Metal Slug 2 on iOS is a fantastic port of the Neo Geo classic that defined the 'run and gun' genre. Everything that made the original great is here: the incredible hand-drawn pixel art, the over-the-top explosions, and the quirky humor. Playing as Marco, Tarma, Eri, or Fio feels just as snappy as it did in the arcade, though touch controls take a moment to get used to.

This version includes the 'Mission Mode,' allowing you to jump into any stage you've previously cleared, which is great for mobile play. The difficulty is notoriously high, but the inclusion of unlimited continues and customizable button layouts makes it accessible for modern players. It's a masterclass in 2D action that hasn't lost an ounce of its charm.

Tried to keep laying, but it was flawed with bugs as well as clunky and whimsy touch screen controls. Let me know when the next update helps fix the bugs.

I highly recommend this game its graphics are just like they used to be. This is a fun game and will keep you playing for hours. I purchased the whole pack and don’t regret it. For all who don’t know about metal slug I recommend that you buy the first or the third metal slug. just to try if you prefer classic buy the first one but if you prefer things like zombies and aliens get the third one and you won’t regret it!!!!! also works great on iPod touch 7th gen .These games are worth every penny!!!!🎉😄👍 Also to the creator: I’m waiting for metal slug 6 and metal slug 7 please make these games available for our mobile devices and for the iPod touch 7 gen

Three star unfortunately because of the key configuration

I gave it a three star because the key configuration is an issue, I try moving the buttons around but the always seem to get stuck once they get closer to the control stick, they just stop at the center of the screen depending on which side the control stick is on. If you could fix this issue I would be absolutely happy to rate this game a 5 and the others I’ve purchased

This game is AMAZING! I love the sprite animation, the gameplay, even the difficulty for Pete sake! So many people whine about the controls, (They're only bad on the IPhone version, IPad controls are perfectly fine.) but they are perfectly fine for me! I can't get enough of these games and the others! Please make Metal Slug 4-7 for the IPad! I can't get enough of em'!

Great games, really want to play them again. But can’t unless the developers update the games to work with IOS 11 and later. I hope you guys get onto it, I love these games, and I’d also love to see them put out all the other metal slug games like MS7 and MSXX on the App Store.

All I have seen for now, is really entertainment and awesome, I just would recommend to you(NSK) to allow more metal slug games here in the App Store, because is I see it avaible I will obviously buy it inmediatly, beautiful games.

I love this game because we have multiplayer and it was fun and I beat all the levels

Fix movement

I would love this game if the characters movement was a lot better. Every time ur finger goes off the small little control ur character stops moving. PLEASE ADD CONTROLS FOR THE MOVEMENT THAT GO BEYOND THE CIRCLE MOVEMENT! The game is so frustrating because of that reason. Have the movement be something like it is in Lego Star Wars. You can place ur finger where ever on the left side of the screen and you can move your character.
