Hotel Craze is a high-octane time management game that swaps the kitchen for the hotel lobby. It’s a polished experience that leans into the 'design and makeover' aspect, giving you a tangible sense of progression as you turn rundown motels into five-star resorts. The core loop of checking guests in, handling room service, and cleaning rooms is frantic and rewarding.
What I like most is the decoration aspect. Between levels, you spend your earnings to customize the lobby and rooms, which adds a personal touch to the gameplay. The difficulty curve is well-tuned, though some later levels definitely push you toward using power-ups. It’s visually bright and the animations are smooth, making it a very competent entry in the management sim genre.

Mon May 08 2023 Exxy10965If you don’t like watching ads or if you don’t have much patience, I wouldn’t get this game. This game is literally all about ads in my opinion. Hotel Craze is a pretty easy game to me. I’m on hotel number 13 and each hotel is a different theme with different difficulty levels. There’s only 80 levels for each hotel. HOWEVER, I will say this, I’ve been having trouble with literally having to watch an ad after every level because I didn’t complete the goal. This is why I say if you don’t have the patience to watch an ad, this game isn’t for you because of these reasons: if you don’t have enough diamonds, watch an ad. If you don’t have enough money, watch an ad. If you can’t complete the level and need an extra customer, watch an ad. If don’t have any more power ups, watch an ad. If you need to feed your pets, watch an ad. You literally have to watch an ad for EVERYTHING. other than that, the game is pretty addictive and fun. You CAN beat the levels with a little patience. It’s not as difficult as some people say. Don’t do the excess events that cause you to use the diamonds you earned for the actual hotel levels but DO EVERY EVENT THAT WILL EARN YOU MONEY, DIAMONDS AND POWER UPS. Collect all the free stuff and you’ll get through the hotels easy.

Mon Sep 05 2022 Lolita CHI like the game but it cheats a lot also I paid for a limited time deal but I didn’t receive it nor did I get my money back. I contacted support but I didn’t receive anything back from them. This game would be nice but you can’t get any boost unless you purchase them or watch annoying ads. Another downside is that you have to wait long hours for upgrades or watch annoying ad after ad to receive them in half the time. This game has very difficult levels to beat I mean literally impossible, I have been on level 43 it seems like almost a month or longer it’s no possible way to get off. It says get 13 smiles how can you when the game cheats it makes it as if you didn’t make a customer’s order when you actually have but it unchecks what you have in line to make for the customer and have something else in your hand that you didn’t make, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just imagining that this was happening so I watched as I slowly prepared the orders and sure enough it happened it unchecked so I didn’t make the customer’s order which resulted in the customer getting angry and I lost the customer. I can’t deal with this cheating anymore I’m just gonna delete this game it’s one thing to be challenging but it’s another to become annoying and boring, that’s what this game has become to me. Sorry I don’t recommend this game to anyone. It’s also almost impossible to get power ups. It’s better games to play than to waste your time and money on this one, this game has major issues.
Huge problem with events
Sat Apr 10 2021 KatonicaThe app is fun and they have adjusted the difficulty so it is still difficult but not impossible to pass. It just may take a few tries. However the events are a problem. They only allow 2 hours to collect ingredients and that is simply not enough time. I play sporadically throughout the day and cannot immediately sit down with it and play for two hours straight. Also as I am progressing through a location it takes time to build up enough coins and diamonds to upgrade not to mention the time it takes for the upgrade to actually happen. I don’t understand why the ingredients and Easter eggs are not available at all locations either. That is the one thing that has put this app way above the other hotel apps is the fact you can keep playing locations that have been completed. I enjoy playing these other locations while I am waiting for the upgrades to happen in the newest location. It would make the events much more fun if the ingredients and event items could be found throughout all locations and that you would give the whole day to find them all instead of just two hours. I have not found all of the ingredients for the day yet. It’s just frustrating and takes the fun out of the game. I kind of want to stop playing it while the event is on just because it’s frustrating to know I cannot take part in the event for lack of ingredients.
Fun game but didn’t credit my diamonds!

