Poor RTP

This is one of the worst RTP games I have played. And don’t bother making any purchases with this one. Just like some of the others, they tease with a cheap offer high tokens, then the prices keep going up and the pays go down. Also first time players the game is very loose and fun to play, however after about half hour if you’re lucky, they get excessively tight and even the payouts don’t line up with the bet amount. Keep a lookout for your email, I’m sure you’ll see a class action before long. Hard Rock needs to drop these guys.

Scam App Apple please investigate.

Wrote to customer service with no response. You buy with your hard earned money and your coins are stolen by some glitch. Nothing is done about it. Hard Rock is stealing everything they can to pay for their new hotels. They will even ban you in their real casinos from playing the free play you acquired playing their slot machines. This is no different. Since I can’t get my money back, I hope Apple finds them.

Fraudulent App

This app takes your money, fake offers, no chest comes with what they offer, has glitches that makes you loose your coins, will disconnect on the middle of a bonus and you will loose all coins you win, when you report this, they don’t care and do nothing. They basically steal your coins and there is not accountability on their malfunction. Don’t spend I dime on it.

Why when I start the game it says bad connection won’t allow me to play I tried my Wifi and data both not working 🥲

Fake offers, no support help

Got an email saying I’d earn Unity tier credits for each spin in this game if I connected my Hard Rock Unity account. Spun hundreds of times and got zero Unity credits. Customer chat had no idea what I was talking about even when I showed them the email that came from Hard Rock and offered no help.

Why the fake add???

I got an add that said download This app and a virtual wheel will pop up with free spin to win real cash…. That was a lie. No virtual wheel came after i added the app got an account and played a lot. No wheel its a all fake should of known better.
