Great game except for lag and jams

The game is awesome, I’ve been playing it for years, reached division 1, and am level 141, but the lag is abhorrent. There is nothing worse than beating someone by 20-30 meters and then lagging only to completely screw up your run. The multiplayer jam tracks are also becoming less fun due to over complicated rhythms; there is always one fun track and one track that makes me question whether or not it’s worth staying in my division so that I don’t have to put hundreds of attempts on it. Unlike other complaints, I think the bike balance is fine, if you learn the game then racing others is quite fun (aside from the lag) and the versus tracks are normally very well done, sometimes more so than the multiplayer jams.

Sound and ad glitches interrupting gameplay, game lags lately also.

Straight up garbage!!! Been almost 5 months and no improvement to the issues stated below even after the developer responded. I would go negative stars at this point if that was a thing. When this game works properly it is really fun but the sound and ad glitches it has turned into has completely ruined it. The game played and worked great for many years until it didn’t. I have been experiencing the problems for over a year now and have reached out to the support team multiple times receiving no solutions to the problems. After reading the reviews for the first time today it appears I am not the only one with this ongoing problem and not the only one who has reached out to the support team multiple times with no solutions to resolve the issues. I have used truck loads of extra minutes that I have purchased after having a good run in a race interrupted from distractions with the sound and ad glitches and lagging problems. Very disappointing. Today the problems are so bad the game is barely even playable. Definitely not enjoyable. One star for today. They seem to have no concerns or urgency on fixing the issues for as long as it has been going on. Glitchy ad revenue seems to be more important than user experience.

Just Read This

I’ll be the one to admit, any MX game/ irl riding experience will help some, but the game isn’t that hard. I had 10 World Records within a matter of 1 month playing this game. If you lose to Ace or Bruiser (the NPC Bot) you are not focusing on what makes you fast. Simply leaning back or learning a technique called scrubbing makes every map a joke to win on. If there are issues with your speed, simply watching top times is a massive help. With the ghost feature on the replay, you can literally copy their exact movements. The only problem I had with this game was that you can purchase some of the % exclusive gear such as, “reach top 25% in jam”. Great time waster and has smooth controls. Be patient and you get a feel for them soon enough. My friend picked it up and had a state best within a two day span and thoroughly enjoyed dumping an hour or so in per day. The career pleases the casual and there is a massive competitive scene here too. Great game.

Fun game except for one issue...

Definitely an awesome game to kill time with and what not, but there was a recent massive issue I had with the game. Recently I was doing the monthly challenges and I had the pro pass that I would buy every so often to get the full rewards. As I made my purchase this month however, I noticed two massive problems. One was that it didn’t hold the purchase and instead kept asking me to buy the pro pass. I finally after the second attempt said screw it and didn’t buy it again. The second issue came the next day when I went to play for day two and day one never recorded my previous attempts which I won at. You could imagine my frustration as it wasn’t easy to do and to just see it gone like I didn’t even try. Won’t do that again until I know for sure the mistake is fixed. Just gutted. Other than that, as I said for killing time and having fun with friends, it is a cool game.

I’m 41 years old and half probably played over one hundred racing games over my lifetime, and Madskills Mx 2 is without question one of the top ten greatest racing games ever crafted across any platform, it competes easily with any racer from any home console and most likely surpasses any racer by the subtle ways one can be faster using only technique. It truly is amazing how many levels of mastery can be developed by the players and one of many reasons why it is one of the greatest racers of all time, and easily the best racing game on mobile ever. It is a very hard game because the competition is astronomical, but just keep focused on improving your times and the rewards of this game will be one more and more self evident. Literally makes people rage.

It’s a good game but it literally makes people break their devices because of this. Once you start multiplayer you sometimes notice or almost every time a huge gap between you and the enemy’s speed, power, and skills. It’s annoying too to loose to someone who is literally a freaking level 99 mafia boss while your a level 1-5 noob. Anything thing is the Npc. Once you get a new bike it does not matter if the Npc your racing has a weaker bike because it will most of the time pass you or even always pass you and I know it’s literally called MadSkills but don’t you think this is to much for people to handle? Finally we have the maps. The maps in my experience is way to unrealistic and takes a very long time to master to the point where people don’t play the game anymore because it’s so stressful to master map out of a hundred or even one thousand maps and as I said before don’t you think it’s too much?

One problem

So I have been playing this game since I was 7 and now I am 11 so I have been playing this games for about 4yrs now and it’s still a great game but there is one problem so I go on my iPad one day and I was excited to play MadSkillsMX 2 I get in my iPad then it wasn’t in my iPad so I went to the App Store search up the game and it was rated 17+ and I can’t play rated 17+ games and this happened when I was only nine so that means I haven’t been able to play for 2yrs now and I am really sad about that and now I have to play madskills3 and I don’t injoin it because I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN and I am sad so if you can change the rating that would be great thank you.

I’ve been playing this game NONSTOP for idk9 days in a row????ABSOLUTELY A GOOD GAME NO WAIT... AMAZING GAME theres a good balance between winning against bots and losing some of them have better bikes, but I assure you, when you have a better bike then THEM... the are turned to apple sauce (idk if this is a glitch but I NEVER HAVE TO WATCH ADS... AT ALL)ads never pop up on my screen,I have met MANY friendly people on this game (I’m not going to say they’re gamer tags because people might be offended)but NO ONE IS A JERK! People might be mean in a friendly way like”beat this” or maybe just shake you up a bit. Bottom line: amazing game. Been playing this game for a while now and I LOVE IT. If you like BMX and racing games.. this game is for you:)
