As a veteran of PvP puzzle games, I’m impressed by how much the 'alternating turns' mechanic changes the strategy. You aren't just looking for your own moves; you're actively trying to avoid leaving a 4-of-a-kind setup for your opponent.
The 'Boosters' add a layer of deck-building that feels fair. Because both players are working on the same board, the luck factor is significantly reduced compared to other games. It’s fast, the community is huge, and the constant tournaments keep the competitive fire alive. If you think you're good at match-3, this game will put that to the test.

I love it but hate it
Sat Dec 03 2022 always butterflyThis game is so fun….. if you want a game that makes you think and can distract you for hours at a time, this is it. The first app game that I actually spent money on because I love it so much. Especially the booster rumbles when you get to keep the opponents boosters. However there are certain things that I absolutely hate about it and it makes me want to delete it. The first one being no algorithm. Instead of matching the boosters evenly they set it up unfairly so that sometimes you have no chance of winning. How the heck can a tiny paintbox booster go up against cleopatra who spits out scarabs and dominates the board?at least pair the boosters evenly because most people with smaller boosters just end up forfeiting or the game is not fun because there’s no real competition when you have a bigger booster. It should match up evenly or at least legendary for legendary purple booster for purple booster etc. second they give too many sticker duplicates. Yes you get a reward for duplicates but I wish there wasn’t so many. Even with trading and requesting stickers it takes forever to complete an album. And third I wish there was a build your own bundle option. If I’m paying my money I’d like to pick the boosters I want to play and still get a good deal and not have the app choose it for me. Some people love cleopatra(not my fave) I personally am good with the spaceship booster. But I have to wait til it goes on sale to get it. The game would be a thousand times better if these things were fixed. Also more variety. If I see Cleo pop up one more time I’m gonna throw my shoe at the wall. Can we please get something new???

Fri Jan 26 2024 bfkdidjskaoaWhoever goes first at the start of the match is most likely to win 9 times out of ten because they get all the freshly generated matches. Since you only get 2 measly moves and not any time at all to think about the moves you are taking you simply cant catch up to the opponent if they clear the board not just once but twice. You are better off leaving the match early. This is infuriating because boosters are hard enough to get since coins are as hard to collect since everything costs so much and you earn so little over time even when winning in streaks. The game is built against the player, especially the 10 second “MAKE YOUR MOVES NOW AND DONT THINK ABOUT IT” timer. I want to binge play this game and maybe spend some money on it. But with how predatory the app is in snakey ways i cannot justify spending even a buck on this app. When bored at work it is a good time killer but that’s all it is good for right now. You dont get to have enough boosts to keep playing. If you run out of them you have to wait a long time to play again. What is that? I thought devs wanted as much playtime on their developed games as possible. It boggles my mind that they implement a system built against you playing the game. If the response to me feedback is AI generated or regurgitated from a staff forum that has a list of “official responses” to use then just dont respond at all. How about give a dam and make the game fun rather than built against the player, and in several ways i didnt even mention. Make me want to play this game.

First I think you should get the losers power up as a reward for winning. Secondly you should definitely get three stars when your opponent gives up before the game is over because they are losing. No matter how many points you are winning by 1 or 21. Update: July 19 You guys did add the 3 stars for giving up feature but.... "You'd done messed up now A A Ron" Seriously please go back to the way you get boost on your team. I don't give two Fs about outfit parts!! I got every bronze outfit and still only use the original pig one!! I never get to request the Owl boost and I have so many ducking duck powerups I'm going crazy!! I don't like that one at all so why if I want to get boost from my team am I forced to pick between that one that I don't use and outfit parts that I don't use?? Please fix!! Update: October 6 I appreciate the change in the requesting team boost. It’s definitely better than before. My current issue/suggestion is the album’s. I’m sure many try to get them but I’ve given up since they are next to impossible to complete and there are so many! I would really like it if you all took away the old ones permanently not just the filtering nonsense. I have my mom to remind me of all my failures I don’t need this game to too. Wed May 18 2022 Tone GamingIt’s been a while since I’ve reviewed this game. I have to say, it’s still very addicting and it’s by far the best match 3 game out. Lots of fun (when you’re winning). Love the boosters too and I enjoy being on a team and working together to win prizes. But that’s where the fun ends. The bots are still present in the game. The opponent going after their timer has reached zero is STILL present in the game. The stupid “waterfall” (when an opponent makes one three match and then a bunch of other pieces fall and match for a crazy combo that seems impossible) happens far too often which confirms the presence of bots. This waterfall doesn’t really happen for you as the player though. Playing the “map” challenges where you have to win somewhere between 5 games and 9 games to get a prize is impossible to win. You always play special edition boosters or legendary boosters that always seem like bots and you lose. It’s still pay to win it seems. If you don’t have high level boosters, you will eventually lose all your boosters. If you do have high level boosters, you’ll lost them trying to get prizes through tournaments, map challenges, and solo challenges. The solo challenges seem like they never give you enough of your color to use your booster so you’re forced to use your helpers early then lose late. Just still a broken game. I wish it was just straight up fair but it’s clear it’s not and that’s why it’s so frustrating. It got better for a time where I felt like my losses weren’t me being cheated but now it’s gotten bad again.
Very fun game, just don’t take it too serious
Sun Apr 06 2025 Carlos1975III’ve played the game for well over a year, and while I don’t that it is completely rigged like some will say, it is definitely set up to make the makers of the game money; which makes sense, I mean they’re clearly not doing all this work for free. But it’s definitely addictive so if you’re prone to addictive gameplay and prone to spending money on games, or are way too competitive - you might wanna stay away. My problem is the daily wheel and occasional super wheel spin you are awarded by completing certain sticker albums. The sticker thing is a whole other story I won’t go into. However, getting back to the wheel spins I think that’s the part I can see is mostly rigged. I’ve been doing the daily wheel spin as long as I’ve been playing the game, which as I stated has been well over a year and I have never not once gotten a booster shield. Same with the super wheel spin: I’ve spun that at least 20 times, and you guessed it, I’ve never gotten a booster shield or sticker token. Not once! And I can see that the game makers are definitely Trump supporters. I would rather there be no political involving in the game, but take a look and see what you see when you search for teams to join. Tons of pro Trump and not a single one for any other political person (for example: Biden when he was president; but there has always been one anti-Biden group available). Even with the growing disapproval of the current president and his cabinet, you think they’ll be at least one anti-Trump team. No, not one. How do you say you’re biased without saying you’re biased?

