Papa's Cupcakeria To Go! has been redesigned and reimagined for smaller screens! Multitask between four areas of the cupcake shop: The Order Station, Batter Station, Bake Station, and Frosting Station. As you level up and gain new customers, you'll unlock 12 separate holidays, each with its own seasonal ingredients. Papa's Cupcakeria To Go! is another hit in the Papa Louie series. Flipping the gameplay to work on a phone screen was handled perfectly. The multitasking is just as frantic and satisfying as the original flash games. Building the cupcakes is my favorite part—there's something very relaxing about icing them perfectly, even when you have three other customers waiting.

The seasonal holiday updates are a great touch, changing up the ingredients and keeping the game feeling fresh throughout the year. It's a great management game that manages to be challenging without being frustrating.

i’ve been playing these games since like middle school and they’ve always been pretty fun and an easy way to pass time. HOWEVER, the only problem i have is that there’s no setting to keep gameplay audio on while turning the background music off. sometimes i’ll literally have to turn the game off, not because i want to stop playing but because the repetitive jingle-like song plays in the back and drives me absolutely insane. if i turn the audio off, i can’t use my door/oven bell upgrades because i can’t hear them. great game but pLEASE ADD THIS OPTION, especially for a game that actually cost money on the app store.

I been playing these games since elementary school, I had this game for over a year. This game is not a hard game at all, it’s a very simple and easy game with simple and easy instructions. the build part is easy, just hitting the arrow, easier with double batter, nothing hard. The cooking is easy too since you don’t have to go back and check when you have to flip it. the hardest part about this game is the build. Whether it’s putting down the icing or toppings it definitely the part where you will mess up or get a lower than the wait time, build, or cooking. This game is pretty good except the only problem is the QUALITY. it’s not as good as papas donuteria or bakeria. this game also lacks the updates as todays specials or customization for your characters outfits as those games go. But I think that’s what makes the game so easy. Overall, a good game. Only problem is quality and the customer count for me is up to 6 customers a day. Not that hard. If you want a simple game do this, but if you want a more challenging game with more things to do then use another one.

i have purchased 9 of your guys apps (including this one as the 9th.)! papa’s burgeria, papa’s cupcakeria, papa’s pancakeria, papa’s freezeria (which is by far my favorite) papa’s cheeseria, papa’s bakeria, papa’s sushiria, papa’s scooperia, and papa’s mocharia! all being the to-go ones! id say they all are pretty worth the money! but, this one is what im mainly talking about in this one. i ADORE this app and love each and every single topping, batter, decoration, and more!! but the thing is, it just gets repetitive overtime. anyways, i dont know what else to write, because i was just bored and wanted to write a review on an app. but, the app slider scouts that you guys has made that i ABSOLUTELY AM OBSESSED WITH… i NEVER knew that it was made by you guys!! but, I love it! great work flipline studios, keep up the good work! i plan on getting more of the papa’s cooking apps in the future. i definitely recommend you guys get this app! 👍 ❤️ - from your dear reviewer, strawberrymornings 🍓

Cons: - You cannot create your own character. - You have to drag the cupcake underneath the decorations (sprinkles) and toppings instead of bringing the toppings to the cupcakes. This mechanism feels extremely awkward and confusing, especially compared to some other Papa’s games. - You will almost NEVER do a “Perfect” job with putting the frosting on. I’m not sure why, but no matter what I cannot get it to that “Perfect” status. Just “Great” and “Good”. - Some buttons are too close together. I find myself tapping the cupcakes which puts more toppings on instead of pressing the button to switch which cupcake you’re decorating since the bottom is so close. The “X” (cancel button) is too close to the button that controls how much batter goes in the cupcake liner so I find myself throwing away cupcakes on accident. - Getting under 50% on the decorating portion of the customer’s rating is very common. Everything else can be 100% besides the decorating and I’m not sure why. - The visual quality of the game on the phone is super poor. Looks like some bootleg version. - If you want to buy and use the doorbell, you have to have your audio on but that means having the music play on repeat in the background which some dislike (as stated in a previous review). - The flow isn’t as smooth as other games with how long it takes to use the confusing decorating mechanisms and what not. Pros: - The side games are fun (to win tip $ and items for the shop). - Placing the liners in the pan is easy. - Squeezing the correct amount of batter in the liners is easy (as long as you don’t hit the “X”/cancel button) - The oven part is fine.

This game is great and an upgrade from the capabilities of say freezeria but it’s still not on the same caliber with donuteria, wingeria, pancakeria etc., I think that this is the perfect game to feature daily specials and deliveries. If the developing team were to go back to the older games and update them to have all the features that the newer games have, I know that players would have a lot more fun and wouldn’t get bored so quickly. Without the newer upgrades, the older games can kind of get repetitive. Updating the games would get older players who’ve already completed the games (like myself) to come back and play again. I’ve purchased all of the gamerias and I absolutely adore most of them. I just wish there was a way to update the older games so that they all can seemingly exist in the same realm.

I do really enjoy playing this game. I used to play it all the time on the computer before flash player was disabled, but I've noticed that the app version isn't as good. First of all, I remember being able to change my character's appearance instead of just choosing the 2 pre-made characters on the website version, and I'm also able to do this on other Papa's to go games. But for this one, I can't customize my character. I'd really enjoy it if I was able to. Second, the graphics aren't all that great compared to the other games. The sound quality also isn't that great. But overall, I still enjoy this game. There's just a few things I think should change to make it more enjoyable.

First off, there is a bug where the customer who dresses like a pirate/sailor can’t give high topping scores. I know this because it happens every time despite carefully checking to see if the recipe is right. There may be other bugs like this. Second, the game is fun at first. It’s fun to change the decorations with the holidays and to see what toppings the holidays have. However, the gameplay does not becoming more challenging as time passes, so it becomes repetitive and boring. Adding new options entirely (not just flavors or toppings but something that the player would have to do in a different way) as time passes would help. For example, after 6 weeks add the option for cupcake filling. Or add more cupcakes to the order after a year. This would make the game more challenging. Third, some of the mini games get progressively more difficult as you win prizes. However, others do not get more difficult, and instead just go to random stages so it’s too easy to win all the prizes. Fourth, in the store, you can see the bonuses decor items give you. Like the jellybean poster provides a jellybean bonus. However, when actually decorating the store, the bonuses aren’t shown for each item. This can be a problem for certain items. One example is the blueberry blast poster. I can’t tell if it provides a bonus for the blue drizzle for the Fourth of July holiday or if it provides a bonus for blueberry cake. If it’s the former, I would only put it up during that holiday. However, I don’t know which one it is because it doesn’t tell me, so I’m left guessing. Fifth, I remember playing the game online before. I think customized clothing for different holidays are fun and should be included in this game, especially since it’s paid for. All in all, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t recommend that people spend money and buy it until the above matters are improved.

This game is totally worth the money. You get new ingredients and customers often enough that your not sitting there playing through days until you get new ones, but you also don’t get them every day so your still motivated. The holidays last for the perfect amount of time. The only thing that would make this game better would be if we got to design our character like in some of the other papa louie games but it’s not a big deal. Also maybe if there were more closers. The holidays are super fun and the characters are super creative. I can not recommend this game enough.
