I have been playing these type of games (complete quests for currency, use currency to unlock and upgrade heroes to build a bigger and better team) for a long time, and this one is by far the best. Unlike many of the other games in this genre, you can actually play this game all day without hitting limits of things to do, due to the large number of activities to do AND you can be competitive with little to no spending. My only question would be how do I submit bugs/errors? I have found a few and documented them and would like to help improve this awesome game any way I can. As a fellow game designer, I feel invested and inspired to help this game. It’s clear the game was built not only to satisfy spenders and regulars of the genre but also to new and free players. If possible I’d like to help preserve that.

Honestly I prefer the first pocket knights. I also believe that the hundreds of dollars I spent on that game should transfer over to the sequel to the game since you legitimately shut down the game and no one can access it anymore. I have spent money on this game and I think the amount of money you need to spend to get to the next VIP level is crazy! From level 6 to 7 which is what I’m trying to get to would cost around $60. Just to get some wings and a little bonus exp... the level up reward per level is very miniscule as well as the peak level. The prices of each item and with the relatively new addition of the 2 times coupons become very expensive in diamonds. I understand that of course to get the bonus benefits of using the special items it’s going to probably cost money. I’m okay with that and so are a ton of other people. Maybe things should be quite cheaper than they are. There seems to be such a wall when it comes to getting mythical heroes if you spend hundreds of dollars to get them. Or the months I’ve spent only to get about 100 total pieces across almost every mythical hero. I think there should be a whole new section or addition added in to the game. You guys made the NPC city fairly large I’m sure you guys can figure something out to do with the space. Maybe add a pet system with pet battles. Or something brought straight from the original pocket knights everyone knows and loved. Thanks I hope you take some into consideration.

Perfection

I have been playing this game for a few days now and ive come to really love it. there is so much to do and i never get bored even if you run out of energy (which is highly unlikely) there is still a lot of other dungeons and stuff to complete. also the reward out put helps you to progress at a steady rate and not have to grind and grind for one thing. i also love how this game does not use a lot of battery life i can play this for 3 hours and only go down 15-20% also the variety of skills and heroes are outstanding truly a good game.

In-app purchasing broke on me twice and no customer support

First of all, i made a 7000 gems pack on 07/27. I’ve got everything but the red diamonds. I send the developer an email as well as tried to contact them via messenger. Still no reply yet. Again, i made another 7000 gems pack on 07/28 and worse, this time i’ve got nothing. I contact the apple to asked for refund. Apple was unable to made a refund due to some of their policies (???). I contacted the developer again via messenger with all the pictures of paypal, in game purchases history as well as apple chat. Again, no reply. The heck is going on? P/s: again, i finally contacted with dev team and told them the bank and apple not going to refund me (???). I asked them to give me what i had paid for not getting refund back. Guess what, they said i should contact different supporters for help because they unable to marched the payment. Who else i should contact?

I love this game and have absolutely no problems with it but the super high prices for high teir loot is a bit much I understand that it’s basically impossible to acquire these items without paying for them so the Devs should at least make it cheaper to get these items. Might be better for the game in terms of allowing more people to want to play more without feeling pressed to support this game. Regardless 5 stars. It’s solid, a major step up from the first title

one of the best ARPG's

iv been playing ARPG games for many years, both on the PC and on Mobile, both the fully Automated/AFK ones and the fully Manual ones but this game has the perfect balance between the two, with many engaging & competitive events, you'll always have something to do & they rotate the events every week! giving you an opportunity to gain crafting items & rare hero drops its highly addictive & super fun :p

Meh

This game has quite a few flaws. First of all, it advertises having a dragon companion and since beginning the game I have seen nothing about that. Second, you will get in game rewards that have absolutely no use and some powerful rewards that your have no way to get, specifically the red gems. It is also for the most part unclear about what you are supposed to do and if you level yourself up at all the game ends up being pretty easy. Overall could use a lot of work but I like the team selecting

Scam Company and Game. Beware.

I was charged for an item that I didn’t receive and asked Apple for a refund which was granted. However, once the company knew I asked for a refund they BANNED my account. I spent probably around $120 on my account and genuinely enjoying the game so I figured I would support them. Turns out, they also create fake accounts to out level your vip level and make it so you have to buy even more to just keep up with it. It’s a very predatory and scam like company so beware if you purchase anything to support them. I know I will be avoiding this company from here on out.