Fri Dec 27 2024 Dar0yalqu33nI’ve been playing this game for a little over two years now and it’s bittersweet honestly it kind of feels like a scam like it’s set to just rob you because I can honestly say I’ve spent more money than I would like to admit on this game and the timing and how fast it goes With nothing to chauffeur it is just ridiculous and their target price marketing is beyond anything I’ve seen in any game. Their strategies are just so opposite the more money you spend the more expensive things become, which makes you not want to spend no money, especially when the higher your rank the harder the boards become. The matches are not fair and the system itself is not reliable it crashes there’s bugs it freezes and half the time you get nothing back I spent $70 on one bundle package and this game had the audacity to literally set the algorithm for me to not win at all. I played one board with one booster noticed that it was a different booster that one. I played it again with that booster then it was the same booster I had just played with that just happens to win the second time. Customer service just tells you they’re working on the problem and offer you endless apologies but it seems like it’s getting worse. There’s no incentives for loyalty players or frequent buyers. Nothing at all you get the same perks as everybody else even the people that don’t spend a dime on the game they don’t have any type of loyalty program at all.
Fun Game But Terrible Algorithm
Tue Mar 19 2024 Ashveer253I keep being paired with opponents which are either ranked higher than me or have a much better booster (ie. Double/Triple Diamond Boosters). I have made this complaint before but was told that the algorithm is correct and there is a way to defeat the opponet, even if they are ranked higher or have a better booster. This is not true and even if it is, it would take an expert with a lot of luck tk achieve this. They also are able to go first and are given a favorable setup which allows them to get match after match without even having to do anything. I’m getting tired of dealing with these unfair pairings. This is becoming frustrating and is making me want to stop playing and delete this app altogether. I also heard the same issues with other people in my group. It is a fun game but these problems are making the game unappealing and taking away all fun. I hope you take this as well as all feedback seriuosly because not doing so deters people from wanting to continue playing and sharing this game with others. I have also read these same issues from reviews on the app store so I know you have received this feedback before but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I will also put this review on the app store so others can see the issues they will have before dowloading the game as it can take away from the initial excitement of a potentially fun new game.

I’ve only been playing for 2 days and can hardly win any matches because I keep getting opponents that are hundreds of levels higher than me and they have expensive boosters and then I’ve also noticed how my opponents seem to get tons of extra moves for no reason. It claims it’s all random and by luck but it really seems to me that it’s to get you to shell out cash to try to win against these impossible odds. It’s like I’ll lose 3 and win one just to keep me playing like, “oh you keep losing, here’s a gimme to keep you interested so you don’t quit before we can squeeze some money out of you.” I don’t think this game is very fair in terms of pitting new players against very high level opponents. Every game I play with the exception of very few seem tailored to let my opponents win, it really doesn’t seem all that random to me. I’d suspect they’re just trying to keep us playing long enough and for us to become invested enough to throw money at the game to try to increase the chances of winning, which already seem nonexistent. It’s extremely hard to even level up with opponents that are too high in level for me to even have a chance at beating them. This game just seems very inequitable, it’s almost impossible to win, level up, get the supposed “outfits” that I haven’t seen one of so far. I’m not going to waste my money on a game that just causes me undue stress whilst claiming to do the opposite!
