A Dream Come True
Wed Feb 10 2021 TheGreatGretaGarbo57When I was around 4 the Nice Department stores had elevators that were operated by people. They would slide a metal gate before the doors closed. Then up we went, when we got to our floor the sensation of the elevator stopping made your stomach go up. Well at 4 that’s how it felt to me. I decided that day that I wanted to be an elevator operator. That was in 1961. Then shortly after that the elevators went by themselves 😢. So onto my review, this game is fun but I wish there were more floors, maybe as the game progresses there will be at least 8 more floors. So now I’m the elevator operator. So I get to fulfill my Fantasy. It’s really a cute game.
Missing its potential
Sun Oct 31 2021 LiebemondIt’s a fun little game, but very short and ad heavy. There are not many hotels and the highest floor level is 8. It begins to feel a bit redundant. The ads are frequent even when you skip the offer to watch for extra in-game currency. That’s the other thing, the option to skip watching extra ads is placed in a way you will end up clicking to watch one more often than not. There is an option to go ad free for $1.99. Also one for VIP which is $5.99 weekly. The problem is why would you you? The levels/hotels just repeat. I don’t think there are more than 8 or 9 hotels. There are outfits you can purchase or watch videos for, but again, why would I? It doesn’t impact the game and you’re still looping the same hotels/levels again and again. There is a lot that could be done to make this a truly charming app. Outfits could have perks. Hotels could open up new/secret floors with certain achievements. Heck, just add more hotels in general. There could be a hotel manager you have to dodge, or special guests that speed up or slow down the elevator. Lots of potential to keep it engaging. For now it’s one of those couple days of mindless fun type of things. I hope to see improvements. For now it’s getting archived.
Ripped off but fun game
Sat May 14 2022 Bias momI was playing the game it’s a fun game it’s addicting however, I made two purchases for coins one at 1.99 and the piggy bank at 2.99 and I never received either set of coins but the money was taken from y account. I thought maybe the app needed to be refreshed so I closed it and opened it back up still on level 80 with 80 coins and I made two purchases of coins and I still after everything was successfully done have not received the coins. I tried to get a refund and they denied me saying no and really all I want is my coins. Because I want to keep playing the game. I would have given 5 stars but I can’t because taking my money and not giving me my coins wasn’t fair.
I love this game but where’s level 267?
Tue Aug 09 2022 penguinsdance345The game is extremely addicting and I love every minute of it. There are cute characters, challenging levels, and overall good fun. My only disappointment is waiting for days for new levels to be developed. I would start all over again and delete the game but I have a good amount of dollars invested from my daily bonus and purchases. So I wouldn’t want anything to be deleted. Please please hurry and update this game so I could play!! I have been waiting for weeks for level 267 and I’m getting ready to delete this game. I really don’t want to, I’ve purchased digital money to play this game. It’ll go to waste. Plus I really like this game.
Updated Into Oblivion
Sun Feb 27 2022 BufSoljaSometimes you want to play a simple game that doesn’t demand a lot out of you. Hotel Elevator was just such a game…until it got “updated”. Imagine my frustration when I grabbed my iPhone and my old friend didn’t work! All it does is open the elevator door and then…nothing! I tried pushing the buttons but all they did was show ways for me to spend money for more “upgrades”. All I could do was to shut it down and search for something equally mind-numbing. It’s a shame. Before the update, I would have given it 5 stars. Now? No work, no stars. (It’s getting 1 star because I have to in order to post.) Updated into oblivion. UPDATE: I deleted the app and reloaded it. All was well until…I missed achieving a goal and was confronted with choices in Russian! Then I checked what info it collected. I immediately deleted the app! Beware!
Needs More Levels
Thu Feb 18 2021 BreejorkNot sure why there are only six or so hotels to cycle through. Once you’ve gotten through all the levels of all the hotels it starts over from hotel number one. And once you’ve purchased all the outfits, there’s nothing left to spend money on. 🤷🏾♀️ You watch videos for the premium outfits but there’s nothing else to the game. I’ve been playing mindlessly since there’s still some level of fun to it, but, it’s lacking a lot to make it a better game. I did support, but developers need to add a little oomph. No point to getting VIP access, just FYI. Cause it’s not like you’re playing against other people. 🥲 Don’t see the point paying for two outfits with real money and on a weekly basis at that.
I love this game trying so hard
Wed Mar 29 2023 Naya38I love this game and I’m trying my absolute hardest not to delete it but all the glitches are to much for me. Ads pop up at the beginning of my game when I press play, when I’m able to get back my ppl are standing there mad or walking away. I use the super speed they take that away before I can even use it. Can’t reach out to support. I spent a couple of bucks on here. I’m scared to spend a large amount.🎶 Got my finger on the button. Oh let me not forget the level with the timer when I clear all 16 ppl off the elevator and the clock get to zero and I lose. Please make it make sense
Weird notifications??
Mon Jun 27 2022 orignal nicknameIll say first of all that this game is pretty fun though its a bit too difficult in my opinion. But maybe im just bad at games. The issue and why I had to delete though is it was giving my phone constant notifications to the point it crashed. I had to quickly delete it so that my phone wouldn’t crash again. I wonder of this has happened to others. I’ve noticed the frequency of notifications had increased recently. But this was really weird and ridiculous. I hope it can be fixed if it was a problem within the app.
