Rope Rescue is a clever physics-based puzzler that manages to stay fresh by constantly adding new environmental hazards. The core premise—connecting a rope between two points to save a group of people—is simple to understand but surprisingly difficult to master once you factor in rotating saw blades, laser beams, and moving platforms. It requires a mix of spatial reasoning and careful 'cable management.'
The game does a great job of providing a sense of scale, as you can often save dozens of tiny characters in a single 'train' along your rope. The tactile feeling of pulling the rope taut and seeing your survivors zip across is very satisfying. While the ad frequency is typical for the genre, the creative level design and the 'one more try' factor make it a solid choice for puzzle fans.

Don't always take the most direct route. Anchoring the rope further away from a moving obstacle gives you a wider window of safety for your survivors to pass through without being hit.
Gameplays
Once your rope is placed, you don't have to release everyone at once. Tap in short bursts to send survivors through in small groups, which is much safer when dealing with oscillating lasers or intermittent fire traps.

Pretty good
Mon Feb 21 2022 I honestly don't know.As far as mobile games go, it actually is a well thought out, cool idea. I recommend it to anyone who has some spare time in their hands. One thing is that it gets a bit boring after a while, but thats not too much of a problem because it probably wasn’t designed to be a binge-worthy game anyway. The only other issue which is kind of minor is that every person is white? Idk thats just kind of off putting and the way they look made me feel like I was living the the confederate south suburbs. Anyway, good game, I had fun with it :)
Fun, fast, addicting, some bugs
Sat Jan 25 2020 BrigeetaaThis game is so much fun. Each level is just puzzling enough to be entertaining while still being easy enough to quickly move through levels. I’ve had this game for a while now and have had a lot of fun with it. The rumble is really nice and the skins you can unlock are funky and fun and *somewhat* diverse. A few things: at some levels (only like 3 out of the 350 I’ve played), the rope cuts through a circular wall instead of wrapping around it, which clearly should not be happening and is just a little bug. Second, there are LOTS of ads but I find this common in games and generally play on airplane mode to avoid this. Last and most importantly, the levels START OVER at level 350. I mean like, it goes right back to the first tutorial level while calling itself “level 351.” That stinks. I felt like levels were beginning to repeat a little bit but it was necessary to save more people in those levels so I let it slide. Now they are just all back to the easy beginning levels and it’s like it started over. It was fun while it lasted.

Sun Nov 01 2020 jphxIt’s a very unique game, for me at least. I highly recommend playing it. It is missing some key elements, though: There is no way that I can find to replay a level. Many levels are complete when you get most of the people to safety, but I wanted to try again to get all them, or just a different way. This is particularly true for the “gem levels”. There appears to be no “bonus” for time or use of the blocks. Many puzzles have a lot of blocks that are not required, using them can make getting through obstacles more difficult and should provide bonus gems. I would think there would be a bonus for getting all of the people through when only 80% are required. I would like to see those levels continue until all people were attempted instead of ending the level. And what’s the deal with getting an “ultra rare” set of people at level 3?? And what are the gems for?? The best way *I* found to eliminate the ads was to pay the measly $3 or whatever it was for the game.
Game crash and unawarded gems.
Fri Apr 10 2020 Charlie_isabamfI typically don’t write reviews for games on here. But this really irks me. I believe level 10 is a gem level. And however many you collect you get to keep. I got to option to get 5x my winnings if I watched a video. So I watched a video and right after it ends the game crashes. I get back on to notice I’m at level 11 now, but I didn’t get any of the gems from the last level. Not even my initial winnings. So I decided to watch another video to get 250 gems cause I really wanted some to try and see what skins they have. After the video the game crashes. I tried 2 more times after that, and after the video plays the game crashes. Idk if it’s a bug or glitch, it probably is. But it should be looked into. Until then I wouldn’t waste your time trying to get gems.
Good game but....
Tue Nov 05 2019 Cherrio Black.I love this game and it extremely addicting but there are a few things I don't like, first off there are two many adds, like I said I love the game but it's almost heard to play because theres an add after almost all the levels. And the second thing is that my phone keeps locking up after level 94 I've tried 6 times to play it but I won't work so I don't know if it's my phone or if it's the game, there are a lot of reviews that say that there phone locks up after different levels so I think it's the game but my phone is pretty old so maybe not. I still think it's a good game but like I said it keep locking up so I can't play.

Fri Jan 17 2020 Jackie D93It was fun and slightly challenging until I had to exit out of the game to get on with my day. All 500 something of my rupees disappeared when I came back onto the game although my level saved (level 42 or three). Why is there no option to save your progress? What kind of game has it so that you don’t save your progress when you leave so that you can come back & continue on? I also spent $2.99 to remove the ads and then removed the game from my phone to reinstall it thinking that maybe I missed a “sign up“ or “add user” so I COULD save it whenever and although it’s from the same account… It’s making me repurchase the “no ads“ option. 🤦🏾♀️ anytime I reinstall words with friends back onto my phone, I still have the “no ads” in tact.
It’s a good game but there’s one issue
Sun Dec 22 2019 phxntomhiveI’ve been playing this game for a while now, but I’m in level 64 and can’t figure it out. I’ve looked up walk-throughs, but all of them have a different level 64 on them. It seems impossible to solve, and I don’t think that the creators of the game have changed the level since the videos were mad because I watched one that was from the same month, year, and week that I was playing it, but it was the same as all of the others. Is anyone else having this problem or just me? Overall it’s a great game though! Great time killer! Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this!
Rewards appear rigged
Thu Oct 03 2019 WannabeRamoneAnytime I click to unlock a chest, multiply my gems, or unlock a skin it never works. I watch the video this company makes money off of and then it kicks me right back to the same screen as before. If I click to watch the ad again, it says one is not available and to try back later..later never happens. I’m forced to click “skip” which just forces me to watch another video, even though I wouldn’t have had to watch either if I’d clicked “Skip” originally. So the company makes money off me watching two ads, and I get none of the game rewards promised for doing so. If I didn’t enjoy playing it so much, I’d delete based off that alone. Just don’t get suckered into watching their ads and you’ll have fun.
