Fri Mar 01 2024 BobdoobI opened an account recently and was playing leisurely. All of a sudden during use, my account was frozen and I wasn’t able to play anymore. The following morning, today, I tried to log back in to see what the problem was. It said “ your account is locked and contact support.” I emailed support, and they respond with telling me that I’m permanently and banned and my account is being investigated. I used credit cards securely linked through Apple Pay.. which are my credit cards and I have never had an issue before. I deposited small amounts.. just to play for fun. I can appreciate security and things like that, but this is taking it a little too far. Had not even had the account open for 24 hours. So basically, they stole the money from that I legally and legitimately deposited, and locked me out. That’s great. I would not recommend this app or this developer. You could fall victim to their “fraud” , just as I did.

It quickly becomes “bonus cash” and property of the game. Even if you deposit more money, only a fraction of it is credited; about 75% of it is “bonus cash.” Even if one deposited $300 of their own funds into the game, it would be labeled as $700 of “bonus cash.” A player would have to sacrifice $1000 in this scenario, as the game controls the profits. The house wins.

This game doesn't allow matches of 4 in a cross pattern, boo. =( What it does have, are extra turns when you match 4 in a row, special items when you combine 5, things such as that. It gets pretty fun. =) Play it. You may have fun! =)

Tue Sep 30 2025 Bmacro331I have paid into this game, the game is fun and great!! Just don’t EVER put money into it!! I had won $105 and went to cash out and they only wanted to give me $48 of the $105. Then they want verification copies of both sides of your ID, which I gave and they say it was rejected. I have the new “Real ID”, even still rejected. Multiple emails stating to upload new photos of ID again and again… to no avail. They have no intention of paying out, period!! The game itself, is fun and great, just don’t spend a dime, cause it will be money wasted, even when you win, they don’t pay out!! Play leisurely for free ….and you’ll enjoy the game!!

Tue Jun 04 2024 KATii3BABiiThe LITTLEST updates could make this game perfect I’ve sent messages to the in app chat support numerous times and still never got a response not even a auto response ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for weeks I love the app and most of the games there is a few I play constantly but recently I keep getting the blue tickets and I’ve never had a problem before but there is no spot in the reward section as there has ALWAYS BEEN to use/trade them in
