Oxygen Tanker Truck is a surprisingly challenging simulator that leans heavily into the physics of driving. If you go into this thinking it’s a standard racing game, you’re going to flip your truck on the first turn. The weight of the oxygen in the tank is modeled in a way that truly changes the handling—you can feel the 'slosh' as you take a corner too fast.
The missions are varied, and the hospital delivery scenarios add a nice sense of purpose to the driving. While the graphics are fairly standard for the genre, the tension of navigating a massive, hazardous vehicle through city traffic is where the game really shines. It’s a test of patience and precision that simulator fans will definitely appreciate.

Once your tanker is loaded, follow the GPS carefully. When approaching a turn, slow down significantly earlier than you would in a car. Watch the 'balance' indicator to ensure the shifting liquid doesn't tip the truck over as you navigate roundabouts and intersections.
The core of the game is the liquid weight simulation. Speeding or sudden braking causes the cargo to shift, affecting your steering. Successful players will master 'smooth' driving to maintain stability and ensure the cargo arrives safely and on time.
Crashing or tipping the tanker results in a mission failure due to the hazardous nature of the cargo. You will need to restart the delivery from the last checkpoint.
