Match Triple 3D takes the classic Mahjong-style matching game and brings it into a chaotic, physics-based 3D space. Instead of a flat board, you're looking at a pile of objects that you have to rotate and sort through to find three matching items. It’s surprisingly tactile and much more engaging than its 2D predecessors.
The challenge comes from the timer and the sheer number of objects on the screen. It tests your visual scanning and spatial awareness. The graphics are sharp, with every item from fruits to toys looking distinct and high-quality. It’s an excellent 'zen' game that demands just enough focus to be a great distraction without being overwhelming. The satisfying 'clink' when objects merge is the cherry on top.
Beautifully rendered 3D objects
Physics-based object interaction
Challenging time-limited levels
Relaxing ASMR-style sound effects
Don't dig too deep early on. Focus on the items on the very top of the pile to clear space and reveal the items hidden underneath.
If you get stuck, use the 'Magnet' booster to automatically find a triple match. This is especially helpful when the timer is low and the pile is still large.
The bar holds items you've picked but hasn't matched yet. If it fills up without a match, the game ends, so pick carefully!
First off, I’d like to say kudos to the developers. I enjoy some good rag doll effects, and you got that down. You also picked some good models. They’re distinctive enough to pick out, although I do mistake they owl, the orange, and the onion. All 3 are distinctive, yet they’re close enough to be mistaken when in a hurry tapping. I originally got this to put on my iPad for my mother to play with during her long chemo sessions. I had absolutely no intentions of playing this. None. At all. And I’m at level 238. I showed her how to play it…then I picked up my phone, downloaded it, and haven’t stopped playing. For those thinking of downloading-do it. There are infinite lives. Mess up on a level? Play it as many times as you need to pass it. You can play this game for hours and never spend a dime. I have no idea how intrusive the ads are, I immediately spent a few dollars to get the no ad version so my mom wouldn’t have to sit through them. I see no ads unless I choose to see ads to multiply my winnings or to clear the boxes if I fill them accidentally. It’s well worth it to get the no ad version. Also, if you’re using it to kill time while waiting for a doctor appointment, opening this and starting a level is a siren call for doctors and nurses. You get about 5 picks in and a doctor will enter the room. Every time. Trust me, I’ve been to a LOT of doctors appointments with my mother in the past few months, this thing works to shorten wait time at every appointment. It’s amazing.
First off, I love this game and it is very addictive. However, I paid for no ads during the game and understand in order to increase your point value by 1-5 you must watch an ad, if not you take the points as they are. Once I hit level 2001, for some reason it is making me watch two ads in order to increase my points, why?? This is very frustrating! I hate the ads we have to watch and find it terrible that we now have to watch ads twice before we can collect. Also, my other complaint is, when you say we have to pay 100 points or start over when we have supposedly filled the bottom row (can’t remember what you call it) and it throws the items back into the pile it is also throwing items that were complete (3 of the same kind) that should not be thrown back, after all they were already matched before the row was filled with 1 or two of the same items. I find you guys are cheating your customers when you do that and you are not playing fair!!
This was *such* a good game before! Obviously, I’ve enjoyed playing it as I’m up to ~Level 1962 and purchased (supposedly) “no ads” (which is deceptive as you can see below). I would buy the next level of “no ads” if it were reasonably priced, but it’s crazy expensive. But that’s not why I’m updating my review. My update is because, unhappily, the addition of the flashing cubes with the question mark has taken the fun away and replaced it with aggravation. There are just too many of those cubes in each game. Skill and experience no longer matter. The only way to finish a level is to use boosters … use boosters EVERY time. I used to win 1 out of 10 or 15 games which is a good, strong challenge. Since the flashing cubes showed up, I haven't won a single game out of the 100+ I’ve played, except by using boosters. It’s not a question of improving my skill. It’s simply that with all those flashing cubes, there isn’t enough time programmed into each level. Maybe with about 1/3 the number of flashing cubes, the game would be better. I’m just a few attempts away from deleting the game. Thank goodness there are so many fantastic games from which we can choose. Previous Review Title: WARNING —> Buying “no ads” still leaves ads on purpose The option to purchase ads-free is deceptive. If the game advertizes that some ads still show, either that info was intentionally hidden or intentionally omitted. This is false advertising. This is a great game, and it’s so disrespectful of the players hide the truth. Terribly disappointed and frustrated that I was tricked.
