Updated from 1 star to 5!

The game was stuck in December, but now it’s fixed and even though January started 4 days late…the game is on the right day and month now! So it has received 5 stars because I LOVE this game! Below you’ll see my complaint which has since been fixed, so thanks to the makers of this game!! Old review: I have been playing this game since November 2023 and when December started, it was especially fun with the daily challenges and being able to win a Christmas themed card set and background! But now it’s stuck in December and when I click on Daily Challenge it won’t go past December. So I can’t start the New Year’s daily challenge that you have posted on the app’s page. I hope someone from the game will tell me how to get past being stuck in December so that I can keep playing and give the game 5 stars because I do enjoy playing this game very much…

Daily challenges stopped

I have been playing this game and I enjoy it. Loved the puzzles, but the daily challenges stopped on March. I have tried to use the Contact Us button on the app and even tho it is for reporting ad issues, I still sent a ticket, I also sent an email from one of the other reviews and still have not received a response from either one. I don’t know if there is a fix or anything to help with this issue.

Stopped Daily Puzzles

I’ve been playing this game daily for years. But the developers have suddenly stopped loading daily challenges as of 3/31. Very disappointing as I have a daily cycle of game play where I played through all the daily challenges of my favorite games before moving on. Now it’s mid-April and still no April puzzles. No comms from game support either. Going to assume this game is no longer truly supported. Too bad. Received feedback here from Tech Support to send issues through Contact Us. The format of that avenue is focused on reporting ad issues and requires user to include a description of what is wrong with the ad. Not applicable to this issue. If that is how tech wants to be contacted, generalize the contact us input format.

Solitaire

I love the game but I can’t get into it. It keeps saying click the side button. I do and it keeps saying the same thing. I’m going to give up on this game. Is there a way I can get into it Differently? Please help. I just was in hospital and this is the best thing to do to help pass the time away. Thank you Sara

Great game but…

Love the game, the Journeys keep popping up like they’re supposed to, everything going like it’s supposed to…EXCEPT: it has been almost 200 levels since the last puzzle. What is the deal? I don’t remember waiting that long before. PLEASE get some new puzzles in there and don’t make us wait so long between puzzle sets, ok? That’s the only flaw in this fantastic game! Bringing my rating down to 1 star from 3 because I STILL have not gotten more puzzles. It has been well over 200 levels. When do I get more puzzles? When that is fixed, you will get 5 stars.

Could all the Solitaire games be larger, cuz us seniors have trouble playing cards that print is hard to see with our eyes. Thank You

Great but

I have played this games for a while now but starting this month I cannot play the daily challenge. It is stuck on March. I have done all updates but not able to play the challenges.

Something’s Wrong

I love this game, but have taken 1 star away as I couldn’t seem to send a message directly to support as all of a sudden the game does NOT let me collect puzzle pieces anymore and the Journey is not there anymore!! It says that puzzles will be added when you pass levels. I’ve passed over 3 and is not working!! I still play but not anywhere near what I used to as I love the solitaire but loved working towards getting the puzzle pieces and completing them!! 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
