I am going to tell you what i think of this app. For starters, its definitely helpful cause when i had my tablet, i used it and i only had my parents, and our group chat and own chats, then my best friend, and my cousin, and another friend, and also other people im not really friends with. it was very nice and i loved all the cool stickers that it gave me to use. Also, the facetime is really nice too. okay now for the things i need to have fixed. since now i have a phone, i need some assistance. First, i have added more people on it such as another friend of mine who i recently became friends with at the beginning of the school year, who does not have a phone but has a tablet, and my sister who does not have a phone but it very close. when lets say my friend i recently became with, texts me and sends me a pic of something like her dogs and then she says like this is so and so. thats two messages but on my home screen, it only shows one text. from her. and me sometimes when i send her something like maybe ill reply to her saying like how cute or something then ill go to another app or something and then ill still say one message from it and i go into it again and i didnt get texted. i have to go back into my chat with her and then go back out of it. last thing, i wish the facetime thing would be like regular like i see my friend's picture clearer and more closer. mine and hers are the same size i dont like that. thats all for now byeeee. 😘✌🏼

Mon May 26 2025 Moizie!This is a good app for children who don’t have phone numbers or can’t be trusted with a phone number I wish that if you were allowed to send links because sometimes my friends try and send me links it won’t work. I know you have to get your parent to approve it, but I think it would be easier if they were approved and not approved sites to send links from also please bring back the video call games. A lot of my friends don’t even know what they were and I miss them so much. They were very fun messenger kids is very easy and accessible. I wish it had a little bit more customization and maybe you could change the contact name not just a group chat. Overall, this is a pretty good app for anyone who wants to wait to communicate with friends that’s free. It’s a really good app I was suggest getting it if you or your friends don’t have phone numbers or a phone. You can use this on a tablet or computer well, at least I used on a computer in the past, but that’s not the point. It is a very good app and sometimes they can be glitchy depending on your device, but as long as you have a pretty good device, it should work well with no glitches or anything note to parents if you would like to look through your children’s texts it allows you to do that but it also will report anything mean or anything like that so don’t worry about that stuff so much or at least that’s what I read, but I’ve had this for a long time anyway have a great day!

Wed Jun 09 2021 #humanthatexistsHi, I love using kids messenger to talk to all my friends and over all it’s an AMAZING APP. If you are a parent reading this just let your kids get it. It’s amazing I am a kid but I know about all the parent controls and they are really good. You get to choose who your kid gets to talk to and everything but back to my point, I don’t really like the newest update. When I got onto it it the appearance wasn’t as fun as usual. Like, your contacts were not in little bubbles any more and it looked like plain old boring messages. I think you should put in the settings to be able to choose the appearance. Also in the updated version (like I have) you don’t get to choose your emoji. When I first saw that I was so excited to see what it did and I liked it. But, when I got the updated version it didn’t have that option. Maybe like my other idea you can put an option in the settings if you want to be able to choose your emoji or not. Another thing is it gave me an option to see my friends contacts. That is kind of creepy like you are spying on who your friends talk to. I mean they do have to option to share it with you but still it’s kind of creepy. My last suggestion, say your friend has another friend that they want you to meet it only lets you make group calls or group chats if they are your contact too. There has been ATON of times that happened to me can you add that please? Thank you so much for reading this.✨✨✨
Messenger kids is AMAZING but please a few recommendations
Wed May 05 2021 Crazy catz29Hello I have been using Messenger Kids for about a year now and I absolutely love it! It has so many fun games and stickers I also really love the filters. But I do have a few recommendations and a glitch as well. There is one glitch that happens to me quite a bit is sometimes if I send a thumbs up another one appears under it and wont go away. Other than that most glitches have been fixed. I wish there was a shop like one where you could use the points you earn in games to buy stickers filters or like special emojis for your picture. I also wish that there was a multiplayer mode where you could get on and play a game with your friend at the same time is them like for instance send them a link to this game in messenger and play at the same time with them like race them or see who can hit the most orbs or jump higher on frog leap something like that but at the same time. I also wish that in the video maker where you can add songs and fiters i wish you could hear audio too so if i talked you could hear it. I also wish there was more than fifteen seconds for the videos. One last thing is if you could like have a weekly vote for everyone using messenger for a new filter or game and then the one with the most votes would be added. If you added those on i would ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Anyways your app is great keep up the good work.
Been a hot minute since I used this app and I loved it
Fri Oct 04 2024 YoBBJ.When I used this app I was probably in 3rd grade but now I’m in High School suffering yet surviving. Anyway, It was really good and it just kept getting better. Contrary to popular belief, I felt like Meta’s top priority of this app was privacy and online safety where parents are REQUIRED to have a Meta / Facebook account to monitor your child’s contacts, enable and disable features like games if you were to use Messenger Kids as a way to study with friends for example, and add more contacts. There is also safety features in place keeping inappropriate GIFs, Images, and Videos out of the mix. Also If your an adult, you don’t have to download Messenger Kids AT ALL to communicate with your kid, you can use the Messenger App or use Facebook built-in Messenger but the host parent has to approve you. So, if your a parent of the edge about random numbers texting your kid or you want an extra bit of peace of mind knowing who your kid is texting and what they are texting, download this app. And one more thing I’ve found the transition from Messenger Kids to normal iMessage to be fairly smooth as your kid gets into middle school and is begging you for a REAL phone I’d recommend in terms of money waiting til you or another family member gets a new phone, because there could be carrier deals. Or when they turn 13 and you as a parent feel that they are mature enough.

