This game is a complete and utter JOKE
Wed May 31 2023 bigdon2020To say this game is completely unfair is completely an understatement. Yet another example of inclusive nonsense. Just have anybody in the world play anybody at any time no matter what their skill rating. That is the dumbest thing ever I’ve ever heard, this isn’t the NBA. I’ve worked so hard to get up to level 258 and they keep putting me up against players that are in the 300s with their overall rating. I don’t think that’s fair. You should be able to have a gauge to let you play who YOU WANT. It’s your game, if you want to win or if you want to make it harder to get better it’s on you. I keep playing all these clowns and I work my tail off to win and these people just walk down the court and shoot three’s like it’s nothing at the end of the game. That’s not fair. I should be able to build a lead before halftime and be comfortable. This shot for shot for shot back-and-forth nonsense is ridiculous. Even when I play on the easiest level the block they still put me up against opponents that have high overall ratings. I’m probably gonna delete this game soon, and I would not recommend it to anybody else. 👌🏻stars! One star would be a compliment.
Great gameplay but insulting store
Tue Apr 12 2022 Hype??First of all the game is just really fun. Offense can be incredible and you can even think up and run your own plays and the game rewards you for doing so. Defense needs a lot of work but it’s fine for now. My big issue is with the store and specifically the battle pass. It costs 15 dollars and the grand prizes are 4 chefs (curry) and 5 powermans (AD). That’s important because you need duplicates to upgrade players. The first upgrade only takes two players but the second takes 4 more. So this means that if you spend $15 on this mobile game, you get to upgrade these players 1 time and then have leftovers which are completely useless and the team behind this game must have known they were useless when they made it. What makes this worse is that the overalls of the players is too low to even be good. I’ve only been playing the game for 3 weeks and I couldn’t add either of the players to my team. They also sell legendary players in the shop occasionally but it’s only 1 player and it’s not the same ones from the battle pass. So it’s useless for anyone who’s actually playing the game for any extended period of time. If any of the developers are reading this, I am absolutely willing to spend money on this game because it’s super fun. However you have got to make it worth it. Make the legendary players start out at least as 50 overalls instead of 30. Im sure plenty of other people would want to buy these players if they were actually good as well.
Fun but frustrating
Tue May 17 2022 Vance9991I have never written a review for anything on the App Store or iTunes Store, whether I was unhappy or not with it, but this game has pushed me to do so. I like this game’s aspects, like the quick time for games, graphically it looks fine, and how great of a feeling it is when you sink a three-pointer. I’ve also run into situations where I have beaten people with a much higher team rating than me which is always a great feeling; unfortunately, there is a flip side to all the positives. The most frustrating thing about this game is some of the hidden mechanics that make no sense. There can be one game where I’m on the edges of green on the shot meter, or there’s not even a green meter, and I sink every shot; on the other hand, there are certain games where I can be wide open, be in position, not moving, hit the middle of the green area on the shot meter. The ball will go flying out of bounds. There will be games where I can’t make a basket no matter how clean the shots are. Another thing that drives me nuts is the occasional instance when I steal a ball, and since it’s the same button, my character will go to shoot the ball from the other side of the court. This is annoying enough, but I find it puzzling that it never happens to the opponent. After happening to me dozens of times, I have a tough time believing an actual human wouldn’t make the same mistake. There are a few other nitpicks that drive me insane, but I’ll end it here. Fun game! Just be prepared for frustration.
Fun Game: minor tweaks needed
Mon Mar 14 2022 DJLakersfanI really enjoy this game; I wish there were an option for longer games (there may be, but I’m still building my profile), but it’s been good so far. The ads aren’t too imposing like so many games, so thank you for that. I’m no programmer, but I feel a handful of tweaks would go a long way towards an even better gaming experience. First, I’d like an option to drop players that I don’t want or need; my bench is full of guys I have no need for, since you need to use coins to upgrade them to keep up with the competition. Being able to reinvest the value for those unneeded players is a far better choice. I also wish turnovers were so prevalent when the opposition doesn’t earn them. I don’t have enough control over where the ball goes and have noticed oftentimes when passing the defender simply steals the ball based on their position on the court. Lastly, when stealing the ball I end up taking a 3/4 court shot because the defense button is also the shoot button. I’m not sure what can be done, but even something as simple as a slight delay in the pass button working wound allow the player to dribble or pass the ball, rather than taking a shot they’ll never make. In close games this is maddening. Thank you for hearing me out. I look forward to enjoying your game.

