This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Fixed occasional problem in pinch-to-zoom
This is Mahjong Solitaire in its purest, most professional form. The absence of ads is the biggest selling point here—it creates a seamless, Zen-like flow that is often interrupted in other versions of the game. The tiles are crisp and easy to read even on smaller screens, and the variety of layouts ensures that you won't get bored.
The 'shuffle' and 'hint' systems are implemented fairly, helping you out of a jam without making the game too easy. It’s the kind of app that stays on your phone for years because it’s the perfect companion for a quiet moment. If you want a distraction-free, high-quality Mahjong experience, this is the version to get.
100% Ad-free experience
Beautiful HD graphics

Focus on removing tiles that unlock the most other tiles first. Prioritize the top layers and the long horizontal rows.
Match identical pairs of 'free' tiles to remove them from the board. A tile is free if it has no tiles on top and at least one side is open.
Yes, the graphics are optimized for both iPhone and iPad displays.
This is a fun game. The application works proper and has plenty of options for different tastes and challenge levels. The only downside is the tiles are a bit small. This can be a challenge for older eyes. ***Thank you developer. No ads and no spyware!***
I love this game. It was a pleasant surprise the day I found it. Years ago I received a game cd with a new computer. It was called Shanghai and I was quickly addicted to all of the games on the cd. Mahjong Solitaire is lots of fun and a great way to relieve stress. My only hope is that the developers will bring us the other games that were on the Shanghai cd. I don't remember the names, however they all used Mahjong tiles but were manipulated differently. The one I liked best let the player slide rows of tiles. Again, lots of fun and worth the purchase price!
Aesthetically pleasing design & layout. Simple & straightforward for play. Gorgeous colors. I was looking for a well-designed solitaire game that didn't scream at me with 3-D movement, crazy timers or penalties, or unnecessary graphics, opponents, or extraneous features. I deduct a 1/2 star because the tiles are indeed very tiny on my iPhone, and I find my screen inching closer & closer to my face. Perhaps that cannot be helped, I don't know. In spite of that slight drawback, I love the game & am enjoying the large number of tile layout options, some of which I have never seen before.
I have enjoyed this game so much. I have tried just about all the different layouts but none can beat this one. What makes it so great for me is the color of the tiles and the ease of finding matches. The only thing I would change is the back ground color.maybe give some color selections that are easy on the eyes.one more thing please, please make more layouts . Maybe there is a #2 of this game. Let me know. Thanks, s.gollie
