Merge Duck 2 is a delightfully weird and addictive idle RPG. It takes the familiar 'merge' mechanic—where you combine two identical units to create a stronger one—and applies it to a vast army of combat-ready ducks. The character designs are hilarious and creative, ranging from ducks in wizard hats to ducks that look like superheroes.
What makes it more than just a simple merger is the turn-based RPG combat. Once you’ve built your flock, you send them into battle where positioning and duck-type synergies matter. It’s a perfect 'set it and forget it' game for busy people, but it has enough depth in the collection and upgrade systems to keep you coming back to see what ridiculous duck you'll unlock next. It’s charming, colorful, and genuinely funny.

Don't just merge everything immediately. Sometimes it's better to keep multiple mid-level ducks on the battlefield to provide more attacks per turn before merging them into a single powerhouse.

I love it but…
Thu Jun 16 2022 iChris117Firstly this game is amazing and extremely entertaining. So after a few weeks of playing and spending well over 100 USD into the game I’ve found that it’s largely unfair in the later levels. The lower tier ducks, the ones that a player can only upgrade to S+ have no limits when it comes to the AI which in itself is unfair. I’ve found that the duck “Puppet” is one of the strongest AIs as it can completely change the outcome of the game. As a player you can only upgrade Puppet to S+ making it useless for a player to use but the AI can have it at U tier which with Puppets abilities they can do extreme damage to most of your ducks and heal to full. The only way to beat puppet is to apply a reduce healing effect which can be difficult if they are placed in the back rows unless you specifically have prepared for her. The only other way to beat these unfair AIs is to outlevel them which takes an unreasonable amount of time even in the early levels and only gets harder and harder to afford levels as your tier increases. The only way this can be fixed is by encouraging the developers to create more ways of gaining resources necessary to level up or by reducing the cost of the levels. All in all the game is amazing though from my point of view it seems largely forced that they want you to spend money to buy things necessary for upgrades but even that has little effect in the scheme of things.

This game has brought true meaning to my life on what was once this desolate planet. I have found a true reason to live because of this app. This is not a matter of opinion, it is fact that this game can bring true joy to one’s life. Even God wishes he could’ve created something with such perfection. This game has so much power that my dead hamster can back to life just to bare witness to the greatest game known to man. Overall, not a thing on this planet can even hope to compare to the mighty power of ‘Merge Duck 2’.

Wed Sep 07 2022 DiegoCashinListen , i have supported your game , ive made little purchases i have a full S+ team …. All level 120 some over 120 … you guys made the puppet a little too over powered im at stage 8-24 … i keep going to round 15 because the puppet duck literally heals 95% of its health based on its attack which it does every 3-4 moves …. Meaning unless i one shot him im always losing due to reaching round 15 because he wont die …. Take that ability down a notch … hes not even the boss but he’s lasting longer than him … that makes no sense and ive seen other comments about the puppet duck . I HAVE an ultra puppet duck but he does NOT last long like the computers puppet duck … i literally slaughter half the team with no issue but the puppet duck just outlast because its literally almost impossible to target him and kill him before he heals himself almost from his super its not about my team so dont say get better ducks all my ducks are better . And you guys dint let us choose targets which SHOULDA BEEN A THING 💯 because it would make the game better . How am i leading these ducks if i cant even tell them who to attack ? Please fix immediately. Its easy to just remove the duck or disable him . And i will repeat i have a full team of S+ ducks all 4 star gear i have all purple chips on all ducks with different sets on all my ducks and i have the attributes advantage/faction aura remove the puppet duck other people have said this also

Sat Jul 16 2022 Rapid_Locust9Today I founded this game so I suggest to download this game because they have cool graphics and cool stuff 😎.I like the story line and it was kinda funny when they said there were only 4 best duck but it was 6 best duck so the duck miscounted it 🤣😂. Merge: The game call merge Duck 2: Idle RPG, right? I thought it really was merge game because that’s the name of the title but I was wrong well I’m probably was wrong too because I didn’t play a lot of this game but now I’m going to play this game on my phone because it best for the phone. I REALLY WANT TO PLAY MERGE GAMES 😭. I wish this is really merge game but I’m probably wrong because I didn’t play all the way. Thanks for reading this review and this game is fun but need to add merge please there will be merge soon!!!

Tue Aug 02 2022 ihhinihhhI’ve been playing for a while and I was pretty good at the game and I the game kept telling me to make my account bond strong so I would not lose my account and to log in to Facebook so I pressed it and I logged in (I tried logging in already to do exactly what it was telling me, it said could not find account) and I restarted the whole game lost everything I tried the the game initialization thing nothing I knew i was not going to redo everything all over again. But overall it rlly addicting and fun but I’m still confused why it would tell me that

Let’s just say, I like it dudes ;) they’re doing thing right here guys, and a bonus! (I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max) My battery is not being drained! No lagg when switching through pages on the game screen the game is fluid.
Fun Until You Stop Progressing
Fri Jul 15 2022 KuhneegitGreat concept and art and it’s fun for the first week or so. The biggest problem is that you really just don’t get enough stuff to progress. I’m assuming that’s to boost in-app purchases but it could be done much better by having more events and making the main “story” battles a bit easier to progress through. After day 8 or 9 my progress has basically stalled completely because I’m not powerful enough to really do anything besides pay for more XP or just wait a few more days. Also, I’d love some more variety with the characters. A lot of them feel kinda similar to one another.
