Soccer Sumos is exactly what it sounds like: a frantic, ridiculous, and hilarious party game. It follows in the footsteps of 'King of Opera' by using a simple one-button control scheme that makes it accessible to absolutely anyone. The premise is simple: you control a sumo wrestler who is constantly spinning, and you press the button to dash forward and hit the ball (or your opponents). The result is a chaotic mess of sumos bouncing around the screen, which almost always ends in laughter.
While the single-player mode is a bit shallow, the game is built for local multiplayer. Playing 2-vs-2 on a single iPad is where the game truly shines. The matches are short and intense, making it a perfect 'palette cleanser' between more serious games or a great way to settle a friendly argument. It doesn't take itself seriously, and neither should you. It’s silly, it’s frantic, and it’s a great addition to any social gaming folder.
Simple one-button controls for all ages
1-vs-1 and 2-vs-2 match modes
Local multiplayer for up to 4 players
Watch and share replays of your best goals
Hilarious physics and character animations
Your sumo is always rotating. Wait until he is facing the ball (or an opponent) and tap the button to lunge forward.
The screen is divided into four corners, each with a single button. Gather friends around a tablet for 2-vs-2 team matches.
Yes, there is a single-player mode where you can compete against AI-controlled sumos.
Okay idk why people are rating this game 1 star, it’s a nice game for casual players especially those who like to play with family and friends !
Super easy. Tons of fun.
Bad program. Tried to install on iPod Touch and it will not open and can't be deleted.
I downloaded this game today because it said it was free with App Gratis. The problem is, whenever I load the game, it said that the build has expired, and I need to upgrade. Then it gives me an OK button, but when you click the the OK button, that goes away. I have no idea how to upgrade, and I don't even know if I have the $.99 version of the game, or if I still have the free version, but it's very confusing as to what I'm supposed to do if I only have the free version instead of the promised paid version that is supposed to be free. It doesn't say whether it's supposed to remove ads, or whether there are extra levels, or what the difference between the paid and free versions are.
Horrible JUTS HORRIBLE!!!!
