Preschool EduKitty is a standout in the crowded early childhood education space, offering a remarkably cohesive package of 13 different learning games. What immediately strikes you is the professional voice-over guidance; it makes the experience feel much more interactive for toddlers who can't read instructions yet. The game covers the essential 'Big Three' for preschoolers: colors, numbers, and shapes, but it adds layers like letter recognition and memory matching that keep the challenge level appropriate as the child grows.
The UI is clearly built with small thumbs in mind. There are no confusing menus or high-pressure timers, allowing kids to learn at their own pace. The reward system—earning virtual stickers—is a simple but highly effective dopamine hit for three-year-olds. It’s one of those rare educational apps where the 'fun' isn't just a thin veil over boring drills; the activities like 'Spot the Difference' and 'Matching Silhouettes' genuinely engage a child's curiosity. It’s a polished, safe, and highly recommended tool for any parent's digital toolkit.

Upon launching, children are greeted by a friendly kitten guide. Select any of the 13 game icons on the main screen to begin a lesson in colors, numbers, or logic. Follow the verbal instructions to complete tasks and earn stickers for your collection.
Gameplay involves simple drag-and-drop mechanics for shape matching, tapping for color identification, and memory-based card flipping. Each success is met with positive reinforcement and visual rewards.
The app is specifically tailored for toddlers and preschool-aged children, typically between 2 and 5 years old.
Totally customizable for your child’s age from about 2 to maybe 6 or 7 years old, before it gets too easy. Fun little reward. The only criticism I have is that it tends to repeat the same group of puzzles instead of scrolling through them all unless you close and reopen the app. Not a deal breaker. Highly recommended. It was one of the first apps I ever got for my grandkids and it’s still one of their favorites.
We are teaching our daughter her father’s native language; French. So I was pleased to see that EduKitty offered a selection to change the language of the app. My daughter LOVES the English version. I switched it to french, and boom. It crashed. I couldn’t even reopen the app. I had to fully delete it and re-download in order to reset it back to English and open the app. Why is the option there to change the language if it’s just going to crash? Please tell me this is going to be resolved in an update.
This app is amazing. I purchased the full version because my son (whom is autistic) was learning so well. I would recommend purchasing the full version it will be worth it
At first my 3 yr old loved the free version. So I thought buying the full version would be great. they charged me twice. I first bought it and it still told me I had to pay the $4.99. I got confused and figured Something went wrong so I tried it again. I checked my PayPal and sure enough I got charged twice for the app. I will be calling to complain and ask for my second $4.99 back.
Our kid loves this game. It was a savior for long trips for us multiple times. Translation to our language also good. I would vote this with 5 starts but after last update on 25 of Dec it crashes right after launch even before menu appears. Strangely, it is still appearing in IPad taskbar (IPad Air2, ios 11.2.1) I tried to update - it still doesn’t work. Emailed to support on Jan 5, they replied that developers are working on fix.
Even his last pay for the day is I only pay
My 1 1/2 year old absolutely loves your app learned from it and can pass the whole 1st level. Just started on level 2, he’s so excited!
18 month old loves to play this! She gets excited when she gets to add a stamp! Love that you can dial up the difficulty and add more levels. It will certainly grow with her.
