Omg this game is so fun basically you have a penguin and you get a decorate it and you could choose if it’s a girl or a boy you could also raise it with one of your friends or family or your partner. It is so cool. Also, you could buy clothes we can buy food and those mini games for me. I like this one called drill cause like it’s like so cool cause you just like all the nails and try to get like everything out. It’s so cool and more level up the more you unlock things and you can message like message text everybody not everybody but like the person that you’re raising your Pengu with and you have quest to level up and you could also feed it and if you want to sleep, it goes to sleep whenever you’re not active onto the game so you don’t even have to worry about putting it to sleep but yeah I love this game five star. I would definitely recommend one thing I would like is when you’re paying mini games could you like do it one many game cause like I get like three ads and annoying cause like I’ll be about a win and then here comes in so also maybe raise up the amount of going to get because like I’ve been struggling to afford food for but like OMG like everything is awesome. My love this game and you should definitely get it like just get it just get it. Just get it already. Do not miss out, but yeah bye

Great game but always has minor bugs

I honestly love this game. The only thing I don’t like it that even with every upgrade I still have a bug of some sort. With the most current upgrade I can’t see anything in the store as the boxes are all squished to the left side of the screen. Not sure which versions previously but have also had to deal with watching ads to open the free chest and then getting an error message and playing games when the entire app suddenly fully closes out like not even an my apps open screen. Again minor bugs but still annoying. That’s really the only reason I’ve taken off one star because even with the minor bugs with every update they are easy to deal with. Love using this to learn so much about raising kids with my love. The games are fun although I think the rewards should be higher than 2 coins for anything I’d have to play 50 levels just to get 100 coins. Also just updated it and the app now won’t load at all. The widget is showing not my Pengu nor the initials of me and my partner I am adding that I don’t update often due to how many bugs there always seem to be but I hadn’t updated in a few months so I updated the app yesterday and now none of the games are working. These kind of bugs make it impossible for me to enjoy the app. I can’t play games, I can’t earn or spend money other than cuddling and feeding. And even at that, soon I’m going to run out of money and my Pengu is going to die from starving. This needs to be fixed asap!!!

Was fun at first

Ive been playing this for a long time, so this review comes from a pretty deep-felt place. This game started off cute and simple. You feed your pengu, pet it, and play mini games to help level it up. Unlock in game currency through this to buy cute outfit accessories etc, pretty standard stuff for mobile apps But over time the app has become excessively buggy, and intrusive with ads. To the point I had to turn off system notifications and events because they were using the dynamic island to push sales for skins and the pengu pass, mind you, that had an EIGHT DAY timer. So if i didnt turn it off, it would always be in my dynamic island. The system ads (via notifications) got to a point where it was every couple of hours it would ping your phone, and then when you opened the app you would be hit with 2-4 pop ups for ads or the pengu pass. This is exhausting. If the devs read this, you need to understand that as a consumer the fastest way to make someone lose interest to using your app (and subsequently giving you real money) is to hinder the user experience at ever turn. A clean UI, with non intrusive ads that offer an improved experience over blatant cash grabbing, is the point. And finally, they are using AI generated art now instead of paying artists. So yeah, the game has fallen off tremendously. Truly a shame, will probably uninstall along with my girlfriend as well, and we have money invested in the game.

Great game just a couple bugs

There’s a couple things I would like to address. It’s an amazing way to teach responsibility but if the other parent is unable to get on the app at a time of need for our penguin the other parent should be able to have a little more liberty to help it. For example I have a friend that can’t always take care of the penguin because they can’t be on their phone 24/7, so I usually take most of the care during those times but I can’t do much do to the fact that it stops me from giving love and cuddles. Another thing I would be very grateful if you took a good chunk of the time limit for cuddles an hour is a bit larger than to be expected. Here’s another thing that I think can be helped, is when I’m going to bed; we should have a sleep reminder or a schedule button on the app so that the penguin goes to sleep as well. I’m getting notifications in the middle of the night “your penguin needs you” I can’t tend to the penguin half sleep. When I wake up me and my friend’s penguin is on the Verge of death! I can only do so much with being one parent, that circles back to what I introduced in the beginning. If there is anyway possible to do a little fix on the fun and interactive game, this would be greatly appreciated! -Fellow pengu parent.

