As of a couple of days ago, after I complete/ win a game, I keep getting the same numbers in the same order. I have loved playing the game for a long while, however, I tried to report this as a problem, but was not able to do so because of some website insufficiencies? Something’s amiss. Otherwise, it has been great.

Update: I was able to reach support finally and get some answers to my initial concerns. However there continues to be issues with advertising. I am NOT complaining about reasonable advertising on a free app. I get using the app to generate revenue. I am complaining about the HOW, WHEN, CONTENT, and QUANTITY (both length and number) of the ads that are used….the excessive ad use to the point that players want to delete the app. What purpose does that serve? When the player spends more time watching ads or closing them down and restarting the game over and over, then more time is spent doing that than playing. It becomes frustrating. I feel like ads, across most all apps, not just this one, are being used against the players; perhaps to push them to purchase app? Whatever the reason there needs to be a balance between developer needs and what is acceptable to the player. Anything else is a recipe for failure as more and more players delete the game. End of update I see no app support under settings and no response from developer email. What is up with that? Review might be higher if developer responded to my email.

No number tiles

I am on level 440 and have almost 15 MILLION points. I’ve reached higher than ever. This is the second time this has happened…I will leave the game after a level and come back to it later. When the app opens, there are no tiles to match, so I’ll add more, still nothing shows up. I’ll keep pushing it til the level ends. Luckily, when it regenerates for the re-try, it will show up and I’m able to pass it. Please fix this bug. I have taken a screen shot to show that I am on the level I say I’m on. I don’t have a screen shot of there not being tiles, but believe when I say this has happened twice.

I like the game a lot. But sometimes when I get to the end and don’t win that level , it will just stay on the screen and not let me do anything. The buttons don’t work to try again etc

Misleading AD free plans

Game itself seems fine but the verbiage tied to each “tier” for AD free plans needs updated. It says $4.99 for a month, when clicked on to actually purchase it, it then says for 3 months. $1.99 for yearly? Again click to purchase and it says it’s actually how much you’d pay monthly. $9.99 for 3 months but again, actually how much you pay for the whole year. Pricing is fair just needs to be labeled correctly

Starts over

I was at level 50+ , played an add , and had an option after add I was thinking to start the game again ( press start) second time I started over same option started me back at level 1, after I got to I believe level six add came on I pressed start was only option to start my game then AGAIN started over. I uninstalled it removed app then reinstalled the game still the same issue, someone needs to fix the glitch or issue with the game this is absurd!!!!! I’m again frozen level four after starting over

I really enjoy playing this game. However, I made it to level 23 & by mistake hit the wrong button to continue, taking back to level 1. ☹️ Is there a way to get to back to level 23 without having to play all levels in between?

Click on it. Goes off! What gives? Hooray! Problem suddenly fixed itself so I played happily for several months. Then it stopped working again. Now I’m without a NumberMatch again. What happened?
