We have fixed some bugs and optimized the app. Enjoy!
Little Builders is one of those rare apps that perfectly understands its target audience. Most kids go through a 'truck and construction' phase, and this app lets them live it out digitally. The animations are charming and often funny—like the workers taking a lunch break—and the sound design of the engines and tools is very satisfying.
What I love as a parent is the 'gentle' nature of the app. There are no high scores, no 'Game Over' screens, and most importantly, no advertisements or confusing menus. It’s just a high-quality, interactive toy. It teaches basic cause-and-effect and helps with fine motor skills as kids learn to drag and drop building materials. It’s a polished, wholesome experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for any young child.
Over 100 interactive animations
7 different construction zones
Wide variety of heavy machinery to operate
Kid-safe interface with no text
No ads or hidden in-app purchases
Encourage your child to tap on everything. Tapping the crane allows them to lift blocks, while the cement mixer requires them to rotate the drum. The goal is to finish the house, but the fun is in the process of operating the machines.
Each mini-game focuses on a specific tool. Kids can move the excavator arm to scoop dirt, use the paint roller to color the walls, or even help the construction workers have a snack. There are no timers, so kids can play at their own pace.
No, the game is entirely icon-based and visual, making it perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who cannot read yet.
Abit of a challenge to discover the meal or “the finger pointing “ and other puzzles but my 3 yr old and 5 yr old we’re involved with the process for a long while. The pipes game was especially intriguing for the 3 yr old. Good problem solving concept there . Good purchase!
My 6 yr. old grandson has been playing this game for 2 years and laughs aloud at the special antics like the man in the outhouse and the water knocking the man down. I love it because it even includes bricklaying which is my husbands profession. I recommend this game to all my friends for their kids & grandkids!
Awesome. Funny. Interactive. Interesting - For about 30 minutes. There's just not enough to do in the game to hold a 4 yr olds attention very long
This game has a ton of glitches. For example, once my son runs out of bricks there’s no way to brig the other bricks to the roof. Once you reach a certain point and get 3 stars in the few construction areas there are, there’s nothing else to do. No levels, it doesn’t reset so he can start from beginning, nothing. Dumb game with terrible glitches.
My 5 year old son absolutely loves this game. He has played it for a couple years and keeps on playing it.
Very entertaining with various activities that keep kids interested
Even our two year old enjoys this as do his grandparents.
The title of the review is my 5 yr old’s take on this game. It has potential. But my son kept asking if there’s other “levels”. No, you just keep repeating the tasks over and over. The graphics are cute, the different actions the characters do when you tap them is amusing. But he had completed every task in about 30 minutes. And he was over it. $3.99 feels a little steep for that.
