I know that millions of people all over the world are stuck hunched over their phones or tablets, zoning off and getting lost in their really meaningless game and wasting hours of unreturnable time. I would be a lier if i said i was doing anything diferrent. We are all searching in life to get lost in things, trying to forget what we are going through, wanting to fit in, even havjng a desire to learn or do better, etc. etc. I would like to talk about your game though. When I first started playing it a couple of years ago, I was going through a hard time in my life. I was at that point in my life where i started feeling like I should have accomplished more by this time, had more things, kind of in a depressing spiral down. A friend one day on our lunch break was playing your game and told me it was a good time waster and that i should try it. That day i drove home to a quiet house all dark by myself and just alone like so many other days. Popped in a tv dinner and pulled my phone out. Downloaded your game from the link she sent me and started getting lost in Pop Slots. Two years later its still my go to game. The graphics are great, the contests are fun and its cool that as im playing im earning points that i can turn in while in Vegas. Exchange for food, shows, casino play, rooms and so much more. Your game got me through a really lonely time in my life. I appreciate that. I think your game is a great time waster in a good way. Its nice to not have to feel so down and alone. You can just have fun and get lost in game

I don’t understand the people who complain about this app or the rewards offered. I have been playing all 4 MyVegas apps for several years now, ever since each was introduced. They are a lot of fun and if you play regularly you can build up enough points to play everyday like I do. I currently have over 920,000 reward credits accumulated and I visit Vegas once or twice a year. I have used the rewards for free buffets (Bellagio is the best!) and shows. I always go with other MyVegas players so we maximize our rewards when we go. Now, back to the app. This particular app has worked well until the latest game, Cleopatra’s Gold, was added. It does kick you out often or lock up during play. I trust this will be resolved with future updates. I don’t spend money on these 4 apps and I have them all linked to my Facebook account so I don’t lose my reward credits. I’ve had minimal problems with these apps over the years and I play every day. For those of you who have problems with the availability of rewards once you get to Las Vegas, you need to understand that the app works off of your location. Most reward offers aren’t available to locals, so purchase your rewards BEFORE you travel. You’ll find them safely in your wallet when you arrive. I think most of the frustrations I read on here are simply by people who may not fully understand how the apps work. Also, checkout MyVegas on Facebook and you’ll get lots of tips and an eventual understanding on how the program works. I’ve always had extra fun in Vegas using my rewards!

I have definitely found a winner here. I’ve been playing this game daily for 3 months already!! I can’t believe it! It is my “go to game” I'm HOOKED! I really enjoy the frequency of new events, the variety so far has kept anxiously waiting to see what's next, and they generously offer opportunities daily to collect free coins! Those reasons alone make this a game I don’t mind spending money on. Quite honestly you can play this game with out ever needing to make an in app purchase. You may not get to play as much as you would like to but what’s the harm in having to be patient every now and then. Everyone’s different but for me this game has just the right amount of bonuses and free spins, it’s not too easy to win yet not so frustrating that I just want to give up, and after three months I find that I keep coming back for more. I won’t lie..... There are good moments and bad moments for me playing this game. Moments when I am amazed how much I won and moments that I want to pull my hair out because I can’t believe I just lost. But it’s a fair balance and the frustrating moments make the good ones that much more enjoyable. I cannot speak for their tech-support or their customer service because in these three months I haven’t had any issues to where I’ve needed to contact them. But that’s a good thing right? Confused and a tad but t disappointed

Okay I’m going to start by saying that I definitely enjoy playing Pop Slots. However, once I started to spend money to get more coins to keep playing instead of simply waiting on free coins there have been odd things happening DURING my play and I can’t help but think it’s so I spend more money. I’m not sure but if that’s it then I would have to stop playing it and play one of the other thousands of games instead. I’m confused about how once I buy the $1.99 extra coins then if I want more the $1.99 option isn’t a choice for me to get and instead then for more play I’d have to pay for a $4.99 pack it more. If I after all the years was a player who finally is buying extra play with Pop Slots then I might also be one who has a problem with that and I do! I actually have a few PROBLEMS with that and I will not be texting a separate book for those and spare the person reading this but instead simply say that I wonder if Pop Slots just PERFER folks to spend $0 when they don’t have the $1.99 choice . Now the next thing I need to get off my mind is the odd way that during my play the site would freeze up and or messages pop up saying no internet connection n belay blah was why which NEVER HAPPENED before spending money to! Okay I don’t understand how that’s happening when I can instantly see my phones got a great connection when it’s telling me that’s why. I’m then not getting my bonus once I FINALLY did get it and that’s why I actually was spending money to hopefully get in the first place. So sorry but I’m not sure how much longer even if it was fun playing Pop Slots that now as a player who will spend money that I can take not having fun anymore and paying for it🙄