Needs some work

I enjoy this game, however most of the things that we can buy from the little shop are too expensive. Like how am I supposed to save any money when you constantly have to feed the penguin which costs money to buy plus having to spend like 10-20 coins to upgrade furniture yet you have to use 30-40 diamonds to speed it up. That’s no unrealistic given you don’t get diamonds often you’d be saving them for years before getting 10 of them. The games are a bit buggy like me and my partner can both play them but some of them like the one where you both answer questions before getting to see the others response doesn’t actually allow us to see them and you don’t see the same questions when you tap on it in chat. Oh and the new pet thing for the penguins having to spend close to 2500 coins just to buy one is outrageous I do good to save 100 with how often I have to spend money to feed the penguin and I feed it the cheaper food items to save money. The creator of this app really needs to be realistic and change several prices in the game to make it more fun. At first I loved it and it was fun until I wanted to buy something and tried saving for it and had to spend over half of what I saved just to buy foods. This game needs a lot of work. Plus it glitches and I can watch an add to get free coins and it plays another as soon as it’s done. Fix it or me and my partner aren’t going to be playing it much longer.

Fun but many issues

Ok so let me start out by saying this game is fun and has many different aspects of it and things to do. You can take care of and live and feed your penguin and you can play mini games to earn coins to take care of it. But, there are some things that really bug me. First of all, saving up money to buy stuff is basically impossible. Some of the games you play like solitaire will give u 17 coins but even that is not much considering how long it takes to win a round and how expensive stuff is. Some of the easier easier games like Pengu painter only give u 2 coins per round! Like come on how am I supposed to provide for my child when my income is below minimum wage and clothing costs likes 400 coins and food costs between like 20-30 coins that barely even gives my penguin energy. Also, the amount of ads is crazy. I don’t get as much as some ppl seem to be getting but still. U have to watch an ad to do the daily spin and then watch another ad if u want to spin again. Like excuse me what is this??? There are many small glitches like sometimes I’ll watch ads to make furniture being built faster cuz it fr takes like 4 hours for some and most of the time it doesnt work and I’ll have watched like 4 ads for nothing and the ads r not short either. Good idea, good concept, but definitely needs improvements…

Cute but too little or too much

The idea is cute and I really like being able to play a game with someone else but I spend a lot of time either watching ads or restarting the app because of glitches. I will go to click the watch ads to spin the wheel but an ad will play before I do, so I end up watching two. Sometimes, I will even have an ad as soon as the app boots up. As for the glitches, it’s nothing horrible but more of an inconvenience. I can temporarily fix it by restarting the app. The pengu will sometimes not appear or outfits won’t change. There is also times where I can’t even get the 4 xp/coins for cuddling it. Which is annoying because even if I restart for this glitch, I still have to wait for an hour before I can do it again. I find this a bit long for 4xp/coins…It’s kind of hard to save up too but once we have enough to get something, we need to spend a good chunk of what we saved to feed or buy new clothes to get xp… It makes it hard too when the mini games only give you like 2-3 coins. Between xp and coins there is major imbalances. Overall the game could be worse but you guys need to chill a little on ads, fix the imbalances with coins/xp, and stop stealing my pengu every so often. Update: the pengu doesn't spawn when I open the app now. I have to reset the app every time. It won’t actually feed or give love if the the pengu doesn’t spawn.

Has decent potential

I get the whole have to make money on a game thing but the coins in the shop are a little to expensive the gems have literally no other purpose instead of skipping time on making furniture would love to see them be used to buy coins to at least or be able to buy cooler outfits or skins with the gems I mean I feel like that’s a basic concept in a lot of games I don’t know why you guys put gems in the game and they only do one thing if you actually have a life waiting 3 hours to play the game again just gives it good spacing and doesn’t burn you out so using the gems is kinda useless and the ads I understand as well but when I go to open the games or check my xp I gotta sit through an ad seriously? Or on some of the games I can get through a couple levels in a couple seconds but every three levels there’s an ad you are literally watching ads more than your playing the game you get food from ads coins from ads chest from ads spin wheel from ads like yall gotta chill out at some point. Theres already a “battle pass” type subscription in the game an you have to pay if you want no ads at all I just feel like yall are squeezing a little to much but isn’t everything just a cash grab these days. And penguin dash yo I don’t know if yall know this but why in the world is it so hard like yall I couldn’t get past the first level for like 30 mins ain’t this supposed to be a kids game.
