Madden NFL 21 Mobile (updated as Madden NFL 26 in listing) continues the series' tradition of being the most polished football experience on mobile. The 'A Whole New Ballgame' tagline is well-earned, specifically with the introduction of 'The Yard.' This 5v5 streetball mode is a blast of fresh air, offering over-the-top gameplay like triple laterals and 25-yard first downs that break up the serious simulation of the standard 11v11 modes.

Great game, been playing it for years. But a few minor (i think) pointers that y’all could consider for the next update/season in Ultimate Team or Seasons. I’m Ultimate Team, if obtaining players was a tad easier, i.e. the event where you get players from other players, like 5 commons for 1 rare player, maybe there could be an easier way to get the gold or epic players without paying money to get a good foothold in that. For seasons AND Ultimate Team, the uniform combinations. As we have seen this past year, there have been many comebacks in throwbacks and new combinations, like the Texans New Candy Red unis they just released on Nov. 22, or the Kelly Green of the Eagles, and etc. if there was a choice in customization in both Season and Ultimate Team as “default uniforms” that would be a great attention grabber for us players. And for the Seasons, if the playoffs could be a bit more realistic and even if the Pro Bowl could be an option to play for, that would be great. And one more thing, if there was a draft option for Seasons, like at the end of every season you complete the would be a draft/free agent class, which would also make it more realistic and versatile. And if playbooks of other teams followed suite of their own coaches, like the ones on Ultimate Teams, but for every team in Seasons. This may be a lot and might not get added, but just some fresh ideas to through out there by a veteran player on multiplier accounts. FFS… where do I start? Gameplay animations lack realism. Players who stand still have more momentum on a hit than a man running at them full speed. Individual stats including trucking and speed does not mean anything if the other teams power is equal or stronger than yours. Strongest tackle is the horse collar and players fall backwards more in arm tackle sequences than forwards with momentum. Still no legacy team which makes the previous season of Madden a complete wash - including any money paid to build a team completely wasted… will never make that mistake again. No rewards at the beginning of the season for your league having a certain ranking from the previous season? No rewards at the beginning of the season for you building your team to a certain overall / power from the previous season? No rewards at the beginning of this season for being a player of the mobile game for x amount of seasons!? No rewards for Season gameplay!? Even for winning the Super Bowl - which if I remember is the pinnacle achievement of the sport! So that is a complete waste of time. Moving forward with Journey and Back to the Gridiron are stalled because I am supposed to have x amount of players and even though I continue to auto-complete previous games I am left waiting for energy to build up so I can gain 1 piece of epic equipment every 7 simulations bringing down momentum and enthusiasm for the game. The groundwork for the game has potential and I hope future releases tap into that but with a complete washout of the previous game version each year it makes wanting to fully invest in the current version a waste of time and money.

I loved playing madden mobile. I loved seasons mode and being able to upgrade my team. I didn’t like the overdrive update, but it was nice because I could play it with my friends. Secondly, once they removed the auction house, this game go so much worse. For kids like me who didn’t want to spend money to have a good team, the auction house was the way to go. You could get coins and use the coins to buy the players. It could take me like 10 minute of playing coin rush to get all the coins I needed for a player. Now, if I just want one elite player, you have to play for ages because you need to use trades which you can even trade with other players to do it. You need 5 uncommon players for a rare player. Then 5 rare players for an elite player. But the only way to get common players is through event coins, and event coins can only be earned by playing the events. And it takes like 100 event coins to get an uncommon player, but the events only give you 50 event coins per challenge. You end up having to do 50 events for one player if you don’t want to spend money. And you can’t even do that in a row because you lose all your event stamina. Finally, they used to reset the teams to the basic teams every time they would release a new console madden. But now they keep the same teams, and it punishes players that don’t play for a year or so. Like me. I took a couple years off and now me team is terrible, but their is like no auction house to improve it.

