Ridiculous Rugby is exactly what it says on the tin: a physics-based sports game that prioritizes chaos over realism. In the vein of games like QWOP or Soccer Physics, the difficulty comes from the intentional clumsiness of the characters. Watching your ragdoll players tumble over each other while trying to secure the ball is genuinely hilarious.
The game is at its best in local multiplayer. The unpredictability of the physics engine means that skill often takes a backseat to lucky bounces and hilarious accidents. It’s not a deep sports simulation, and it doesn't try to be. It’s a party game through and through, designed to make you laugh at the screen as much as you're trying to win.

The controls are intentionaly loose. Tap to jump and lunge. Success is often about timing your jumps so your player falls onto the ball rather than over it.
Gameplays
Navigate your player past the defenders. Once you cross the line at the edge of the screen, you'll score. Defensive play involves jumping into your opponents to knock them off balance.

Is great just wish it had 2 more things
Thu Feb 07 2019 ThesonofthreeI love this game I think it’s great and worth the money but there is 2 things that would make this game perfect 1 make a proper season mode this would add so much more depth and 2 just make the games longer I really feel just one minute isn’t enough other than that I absolutely love it and recommend it
Honestly very good game but one huge downside
Tue Jul 22 2025 how good is it reallyI remember telling my dad to buy me this game when I was 6 years old or something, honestly the game isn’t bad at all and is a ton of fun, I just wish the game had a bigger community and had some more stuff but other then that it’s a really good game and I like how it looks and how it operates so well. But the one big shame is that the game developer I basically gave up on the game, he makes really good game but for some reason as the game is growing and has LOTS of potential, he just gives up on the game and goes on to do something else. The game is good and the game developer makes good games, but the one downside is the game developer isn’t consistent with his games.
Just one thing I want to make game better

Sat Nov 01 2025 descriptivenessThis game is good but it’s missing things like switching your players adding custom characters and teams and jukes and commentators also emotes. But other than that it’s fun And I think you should make football and basketball maybe baseball.
Fun but some issues

Which is really fun, but that game has the option to switch which players go out, but it n this you pick a new player and that person goes upfront without you being able to change that. Other than that I want you to make other games, maybe a football or basketball.

Tue Jan 22 2019 Qirex2025I love the rag doll physics and the wackiness of the game. But I don’t understand why you have all these players and you can only use 3 at random. If you can add the ability to sub our players, add longer game times or and different modes that allow you to play once you beat the game.

Developer has abandoned many projects like these with good potential. It is not worth getting, you’ll just have fun for a bit until it gets repetitive. Big shame the developer doesn’t want to work on this anymore
