Our Expert Score

70/100

Lucid Scorekeeper is exactly the kind of utility app that makes life easier for the dedicated board game enthusiast. It’s not a game itself, but a professional-grade scoreboard that handles the complex math and rule-sets for hundreds of popular tabletop games. The interface is exceptionally clean—hence the 'Lucid' name—and it’s designed to be used in low-light environments without being a distraction to the players.

I particularly appreciated the 'History' feature, which tracks wins and losses across different gaming sessions, allowing you to see which friend is the reigning champion of Catan or Scrabble over time. While it’s a simple concept, the execution is flawless, with specialized templates for games that require more than just a running total (like those with hidden bonuses or end-game multipliers). It’s a niche tool, but it turns a cluttered table of paper and pens into a single, elegant digital hub.

Flexible TCG app

I like this app because I play various types of tcg (predominantly mtg) and this is a one stop app. I like the note taking feature for hand reveals. I like that counters can be edited and flexible for various counters needed.