Now I’m really frustrated because I paid for the 1100 diamonds pack 2 times to get the 2 for 1 deal on 11/6 which should give me 3300 diamonds but the first purchase credited me nothing and the second purchase credited me 1100. I’m using the Contact Us in-game to explain the issue and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my missing 2200 diamonds. You told me to send proof of purchase via email so I did but still nothing. If I spent all my diamonds I bought I might make purchases again but until I get what I already paid for, I’m waiting. I’m a paying player that you’re about to lose if you don’t address this issue soon!! Update: by writing this review, I finally got the credit for the missing diamonds I was looking for in-game so I’m happy again. I updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as a result. If they would just respond more quickly to payment and credit of purchases issues in the future, they would deserve 5 stars.
Way Too Difficult
Thu Feb 24 2022 Enchilada RayI was so hoping this would become one of my most favorite games to play. The first two hotels were great. I loved it. But then came number 3. I still cannot get it. As for the pet event. I cannot get it. In order to get through the extended events, I use the first hotel. I have tried to save up boosters and diamonds and money to get through number 3 but there is just too much for the bell hop to do and the distance seems longer and the guests have less patience. Probably not but it is murder. I am about ready to give up. The developers of all these games always know how to ruin it. They always find a way. I noticed that even with many others saying that it was way too difficult, they pat each review with - we try to make each level fun and challenging. Stop it! Listen! We are crying out for a game that we can love playing. I’m used to watching ads in the game, but why do I need to watch over 20 ads a day for a game that I cannot make progress. I’ve made plenty of money for you. At least get off your high horse and help us instead of patronizing us. Why showcase 15 hotels when we can’t get pass the 3rd? And you know what? I know you’re not going to pay any attention to us. So I am through wasting my breath and my time. You ruined the best of the hotel games I’ve played.
Level Difficulty

However… the levels are basically impossible to beat unless you have power-ups and other things to help you out. I like a little bit of difficulty but not too much that I can’t even play the levels in order without spending gems to get power-ups. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to beat levels without something to help you!!! And I don’t like that… I have got into the habit of replaying the first hotel map over… and over.. and over again to earn more gems. I replay that one over and over because it’s the easiest map. But, let me tell you, it takes FOREVER to earn enough gems to buy power-ups in this game!!!! And when you FINALLY have enough gems to buy a power-up, you only get a set of three. Once those are all used up, back to the grind we go… It’s pretty frustrating… Trust me. I would really enjoy even more of this game if the level difficulty wasn’t so frustratingly impossible… and I would be playing a whole lot more of this game than I already do now if they just took some time to tweak it. Just saying…
Try a different game- this one isn’t worth it
Tue May 04 2021 KWBPGYou won’t be able to play without spending money. And I don’t mean a few bucks here and there. Realistically, you’ll have to buy boosts and gems consistently just to keep playing once you get to double-digit levels. It sucked the fun out of it completely, which is unfortunate because the game really was fun! And I actually don’t have a huge problem with spending money in games, I’m happy to do it for others if it’s worth it. However, the price for boosts and gems is too high for the amount you get, the free “rewards” are not very helpful, and honestly, all the other reviews are right- the timing of guests/orders is off. The developers seemed to have designed the game so you have to start spending money right away and frequently. ADVICE: Try a different hotel or cooking game, there are others that are a lot better. After less than a week, this game is unplayable without a 20 dollar gem pack that will only help you beat one level. You’ll have to spend more each level. If you’re going to spend money in a game, don’t waste it on this one. You’ll keep losing and the developers will keep winning your money.
Too many Glitches!
Wed Sep 22 2021 Gelli2403zzzThis game could be awesome… it’s a fun concept, great graphics and plenty of variation in the different hotels. BUT! quite a lot of the levels are super hard and you simply HAVE to have gems to upgrade and energy drinks to give you the speed you need to complete. I have had sooo many problems with earning rewards (through watching videos and or gifts from developers when they complete an upgrade) I am told I’ll be receiving gifts, but they don’t credit my account. There slo seems to be huge discrepancies in the daily video packages… I get to watch a total of 10 videos a day - split into 2 halves, earning a few gems and coins. My husband gets to watch a total of 20 videos, and his rewards include boosters such as the energy drinks! How and why does this even happen? When I report the problems, I’m asked for screen shots. How can you send a screen shot of something you didn’t receive? Developers… your game has many many glitches and you need to sort them out! I have spent money on this game… now I’m about to delete it for good. You can’t expect a player to enjoy being let down and disappointed when the game is unfair.
