Bad bad bad no respect for users

I entered a competition and won the competition and no complaints against me but didnt recieve the prize so i contacted jawaker to solve the problem they told me yes they will solve it but didnt get solved so i reviewed again and again they stoped replying this is nonrespectfull act and not professional way ! Anyone can get misabused or has a problem in their application and they cant control or solve the issue ! I wanted to post the screenshots i took in contacting them and show everybody how bad they are ! Unethical practices

So, as a follow up to my original review. I’ve had issues with the application not allowing me to submit a “unjustified click” complaint. Because this has happened on more than one occasion where the app throws a card before my time runs out, and of course costing me a game. I’ve tried to submit a complaint but the application doesn’t allow it. When reached out to support regarding this they said I have to submit the claim on the competition page and that they can’t do anything about this. When I asked, what happens if the app doesn’t allow it, I received no response from the support team. I’ve had several issues with the support team and no matter the issue they always send you canned responses that don’t do anything or fix anything or they don’t respond at all. So, I decided to submit a complaint with Apple directly explaining the unethical practices of this developer. As a result I have been permanently banned from any competitions. I can’t even use the free tickets I’ve earned over time or get my money back for the tokens I have purchased. Now watch, I will get a canned response just like everyone else. I have submitted a complaint, again, with the support team and have of course gotten nowhere and will not get any kind of response. Because they are unethical developers who apparently have a chip on their shoulder and will ban you if you pursue your complaint.

Facing problems in competitions without any support from support team it’s money waisting

From my experience , Was playing in competition a bad partner he bid for 13 in Tarneeb game on top of my bidding , and we all know when partner bid for 13 is to make you lose the competition, when i raised a complaint to the moderator he banned me from competitions for 24 hrs, when i asked the support team to review the action they informed me that it was the right action and when i asked them for the reason they don’t give any clear answer you just broke the rules of the game knowing that i’m the one who lost the game because of the bad behavior of my partner instead of banning me they banned him . As an advise don’t waist your money by buying tokens it’s like your burning them because if you will face any problem or cheating in the competition and you raise a complaint you will be banned for joining competitions for no reason. They don’t deserve to waist a dollar on this app just play for free . And as i read reviews the most of them are bad reviews with bad support team and i will keep telling all my friends about my bad experience to avoid wasting money on this app with unprofessional support team that they reply as if an auto-reply out of the subject

Always thirsty for more money

Developers doesn’t cate about there players, all they seek is to make more money just like any other capitalist in this world. The worst is when you buy tokens to enter a competition, you think you will win but they will destroy you, not because you don’t know how to play but just by distributing a bad card for you which is i think generated by them. I have deleted my account yesterday after about 8 years. I used to enjoy the game and paid a lot of money on buying tokens from Jawaker store or from another authorized agent that have millions and millions of tokens and selling it off market. I bought 2 Million tokens the past couple weeks and won about 10% of the competitions i was in. I made many friends and was in a big club for years. But its time to stop the addiction and focus on my life. Just please anyone who read this, don’t ever spend any penny on this app, its rigged and its designed to manipulate you and take your money away. Invest in something else that would make you money in return.

Not true random cards shuffling

Game is fun but I don’t understand why the developer decided to control the outcome of cards shuffling. It seems that they want you to play more & they figured by controlling your hand they can controls who wins & have a somewhat an influence on how much you play. I know many would ask how do you know the cards shuffling is not true random. I know by playing cards allot on the game & in real life. I play Trix on Jawaker & NOT ONCE me, my opponents or anyone I know had all 2 or all Aces in one hand. That by itself is enough reason to know its not true shuffling. Jawaker need to make the shuffling a true random just like playing in the real world Another shuffling fact. If you play with a friend against random players then hawker gives you most of the time good hands. I figured developer wanted to give you a fake sense of accomplishment to keep coming back and play more

Scammers

They double charge my credit card and the completely banned my account for asking for a refund on the double charge! Be aware don’t buy anything from them! They have no customer service, impossible to get in touch with anyone! Edit 2: EXCEPT That the Bundle Was not added to my account, so you CHARGED me for Something that wasn’t in my account and until today I haven’t received a message back and instead my account was banned!!! Horrible attitude and customer service!!! You falsely charge my account and then ban it and never reply to any messages! Edit: except I didn’t have the bundle purchase twice, I only bought it once, and only got tokens for 1 purchase, so why did I get charged twice? And what customer service? I messaged you guys on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and didn’t get any reply it has been weeks! But you are so fast to ban the account without even trying to communicate with the customer? What kind of garbage attitude is this? Shame on you guys

Rigged games so you buy tokens. Beware

Once you began to enjoy using the app and make purchases they rig the games so you don’t get good cards. I won two competitions in a row hosted by Jawaker- the game chat is disabled and I don’t know any other players so there was no such ‘cheating’ it would have been impossible. The moderator gave all the winning tokens to my partner in one game which made no sense and in the other game also no payout of tokens and banned me for 3 days. They misuse your purchased tokens to satisfy other users under the false guise of cheating. It was like me purchasing was a means for them to give out tokens to other users through the competition. Also their customer support is useless and delayed. They don’t offer a resolve or good customer service and there’s no prompts for English. Also they ban your account if you submit a complaint about a purchase… that goes to show how they handle complaints.

My first complaint is when I combined my two accounts on Facebook. I lost the account that had the most tokens which was 400,000 and gave me the one account with only 60,000 which is unfair. My second complaint is I tried to do a purchase and it won’t let me do any purchases saying it reach my limit. I only spent $50. Can you explain to me why My third complaint is this. I’ve tried to reach out with your chat and every time I open up a chat, they redirect me to someone that does not exist. No one speaks to or help me after that. This is awful. Absolutely awful how you treat people. my fourth complaint is I was in the middle of a competition and I got booted out as I was winning for no reason and I lost the only 10,000 tokens I had left and I can’t purchase anymore I try to get to chat for the hundredth time and no one helps me or response. Absolutely terrible customer service.