So many A.I issues i dont even know where to begin. If you try playing a regular season with your favorite team’s roster rather than a mut roster, you’ll see nothing but missed tackles by the a.i or just something beyond ridiculous. like desean jackson breaking lb through sheer strength. This app doesn’t take into any consideration what these player’s strengths and weaknesses are while severely crippling your players capabilities in order to make the game more difficult if you choose to raise the difficulty. I always play on hard and it’s mind blowing how many times i can call the right thing and have it not matter because gold and silver players can’t tackle or catch. The A.I only scores with 60+ yard plays which is another issue. If they aren’t hitting a home run they’re going 3 and out, and sometimes the home runs happen all game long because the game seems to forget gold and silver players are NFL players too. I play the app for my love of football but this game needs a major fixing. There is no way to play a simulator of a real life game if physics don’t even matter. Also players ability to tackle should not be relevant to your own camera angle. I can bring a strong safety from up top to tackle any tight end, but because I’m coming directly at a tight end it doesn’t matter who the strong safety or tight ends are, the tight end is stiff arming the strong safety and going for a long play.

Better score bored. 8. Career mode. 9. different whether like show or rain. 10. Crate own player. 11. add better ratings like a 99 overall. 12 a depth chart to see all the overalls. 13. Play the pro bowl and not just do drills. 14. Add injury on the field so you can see not just after the game. 15. see coach’s like Mike Zimmer 16. Show stats show like passing yards and stuff. 17. See awards like mvp and see who won. 18. Add refs on the field. Add flags and when you get a flag you can see the refs and if it’s like a bad on you can get suspended. 19. add booth reviews cause sometimes when I play a player gets one foot and still get it. 20. Add a nfl draft. 21. Add more schemes and add defense schemes too. 22. And you can choose a celebration like the lambeau leap

This game is so close to just being absolutely 5 stars no question. The biggest and only real issue I have with the game is the bugs that never get fixed!!! Why this is still such a prominent issue but ever since EA has launched their mobile football game glitches and bugs run the show. My most recent encounter with these issues was just two weeks ago when I logged in one day and as soon as my game launched I got kicked out. I refreshed my gaming app and getting back in was no issue except once I made it to the home screen I noticed something. All of my coins were GONE!!! Almost two million coins that took me much time to obtain gone in a second. Worst part is that the game continues as if nothing is wrong. No other content is missing, all of my players are still there but this bug seems to demotivate players from really dedicating and investing money into the product. Why spend real cash on a game where the things you buy might vanish without any explanation or help from EA itself, THATS THE WORST PART. No customer service assistance to help with any issues. This glitch I’m currently writing about is just one of many i’ve encountered while playing this game, some I still play with till this day, example being that I have completed the first stage of the master series julio jones game but it does not allow me to unlock him and move forward. Point being of this novel i've written here is this game is amazing, obviously, but the one kink in the system proves to have some significant weight behind.

First of all, what was the point of removing The Yard? Not only was like able due to being able to have a custom team, but the accessories made the game more realistic. No accessories in this game is the reason I come back to play for 2 hours then quit again for a month. Add something, any accessory. Whether it’s gloves, towels, sleeves etc. Any one of those and I am satisfied, back to grinding the game. Or of course, you could at least add the yard and back and we can all enjoy that instead. EA is lazy, they can do better than this. They make these games too Pay To Win for what the game is even worth. Personally, I feel like this game has been going downhill these recent years. In fact, I look at 23 as the exact same as 22, just a different art style on the scoreboard and menu, that’s all. Please focus on making this game better, and just because you released a big update does not you are not able to improve and add more features and additional major updates to the game before the next year. Of course if you can, I’d suggest you add alternate uniforms or at least more options, but that is not the point. I play a lot of seasons too and I’m just so disappointed with how much potential this mobile game has, but instead they spend it on making the same exact game, and to rip people off for their money just for the game to have no improvements or to be even worse. Step your game up, EA, Madden. Get your get back, I want to see good improvements. Please spread this message. -Osina

I love this game. I have it as a 4 star game only because I believe there is another gear you guys shift into. The only option I play is the season mode which is fantastic and has 4 different ways to play. My only suggestion would be for the season mode to be elevated to a standard somewhat close to the console version. I would like to see more time added to games especially with the modes where you can use your money towards building your team up. I would like to see real time updates to players as the season progresses and the ability to trade and cut guys based on performance and need. I’d love to be able to create stadiums and move the Super Bowl to a different location every year and make every season feel like a continuation of what was before sorta like franchise mode. This is the only game I play on my phone because most others I get bored easily but with this game I get a great challenge in the seasons and even with my overall being on low and my difficulty level being on the hardest levels I still find a way to win it all. I believe there are some more customization tools that can be used in order to truly make this the best game ever. I hope you guys read this and consider adding some things to the season mode because I think it’s the best thing for this version.