Fri Nov 18 2022 REVIEW OF THE TRUTHAfter the matchup I had with the opponent who’s lower power level than me, the player seems to be too hard to beat which made the game very boring and impossible to play and when I lose, it made me very upset because of the one point difference the opponent had. And when I did a rematch, the opponent seems to get very impossible to beat and even when I almost win the last minute, all I get was fouls, the opponent foul me non stop in order to have the position advantage, penalty score was also unfair, I only get 1 shot. This not only happened to me one but happened to me many times after my team reach 241 power level. Another opponent which had 221 and lower level than me was too fast to beat, I don’t even understand at all, the Post players on the opponent team seem to have more speed and agility than my team full of guard players. I think many opponents use hacks to win the whole game and the game itself doesn’t do anything about it. The worse part is that I can’t report a player for cheating because there’s isn’t any option to report. I feel like this game is not online but full of bots and AI that are programmed to cheat and hack the whole game. I won so many times against fair playing opponents but this time, I only lose because of the amount of cheaters in the game. I even tried to win a tournament but honestly I can’t win anymore because of the cheaters in the game.

Tue Mar 14 2023 Battle canpThis game is rigged for the CPU I read the reviews before I played it and everyone was saying the same thing but I thought it was just people weren’t good enough at the game. But after I played it I realized it truly is rigged. The game first starts out insanely easy but as you starts to play in harder tournaments it gets impossible. Like in a tournament the first two rounds are easy then the last round they turn into the dream team. You can’t even pass the ball more than 5 feet without it getting stolen, you can’t let the cpu come 5 feet within the ball because they will steal it instantly. You can time a shot perfect and air ball even with a character with a really high 3 point. The stats don’t even matter at all. But I’m order to steal from the CPU you have to spam steal like 20 times just to not even get the steal anyway. If you are winning by more than one possession in the finals you aren’t scoring anymore until the cpu scores first the game just won’t let you make anything. If you are gonna make steals overpowered for the cpu then make it like that for the user as well to make it fair . Game is completely rigged the only way you win is you have to getting super lucky and not give the cpu the ball back with 3 minutes left because they will somehow make it no matter what. This game had so much potential to be good. Also what’s the point of epic and rare cards if they can be a lower level than common cards it makes no sense.

Thu Sep 21 2023 Clacking MaligatorUpdate. Gave it a second go but no dice. Got up to a level 8 and was 2nd on the Brass leader board. Just played two games, lost the first. Gave up on the second after missing four shots in a row. My opponent was able to easily steal the ball and lay it up for scores while being double teamed by my defense. I’m done. For a free game, it started out pretty fun. The graphics and gameplay are very good in the beginning. Switching up the uniforms and gear was great. As I progressed though (my last level was at a 21), the rewards lessened. The majority of player card points given were for lower level players and eventually points received were not enough to up any player at all. I did use accumulated winnings, not real money, to obtain player cards but it wasn’t enough. My best players topped out at a 45 level. Further, gameplay became really inconsistent. My shots with 60% + power were missing, rebound miss, rebound miss, then the other team would easily steal the ball and I couldn’t defend at the other end. I was having trouble moving my players and the ball not being thrown to the player of my choice. Foul shots were missing even the power marker was dead center green. There were several instances of gameplay stutter, as if my signal was being interrupted. Someone using game cheats or server issues who knows. Team point level matching was ultimately atrocious. My second to last game, I was a 227 playing a 291 team and of course it was a $10,000 match, lost. The very last was my 227 against a 251, another $10,000 match. So frustrated I left in the middle of game and deleted the app. Moving on.

Fri Jul 08 2022 MiniballplayerEnjoyable game. In fact, its the only basketball game I actually enjoy playing. The only negative comment I have is at times, usually when playing against teams [especially when the gym is purple and gray] it is very difficult to win or beat the teams. Sometimes, the the control of my team seems to disappear and they don’t do what I’m trying to make them do. If I try to make a pass to the right it goes left. When my players take a shot, the shots are all off, nowhere near the basket. This seems to constantly occur when playing teams on the purple and gray courts. If I try to move the circle to a certain player ….on defense, the circle jumps to a different player on the my team and the defender backs away from the person with the ball, letting and allowing the opponent to get the shot off. Other times the little circle on the right to make the athletes run fast disappears, and there is only one circle so I can’t switch the athlete. There are other times, the overall play of the game seems lag behind and move slowly; especially against teams on the purple and grey court. Besides these issues, the game is one of the best basketball games [in my opinion ] that I’ve come across and I am not one who enjoys games and arcade games to often. In fact my favorites are Ms. PAC Man, Galatica, and Donkey Kong. This is the fourth one I tend to enjoy when the game doesn’t seem to have a virus which interferes with my being able to play against the opponents in a “ fair” way.
