had to pay for coins since.
Questionable gameplay

I used to spend a few bucks here and there to play and I’ve always spent my money knowing I would be throwing it away but entertainment right? Now, ads in between every round!! We went all of this time without ads and now all of a sudden you’re throwing them in and although this is one of my very favorite games, I’m deleting it. I’m not gonna sit and have moments of my life minute by minute, stolen by worthless ads for a stupid game. What a shame. PS…. No making it add free for a fee. I’d still delete it. This game feels like it’s a set up for failure, until it’s not. Encouraging people or enticing people to pay for items, constant pop-up’s yo pay, for events when they cannot complete a level. I’ve played enough now and I’ve seen the pattern. Some you breeze right through. Others? 6 to 8 times maybe even more because there’s not enough cards to complete it even if you tried your best no matter what, you cannot complete that level. Instead of me being a player who cheats, I feel like you’re a developer who’s cheating us. Please change the gameplay and I’ll change my rating.
The chest
Wed Mar 17 2021 TripeaksJourneyI really enjoy this fame and have been playing for a long time. It’s fun to play and easy to earn rewards. The one thing I am not a fan of however is the treasure chest feature to earn extra stars. This appears randomly when you play a game, and honestly I find it a bit intrusive to the game playing experience. If you’re like me, and you’re cursing through the levels, when this comes up it is a bit annoying. There is a wait while the chest bounces around and hides behind a card. Then once uncovered there is another wait while it bounces some more then goes to the side. At this point there is a bouncy noise that will continue through the rest of the game that is annoying. And then if you don’t beat the level there is another wait while it asks if you’re sure you want to quit and lose the chest. Honestly the stars earned for the little bumble bee board aren’t that helpful and honestly I find that whole feature to be a waste of time. Otherwise this game is great.
Typical; Can be addicting

At first, you could tell the game, “wanted you to win,” by giving extra chances at the end of each game & by consistently giving extra cards that you can actually use to win. Over time however, that becomes harder. It forces you to either play the same level over & over, spend all the coins you have for smaller chances. Feedback to the Developer: I’ll keep playing your game if I can keep moving through levels. Once I suspect it’s being made purposefully more difficult (or impossible without buying something), I close the app because it no longer appeals to me. Oh, and one more thing… ever since updating to the iOS 16 this morning, every offer of commercial-watching for extra cards doesn’t work. I click, “ok watch ad,” & nothing happens. Leaves me feeling pretty jipped. Just saying.
How do you get three stars?
Sun May 26 2024 jodyel61This is a good game with plenty to do, and I never spend money on games but I did on this one because I feel the developers deserve it since they are very generous with coins and bonuses and power ups. However, I do not understand what needs to be done in order to get three stars on each level. I can finish a level and clear the board without using anything extra and still only get one or two stars. That makes no sense. Should be an automatic three stars if you clear it without any extra help. Then I can use extra help on a level and get three stars. So what gives? There is no rhyme or reason to it. It is very frustrating. I also do not get the merge thing at all so don’t even bother with that part. I am taking off one star for the bizarre rating on the levels. Maybe someone can explain this.
