Our Expert Score

76/100

Oxygen Tanker Truck is a surprisingly challenging simulator that leans heavily into the physics of driving. If you go into this thinking it’s a standard racing game, you’re going to flip your truck on the first turn. The weight of the oxygen in the tank is modeled in a way that truly changes the handling—you can feel the 'slosh' as you take a corner too fast.

The missions are varied, and the hospital delivery scenarios add a nice sense of purpose to the driving. While the graphics are fairly standard for the genre, the tension of navigating a massive, hazardous vehicle through city traffic is where the game really shines. It’s a test of patience and precision that simulator fans will definitely appreciate.

Q&A

Crashing or tipping the tanker results in a mission failure due to the hazardous nature of the cargo. You will need to restart the delivery from the last checkpoint.
