Surprise

Graphics and puzzles are fun. The other reviews mentioned issues that have been fixed. I’m glad I gave this a try. The puzzle aren’t too difficult, but I did have trouble sometimes hitting the exact spot needed. The math stumped me, and I worked on it for a day outside of the game. It was pretty simple once I looked at it differently. I reopened and the numbers changed, so if you just can’t get it, close the game and reopen later. Also I think there is an alternate ending.

Can’t continue due to bug

I had to quit the game in the beginning of chapter 3 due to a bug. I changed the time on the clock but nothing happened. I knew it was right because it’s obvious, but I looked it up on a walkthrough just to be sure. I was right, but nothing happened for me. Kept changing the time, nothing. Closed the app and reopened but now I can’t even click on the clock. Can’t play the rest of the game. EDIT: I deleted the game, reinstalled, and started over. It let me enter the time and continue. If I can get through the rest of the game with no bugs, I’ll change my rating.

Not logical

Easy controls but too many dead ends. Some puzzles ( I’m looking at you lvl 5 arcade) are too complicated. Gave up here. Diary is so far worthless, maybe it means something for end game. Who cares. Random drawings are just that, random and useless. Mean nothing. You hand in a chess piece, which zooms in the chess board but it has no function. You spend time trying to figure what it means and it is a big nothing burger. It’s cheap enough to buy but not worth being frustrated with.

I really enjoy the artwork! But I have very poor eye-hand so after more than 100 tries on the Jumping Pumpkin, I give up. On 2nd level I couldn't get the five blue-eyes lined ip right; the gate won't open though it said if I found all 4 Diary parts, the gate would open. One last question, was I supposed to do something with the water tap? I'm beginning to think that I'm not smart enough for this type of game.

Utterly amazing, just a tad hard. But that makes you feel even better when you finish it. One of my favourite completable games.

Warning - arcade games

If you like solving puzzles but not playing arcade games like me, then this game is not recommended. The puzzle parts are fun but there are arcade games that aren’t. You even have to play an arcade game to get a hint. Moving on.

COULD BE ADORABLE BUT...

The game is freezing/stuck on the very first puzzle. I know I have the answer right and nothing’s happening. Grrr