Sat Sep 10 2022 Kittyroblox❤️Well me and my cousin Karina have been having fights lately and I just want to say that could you like change like if she saying mean things and stuff just like it take it away I would prefer that maybe that will change a little and have more games that are fun like a race or something but it’s pretty nice and I enjoy it the developers please changes if you see this message like pretty please I really like this Messenger Kids it’s really fun I just just want this new update real fast it’s OK if it’s not that fast I don’t really care but I’m just saying can you just change it a little that’s all I’m asking I’m not trying to be mean to you guys but I’m just trying to just say that for the new update and stuff I kind of want to see you like pretty soon or later or next year two more years and if the update comes I would really love that and I would always use Messenger Kids the one thing I don’t like when connecting sometimes I call Jeremy well all the time it just says connecting and it makes it worse I like it when it’s calling so make sure you change that to always calling so to make me happy so I know that they’re not here or not because I am kind of confused of connecting I think it means like they don’t want to pick up me or something yeah this is that’s all him if you heard this message thank you so much developers yeah that’s all thank you make sure you put those updates just checking Bye

First off, you get to change the chat colors for your chats. 💬There are many cool color options to choose from that make it fun to use! 🤩 Also, you can choose the theme for the app. 😄This also has many fun colors. Next, it has fun games that you can play with your friends and family! 💗They are interactive games that you send back and forth with someone. 👾Some games are Geode Smash, Silver Screen, Animal Mash-Up, Chess, and more! ♟️In addition, when texting, the app offers cute stickers and gifs! 🐶In addition, the app has a camera where you can have fun filters! 🙈One of my favorites is the panda filter. 🐼 You can also take videos and you can save everything to your camera roll. 📷 Lastly, you can video call! This is a nice way to see your family and friends virtually. When calling, you can have on filters, take a picture of the call, and play games together! 📞Overall, this app is AMAZING and is a great way to start your kids up with messaging! 😊 Thanks for reading my review! This is getting really annoying!! 😫😫
Mon Jun 09 2025 Kmc7519This app was fine, occasionally some random annoying things, like not being able to call. I would call someone, but it would immediately go to the “no answer” screen, and if someone called me and I answered it would say “call failed”. That was really annoying, and somehow I got it to fix. But recently it’s been worse than ever. It started a couple days ago, I went into the app and all the messages said “message cannot be displayed” but we deleted the app and went back into it and it worked fine. Then a couple hours later I saw I had some messages, so went into the app but nothing showed up. We deleted it and tried again, it worked but stopped and did the same thing next time I went into it. We did multiple tests and troubleshooting steps, including checking my storage, making sure I had the latest update of the app, me texting others and them texting me, etc. My stuff will send, and they can see it, but I can’t see what they send back. Every time I get even one message from Messenger Kids, the little red dot says I have multiple, but I go into the app and it says nothing new. I would go into the chat to see the new message, and it says “5 new messages” or whatever, but they are MY MESSAGES. I think this app is getting confused, there’s no new update, and it’s getting really annoying. There’s multiple reviews saying the same thing, so I don’t know what’s going on, but please fix this app!!!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
