Poker Odds is an essential tool for any serious Texas Hold'em player. It’s less of a 'game' and more of a high-performance calculator that helps you understand the mathematical reality of your hand. The interface is clean and allows for rapid input of cards, which is vital if you're trying to use it during a live or online session. It provides win, tie, and loss percentages with extreme accuracy.
What I appreciate as an expert is the 'Scenario' mode, where you can simulate specific board states to see how your equity changes from the flop to the turn and river. This isn't just for checking if you were lucky; it's a genuine learning tool to improve your decision-making. While it won't teach you how to bluff or read a player's physical tells, it will ensure that you never make a mathematically 'bad' call again. It’s a utility app that earns its spot on any poker player's home screen.
Instant win/tie/loss percentages
Support for up to 10 players
Fast card entry interface
Simulate unknown 'random' hands
Enter your two hole cards and then enter the opponent's suspected range or specific cards. The app will simulate thousands of outcomes to give you a precise win percentage.
Use the app during the Flop, Turn, and River to see how each new community card affects your 'outs' and your overall chance of winning the hand.
This specific version is optimized for Texas Hold'em rules only.
I have a couple different poker apps and I like this one because I'm a very casual player who often makes bad decisions. I like the UI a lot compared to other tools on the app store because of the friendly design. However, I'd highly recommend checking it out on an iPad since things can be a little tight on an iPhone.
Downloaded this quite awhile ago but just recently started using it. Very easy to use and a good tool. I used it on a flight to do some off the felt study. Made good use of my time. Will rate it 3 stars for now until I use it more.
This is as good as it gets for an iPad holdem calculator. I have all of them, and there is one other one that may be close to this one but not as simple to use. If you get this app, go to the web page and check out the explanations for the functions. The only drawback is that you have to be connected to use this app.
I have used various poker calculators and I think this one has the nicest screens for each section. The computations are accurate and with a good data connection the results come back almost instantly. It's also not overly complex like some of the other tools I've tried.
Great app once u get the hang of it, it will make ur game much better and always try to play what it tells u and not what u think is better. If u fold and thought dam I should of played that just remember always another hand
This app has a wide range of tools for all levels of players, my favorite is the ev calculator.
I find this app extremely helpful for reviewing poker hand strength and assessing odds!!! :)
Very nice balance of tools well worth the money