I ADORED this game, like, sincerely addicted. The graphics are great and the interface is good but I have a few qualms. 1.) THE ADS. I read through other reviews and I completely agree. The ads are infuriating and it’s too expensive to go without ads. I found myself with a game plan getting situated with what I need to collect then an ad shows up and I have to completely reorient myself to what in the world I was doing. Plus having an ad every like minute seems incredibly excessive. I understand at the end of the level but interrupting in the middle is incredibly infuriating. 2.) the lack of boosters. If you don’t have the magnet or the UFO rush it is IMPOSSIBLE to beat a level. Especially, as I mentioned, with the ads. It takes you completely out of the game when you’re being stopped 4+ times where you have to retrace your steps and due to this you lose..It also seems incredibly unfair that I’m getting coins without actually getting coins which I could use for boosters but its just a waste of animation with the piggy bank rejecting the coins. I think it would work so much better to collect less coins then have it seem like you didn’t earn anything. Again, I love this game a lot but I’ve had to take a break from it because of how frustrating these two points are.
The action of the game is to tap the object to select it rather than dragging it to the box. Much smoother and much less frustrating. I like the game so much that I paid to get rid of the ads. My problem is that after playing many levels, I find it less challenging to the point of almost boring. I will get level after level that give me 5 or 6 minutes and are easily beaten in just a couple of minutes. Now, I play on my iPad not my phone and use a stylus ( can’t imagine finishing even one level without a stylus) and this maybe makes the difference cuz I am going to be 66 in a couple of months and so totally not a whiz kid. Would’ve given it 5 stars but for that. How about the option of a challenge level with more objects or less time? I can’t imagine that I am the only one experiencing this. And before someone reminds me that there are other games that are harder that I could play, let me say that I have indeed played them and find them TOO challenging with way too little time to win without boosters or money and the frustrating action of dragging not tapping the objects. Anyway, will keep playing the game as it is the best I have found all around.
The game itself is fun and addictive and can help boost memory. I find it perfectly challenging. You’ll have to keep your coins up (win through beating so many levels or collecting points, or watch daily ads) and keep boosters (win through beating so many levels or collecting points). The downside - as mentioning in many other comments - is the amount of ads. I understand we could buy the ad free version, but from the comments people are still seeing ads. The higher the levels, you are seeing ads multiple times in one game. Pause the game for a second - here’s an add. If you are just on the main screen and the screen goes off for 1 second - another ad. Compared to other games, the amount is crazy. They have to be getting more money from the ads than if I would pay for the no ads. During play the ads are 10 + seconds (longer if you don’t know how to find the half hidden arrow to stop them). And most annoying is although I play with the sound off, the ads still blast sound. So if I’m listening to an audiobook while playing it either stops for the ad or both play at the same time.
Now there is an ad, ROYAL KINGDOM, that is hijacking my media player on my iPad with a notification that my iPad is being SCANNED. There is no way to report this ad when it is playing, so I assume the game developers know about it, as there are other ads that have no way of reporting. Ads are still freezing the game even with the new update and many ads are one minute long. If you have hours to waste this may not be an issue, but it also eats up the bonus time you earn when playing. 30 second ads are endurable but one minute ads make you feel like you are spending more time watching ads than actually playing the game. I am sure there are better options out there. I really like playing this game better than other match games, however, recently, as others have stated, the ads (of which there are many) constantly freeze the game and you can’t even get back in to play unless you reboot your phone or iPad. It’s becoming too much of a hassle to play this game anymore because this happens constantly. Too bad, it used to be one of my favorites. Over 6 months later, thought I would see if they resolved the ads freezing the game, nope. They obviously don’t care if you play their app or not.
Just want to say you need to give free daily points/coins for coming back and playing each day. Other games I play give daily and hourly points/coins to allow to keep playing the game with out having to feel like you need to make in app purchases just to keep playing. I’m only at level 50 or something like that and now I have to keep watching ads just to build points up so I can play again. I have already paid to remove ads. I shouldn’t have to continue to pay for more coins just to continue playing. Then this whole “Piggy Bank’ where coins keep going into a piggy bank at end of each game and the piggy bank is “full” but the only way to access the coins are to make a purchase! Seems a bit confusing that if those coins are being rewarded at end of game play yet the only way to collect them is to purchase them. Very frustrating that I now need to sit and watch (silenced/I turn down the volume)ads just to gain a few coins in order to continue playing in lieu of purchasing coins that were won, from a piggy bank that I have no access to unless I pay for them. Game rules are not clearly defined.
