Unplayable Bug

I downloaded this game awhile ago and for the most part it’s been very fun. You can easily have a good time without buying anything and the ads were optional for rewards. As it was, I fully enjoyed it. Recently however the entire system of submitting looks changed. Now EVERYTHING costs tickets, even mini games and agency looks. I don’t know if this was from an update or the rank I reached, but I don’t like it and feel like the other system works much better and is infinitely easier to manage and more fun. The biggest issue though is a bug that came with this change. The game, quite literally, is unplayable now for me. Instead of letting me submit looks it instead eats up my tickets when I try to without submitting anything. I’ve waisted at least 100 tickets trying to get it to work over the last few days, and have waited to see if anything would change. It’s been days, there’s been nothing. If this bug doesn’t get fixed soon I will have to delete the game as it is literally unplayable like this. If this gets fixed soon I will change my review, but as of now a game that cannot function deserves only 1 star. I really do like this game, but what’s the point if I physically cannot play it.

Pretty fun but needs some adjustments

I love this game so much! I’ve had it for about 2 days now but I’m already on level 10! The fashion contests are so fun and I’m so glad that you can also play games to earn gems while you are waiting! But as it is a new game, there is some things that you can improve. 1. The wait times. For the fashion shows and talent agency, you have to create outfits. It’s pretty cool because there is prompts and you can earn diamonds and coins. But after you make an outfit, you have to wait for over 10 hours to use the same item over again. Like that is a bit excessive, don’t you think? The outfits in the shop are also kind of expensive too. It is up to 11 dollars for ONE OUTFIT. There is also packs though so it is a decent amount of money of to buy the bundle instead of the outfits individually. This isn’t a huge concern though, I’ve played games with lots of in app purchases that aren’t exactly cheap, for example Toca World. But that isn’t a big deal. These are just a few things I find annoying with the game, but other than that it is really fun! I understand that this is a relatively new game so it needs some tweaks. If you read this, thank you for your time. And if you are doubting to get this game or not, you should do it. I recommend it a lot, it is very addicting! 💕😊

Sashay

This game is so much fun! I love creating outfits and playing mini games to earn coins. It is great that you added the Fashion Show from the movie that came out a while back, but I would love it if the next update has the characters from Winter Fashion Show. I am currently obsessed with Sashay and would love to see her in this game. If you do add her, please make her look like the movie! Another OMG game has Sashay in it but she barely looks like the movie. Also, I really want the blonde hair with curls, but it is impossible to get because I have to be in a certain ranking level! Can there be an update where you make all the hairstyles you don’t have from the fashion show contest available to buy with gems? Overall, this is a masterpiece and can’t wait for the next update! (Review Update) If you do add the Fashion Show characters, PLEASE add Sashay and Stylez! Just because they are the two dolls from the big pack doesn’t mean they are not important! In fact, Sashay was probably one of the most important characters in the entire movie! I really hope you add all six of the Fashion Show characters this winter. ❄️

Why do I have to pay money!?😡😭😞😕

Well for starters I don’t know what to get this app because I need to get to play it I really want to do so bad start your free trial it looked so fun but I really wanted to play the game but sadly I had to pay for it and $120 yearly is that even possible or not yearly a lifetime why do we have to do that what do people can’t pay for this concert but they want this game like we should be able to play if we want to. Plus I love fashion games I thought this would be so fun to play but you know I got a pet and I want to see if I could try it try I just see what it was like so I could at least play it no because if I want to play you know I gotta pay so that’s the only thing that made me mad so the people who made this game I am all up for this game but I just have one suggestion to make this game better don’t make them pay to play please! Other than that I think this game will be really fun but please can we not have to pay that’s my only thing that I want for this new game I really wanna try this game please!🙏🏼😞

Why?!?! 😭🥺

I love this game, one of my favorites, but... WHY?!? Why do I have to pay to play it? You already have enough purchases inside the app, now THE FULL GAME!?! Now if you passed TutoToons, I've been playing these games since I was little, why are you doing this?? I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this. I'll be waiting until it's free again, if that happens... Anyway, I'm not the only one who believes that, so you better regret it, if you don't want to run out of players, TutoToons... I understand your effort and work to create such an incredibly amazing game!! If it weren't for this game I wouldn't be so interested in working with someone related to the L.O.L. Surprise! universe, I loved this game, it's not a joke. But, there are people who don't have availability for games like this, in fact, I have 6 free TutoToons games and I love each one. Even so, I would love it to be free but, I have to settle. Thank you very much for creating it, even if it is used with the subscription. I think I'm becoming a Tuto-Fan. Without more to say, I love it.

They need more free options

When I first saw the game, I saw an ad about it and I got super excited because I love lol dolls and I thought some of it would be free because I saw the word in app purchases on the app so I thought maybe at least some of it is free but NO. If you wanna play this game, you have to buy Totu plus pay for different styles bags, purses everything characters clothing every single thing so I’m gonna need at least one or two or a couple free things on this app because I am very disappointed. I am not paying $17 for digital clothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m very unsatisfied please add free things in this game because I am very frustrated and not everyone can pay for a game. Or wants to pay for a game because it’s honestly a waste of money because it’s digital it’s not real so unless I’m getting clothing, just like the apps getting shipped to me for the dolls, then I’m not paying nothing thank you until this app is updated. I believe this review at zero stars if you want to play this game, you’re gonna have to pay and to be honest I don’t want to pay so yeah thank you for reading this long complaint -Jayda

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY TO EVEN GET INTO THE GAME!?!?!?!? .

To anyone reading this do NOT get this game it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay either 8 dollars a month 50 dollars a year or 120 dollars! And I get this is all on a sail right? But if it’s not you have to pay 96$ a month or 240$ once and yea I get that it’s only once but no parent is going to want it pay this amount of money for a game that their kid is probably going to get tired of in a week I him, this is a absolute absurd amount of money that you have to pay for a game that you have to use gems in game as well (I know this because my friend had this game) and that you have to have "in app purchases" too that you also have to pay a lot of money for it’s so wrong that you have to pay so much money for a game. and my friend also said that it lags every time you go into the game. I said it once and I’ll say it again do NOT download this game. Developers please fix this.

So basically I’ve had this game on my phone for as long as I can remember and I LOVED it “ed” as in past tense. This game is really fun and interesting and I get the better experience but some people just wna play the game. Please make a free thing where u don’t have to pay but you still don’t get the other stuff like before this game was so much fun and it still could be please I’m sure your ratings would get so much better if you go back to not paying because that’s really what people want so people don’t have enough money to pay for stuff like that and I mean the review with all respect because I really miss playing this game and I didn’t care that most stuff cost money because the game was just really fun.