I have been playing this game for YEARS! In all this time you have added new games. But you have deleted one of my favorites. And it is the ONLY game that has been deleted from the app. It was in the first casino. MGM. It was “Around the World in 80 days”. Something like that and you replaced it with “Fire & Lightning” which is also in the New York New York casino. I have asked why. But have not gotten an answer. So why delete a perfect fun game? Better than ones that are still active... and replace it with something that is just ok and that there are two of them?? As in other reviews. Please consider easing up the win ratio. Games can be challenging... but it’s frustrating and not fun to play,play,play and win nothing. Losing all your chips and having to rebuild so you can play is not fun. Losing is part of the game. But so is winning!! As for the most recent update. The games seem the same... I am not crazy about the new home page where you collect you hourly bonus. It’s not friendly anymore. All the casino home pages are all so dark and gloomy now!! Before everything was light and happy. Adding to your desire to play. Now it is depressingly dark and gloomy (as I already said). Gives you an uneasy feeling. I know real casinos can be dark... but that doesn’t need to be reflected in a game. I don’t think that needed to be changed. Please consider lightening things up again!!

I’ve been playing Pop Slots daily for months (missed a day, once). Pop Slots used to ROCK!, but sadly, not anymore. I complained that when winning chips they don’t seem to be credited unless I wait for them to be registered before spinning again. I was told that chips are credited even if I don’t see the animation of it. I’ve paid great attention to my chip total and NO, won chips aren’t credited if I don’t wait for the animation to be almost completely registered, especially when in a timed game! Another complaint is the game doesn’t pay out nearly what it used to, something changed in a dramatic way! This seems absolutely crazy to me since I would think letting people win to keep them entertained would only increase the number of active players. Winning virtual chips often and eventually losing is the way to get people to spend real money buying chip’s because then people feel like winning is a possibility! Who wants to spend money buying chips, when all you do is lose, lose, lose with the free ones given? It seems like the number of users is down given that I can go into many rooms and it will be empty or have 1 other player. It’s not uncommon to get a message saying, “This room is empty. Would you like to change rooms?” Yes, please! I’ve lost hundreds of thousands in chips here, anyway! I’m really curious as to how so many people that I’m playing with have apparently won billions? If I bet big, I lose big, quickly! I’ve read that there are fictitious players, are these the other players that all appear to be standing on their seats? I’ve tried to find out why players appear to be standing on their seats, but your FAQs leave a lot to be desired. C’mon Pop Slots, go back to the win ratios that you used to have!

I haven’t been playing long so I can’t say anything about updates or this and that but I’m enjoying it so far. I’ve been playing free and haven’t needed or wanted to put money into it yet. Don’t see why anyone would put hundreds to thousands into a game like this but to each their own lol I get plenty of coins/tokens daily through their social media sites,plus the bonus and it keeps me going for awhile, most of the time anyway. Pretty generous On the amounts on social media’s, I think. I DO feel the machines do pay out less than the bet and way too often but okay. What don’t I like? There’s always one chair in the row of machines I’m playing that is taken by an envelope to invite your friends, leaving 3 or less people at each row.. if someone takes the seat, someone else convienantly leaves (bot) and we are back to less than four people. Ha. Yes, I’ve seen the high winner same bots floating around the casinos but yeah, the envelope should go, if we wanted to invite, we can use the invite button. The free play tickets haven’t used for the game, forgot what it’s called but even the minimum bet is too high for me. No big deal. I like most of the games. Wizard of Oz just doesn’t like me and I never get anything from the bonus spins to get my bonus higher so I never win anything substantial during the bonus round! Arg! Always waste my coins there and nothing. Wall of Khan is a little better but not much.. oh well. So, I like this game as a FREE game.. the ads don’t bother me,hit the X and leave. My goodness. See how it goes but so far, I really like it.

I do enjoy this game. People who complain about the payouts on higher bets maybe don’t live near or visit real casinos often. Most slots hit more on lower bets with smaller amounts than when you raise the bet because the payout increases that’s Tho I feel like before they changed it up coins lasted longer. I do buy coins every now and then but you shouldn’t expect people to constantly have to buy coins to play. Bonus even on lower bets don’t seem to hit at all anymore and it’s almost impossible to complete a the challenges and events because of this which to me is very disappointing because I use to love the events. You can’t even play some games more than a few mins because the minimum bets are so high. I like to go up and down with my bets as I play so hardly getting play time at minimum bet especially when it’s so hard to collect coins without making a purchase is ridiculous for a virtual casino game. Also the price of coins on pop is why I make them so rarely now. Offer more $.99 deals or even a few $1.99 deals. Not saying lower your prices but I don’t even get any special offer on deals like this anymore. I like the tournaments at first because I go to slot tournaments irl in my home town so I liked that addition but the amounts you have to bet really need to change. Because i only get options to make huge first or second bets that the end payout isn’t worth it at all.
