Players can be annoying and there is almost nothing you can do about it

I recently just played a game with a type of player I have never experienced before. There is a mute option so you can silence your opponents if you want/need to but you can’t report. I was playing two vs two and my partner got mad at me for my opponent getting MY piece, (it wasn’t a bad move the opponent just happened to have been lucky and rolled the dice lucky twice) and my opponent started to throw the game. I had one piece in the goal and two pieces on the board. He started to move pieces so that they could be placed where my opponent’s would take me intentionally while taunting me in the chat. The worst part is the game was completely winnable at this point, in fact, we came close at the end. I went to his profile to report him and found no way to do so, not even a link to his account to copy or anything. This guy could just strike again if he so chooses. He did this for absolutely no reason and the fact I couldn’t do anything about it other than lose my coins and the cash I used for lucky rolls is beyond me. This game needs a report button, not just mute or block. I wish I took a screen recording of this but I was trying to find a way to report him before the game ended, now he’s free to do it again to someone else.

Designed to Lose!

This game was fun at first. I enjoy this type of board game where you traverse the board in hopes of bringing all your pieces back to home base. However, there is a SERIOUS issue with the “randomization” of the dice rolls. It says something when there are countless reviews stating the same thing. Developers: it is NOT the algorithm. Or if it is, this algorithm is blatantly created to favor the computer. More often than not, the game favors the bots. No matter where you move on the board, if there is someone nearby you, the game always ALWAYS makes sure to give the bot the exact number they need to roll in order to kill you. Meanwhile, you are crossing your fingers, praying to roll the number you want, but that hardly ever happens. There have been so many instances where I have multiple pieces out on the board and they are all killed in 1-2 rounds. And a worse scenario is when you ONLY have one piece on the board, have no control over what number is rolled, and must move that one piece, but then a bot rolls the exact number needed to kill you and send you back to the starting point. This game is certainly rigged in favor of the computer. Again, I am not the only person complaining about this so it is clearly a huge issue. Developers, stop rigging the dang algorithm, PLEASE. It ruins the game for us!

Needs improvement

Aside from me enjoying this game there’s a few complaints that I think are major! PLEASE TAKE AWAY THE BOT! What’s the point of playing if you’re going to have the computer play for you?it takes the fun out of it knowing that the bot can win you the game it’s technically cheating. Also, I look forward to playing in the daily tasks but ALWAYS have an issue watching the ads. It never lets me get through all of them in a timely matter and sometimes won’t let me watch them at all. Another thing, I’m aware that when you roll a 6 you get to roll again, but there’s been times that someone gets a 6 and then a number that’s not even a 6 but somehow gets to roll again, it’s not fair and makes no sense. I really like playing online rush mode but it’s not fair how if you’re in the lead it’s easy to just waste the time by taking forever to move so you remain in 1st this happens way too many times. And lastly, take away highlighting the ones you’re allowed to move, we can think for ourselves, it takes away the excitement when you tell us which ones we can move because if they weren’t highlighted it gives us a reason to think and makes it more thrilling.

Would rather watch Wendy Williams...

Yes folks I said it... I would rather watch the Wendy Williams show than play this game, and that is bad..... I cannot begin to explain how many times I have nearly broken this iPhone 11 due to this sorry excuse of a game. This game will you make hate strangers more than Carl did in Up. This game will make you hate your friends like Dom was forced to do in fast and the furious series... this game will make you hate your family members ( that you play with) enough to actually want to stay at work.. or stay outside... or simply away from them.... let me put this Simple for 1 specific reason only why this is nearly the worst game to ever exist. This game gives you the ability to BUY roles.. given you have virtual cash. You can only buy 5 roles per game.. however........ these can be a major game changer when you buy and get the number you need to send your for now enemies demonic little pawn sailing back to its starting point.... the higher value you play... the more more and people buy to win... I’m telling ya.... this game will dig into your skin.. lay a zillion little “ I’m gonna make you mad eggs” let them hatch and send your anger into places it didn’t go.... honestly... your friendships... your relationships... and your family bonds WILL BE BRUTALLY TESTED... save yourself as and just go play monopoly!

Causes my phone to overheat

I love the game and have been a regular player for a while now… but the past couple months it has caused my phone to overheat EVERY time I play a game. Every single time. Once I near the halfway point of a match the overheating starts to affect the gameplay causing serious lag. By the time I near the end of match the lag is so bad that by the time I roll and my pawn reaches its spot it’s already my turn again! Doesn’t even show the other players rolls in between! Or it’s so bad the bot turns on and plays for me! I have to put an ice pack on my phone to finish a game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I’m using the latest version of iOS. I’ve tried only using Wi-Fi or only using cellular data, charging or not charging, nothing syncing or updating in the background… and this is the only app on my phone that causes overheating that includes other graphic heavy games I play. It’s a bummer cuz this is the only Ludo app worth playing. Just wondering if anybody else is having the same problem… or if there’s a secret trick to fix it lol

Fun

Fun game. Developers it would be nice if you would allow us more control over some of the features. For example, I like having the sound on so I can hear when my opponent has made a move, in case my eyes are diverted, but I wish we could mute the annoying sound affects with some of the custom dice rolls. Another thought, allow us to turn off the option for our opponent to send gifts such as the clinking beer, mugs, etc. just annoying to receive. Some users of abuse this feature, perhaps allow them abuse this feature. Perhaps allow them to only send one gift per game or something to keep it in check. My biggest ask: at the end of a Rush game, some players, if in the lead intentionally stall between rolls and moves to preserve their lead. I suggest you accelerate the amount of time they are allowed before a move as we move through the game, so that people who stalled toward the end of the game will accidentally wind up, invoking the bot, which may or may not work in their favor

Boring

First of all, this is a direct rip off of the real board game “Aggravation”. The games take way too long and is way too boring to keep anyone engaged longer than 10 minutes. You level up ungodly slow and get an ad after everything. I wouldnt recommend this game to my dog. Also, it is literally impossible to win. you win your first 2 matches, and then lose EVERY SINGLE MATCH in a statistically impossible way. This game is designed to prey on the younger audience and hope they don’t notice. The ads are absolutely ridiculously long and take forever to close. They want you to spend money by constantly throwing offers in your face, but why would i want to buy your product? The only product available to buy is currency to basically cheat, or skins for your dice. Why would i buy either of these when i spend more time watching ads, and consistently losing in impossible ways(even with using the cheating currency). The devs of this game perform unethical practices and i will never tolerate this game ever again. i would give this game a 0/5 if possible. Will be contacting Apple in hopes to bring this predatory and appalling game down.

I NEVER EVER write reviews like ever but this game has definitely pushed me to this point! This game used to be so fun when I first downloaded it in the earlier stages of the pandemic, my entire family and friends were once hooked on this game. This game has took a turn for the absolute worstttt!!! It’s like when you’ve done all you can to get to that point where all you need is 1 just freaking 1 or sometimes 2, that’s when it gives your opponent all sixes to go around the board in record speed to not only reach at the same point as you but to win and cheat you out of your game. I have literally thrown my phone to the wall in rage and anger because of this game, it’s like a slap in your face after all your hard work and it’s so unfair. Forget about playing online, that’s where this game cheats the most and I wish they would read all these bad reviews and try to rectify this issue because we all can’t be lying about the same issue! Whoever is designing this game please for the love of God do something better cause this game will make you have to go to therapy!!! Signed Angry and Fed-up Player!😡😡😡
