Fun but has bugs?
Wed Sep 27 2023 CereneCat

I have been enjoying playing this game for a few weeks but something that has bothered me is while during a match ads will randomly pop up. Also it won’t let me change my player name. Another bug is that just recently while in a match against another player, I barely started the match and just a few seconds in it tells me that I lost and shows our scores, I had 0 stars and my opponent only had 2 stars, normally a match will end with 50 or more stars. So I reloaded my game and tried again, had the same issue with the match ending very early after me only making a move or two. This needs to be fixed. I have made some purchases to get items and coins to get through some levels that are impossible to maneuver (level 70), moving an item or two to move the back items toward the front and have used many items in one round to still end up failing because there is literally no space to move to make matches. I can’t justify spending more than $3 to get past 1 level. It shouldn’t take 8 buffs to get through a level. Especially when one of the items is to reset the board and it shuffles the objects in a way that you cannot make a match and you’re stuck.

Enjoyed at the beginning

I picked up this game to have some leisurely brain time to organize and sort. This game was cute and did just that for me until I started paying for little things here and there. That’s when I noticed the game became almost impossibly hard to make a move at times. I’ve now noticed on several occasions that when I put the game down and don’t play for a little while, it’s easier to just find a nice pace and even win. But when I spend money, I always seem to get stuck and blow through all of the inventory I literally had just paid for (at level 130) and still have to suffer through all the ads to get any prizes so this doesn’t seem worth it to me on top of all the bugs. I did not pick up this game so I would have to fight these things, sit through ad on top of ad or have to take screenshots to prove my issues over and over again. The point was to have a escape and now a past time is frustrating. If only these games had less drama just trying to play them, I would have much more positive things to say. The concept is there. The animation is cute. It’s got great potential but these issues are outweighing my enjoyment.

Bug or SCAM?

Main Point: This game is decent, and fun, but the quality is garbage. It’s obvious that the developers have put far more thought into frustrating you to the point that you’ll pay for the game’s downfalls. This game has been the smoothest goods sorting app I’ve found, but is ultimately not worth its annoyances. However, as many others have stated, the “bug” that force-quits your game, saying there’s no space, when there clearly is, has absolutely ruined the experience, and my mood. I played through it for a while; would take screenshots, and contact support. However, I’ve received no feedback, and the glitch has yet to be fixed, after over a month of it occurring. I finally deleted the app, because I’ve come to believe that they have no intention of fixing the issue, and would rather use it to their advantage to earn money. Also of note, power-ups are ridiculously expensive in relation to what you earn through levels and bonus events. Their team situation isn’t even worth trying to utilize unless you personally know 10+ people who play regularly. Last point: unless you want to pay $5.99, you have to watch an ad after quitting or finishing every level. They also make it way too easy to “accidentally” click on an ad-unlocked box during gameplay. These ads are at least 45 seconds long, and often throw off your gameplay. Also, these ads are all for the same kinds of games. It’s a ploy, and rabbit hole that is best avoided.

poorly made game

i dont think people understand how poorly of a game this is. I play other triple matching games and they are far better than this game. this game runs into the issue of literally not being able to make moves without using your little extra powerups. there are literally times i start the game with no possible moves at all and i literally waste a whole life like that. i don't know how this game is coded or made, but the randomization they have set for which items spawn and how they spawn in your game is so poorly done that its genuinely the worst matching game i think i played. they really need to fix how the items in the game are spawned because it literally does not make sense why you guys would make a game where it literally becomes impossible after a certain period like what? WORK ON FIXING THE BALANCING OF THE GAME LIKE YOU GUYS SAID YOU WOULD otherwise i hope people stop playing this game and play the other matching games that are actually HARD BUT POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE. you can tell that this was a copied game, but you guys really need to work on making it better if you want to genuinely compete with the other games instead of buying 5 star reviews from fake bots, because there is no possible way anyone is enjoying this game when its literally impossible to complete.

Fun To Play For A While

The game is fun until it introduces too many items to sort that look very similar, the falling shelves that don’t give you enough spaces to move, and the cat feature that will block shelves until your time runs out. Unless you have the special tools to help you clear out a few items, you will spend more time on a level that would otherwise be done in two or three attempts. I wouldn’t feel cheated if the assists were given out more generously yet, at most, the small prizes you can win don’t even give any real advantage. I downloaded the app and began to play because I liked the simple, strategic gameplay which makes it feel more stimulating than most puzzle games that you can get on your phone. But with the constant pop-up ads and too many items that make it impossible to remember just how many you can have, it’s hardly worth keeping on my phone. The app is a really fun game but it started to feel like the higher the level, the less spaces you have to move around. I would have at least rated the app a 4 star but the challenges of the game are unnecessarily difficult. This doesn’t feel like it’s a gameplay issue, rather a developer issue.

Ruined by monitization

The game is initially fun and at a certain point theres a new mechanic thats introduced after you beat a couple of levels. Basically you need a certain amount of item matches before you can unlock a certain box with items and use those items that are stored there to make more item matches. This makes the game more challenging and more fun but the fun only lasts a couple of minutes. This mechanic can be avoided by watching an ad and the game will reward you that box but if only you watch the ad. This can work but only if it were actually possible without watching the dumb ad. This mechanic gets abused by the developers to get people to watch ads and it only gets progressively worse. I lost my winning streak and I am now stuck on level 20. I have tried many times to beat this level, 20 plus time, but every time I fail it feels more and more necessary to watch the ad which immediately takes away the fun out of the game. The fact that the game has to shove ads in your face so much just makes what ever game they are advertising completely unappealing becuase of how annoying the ads are. This single handedly ruined the entire game and so early too, at only level 20. Very very disappointed.

Ad walled content

This game was pretty fun and I paid the money to actually remove the ads but now I have to watch ads to even participate in certain pieces of the game (tournaments and skirmishes), which feels kind of crappy when you pay to remove the ads from the game to begin with. I wish I could honestly refund my 6 bucks because it feels like a slap in the face. I used to be able to play tournament mode without ads so I didn’t really have an issue, skirmish always had an ad to play so I never really did them but after a recent update you get a ‘free’ play and then it makes you watch. As someone also mentioned in their review, this game is absolutely impossible to play at some points without mass amounts of items (which mostly cost real money to gain coins or buy packs), watching ads of the same two games (which sometimes trigger on their own if you happen to swipe over the boxes they’re in!!!), or a combination of the two. It feels predatory and deceptive to allow folks to pay for an adsless experience and then fill the game with literal ad walls in levels and features to either increase people paying for items or packs or just getting revenue from paid players.

Love this game but lately I’ll start a round to find that as soon as it starts, there are zero available moves and I don’t have any assists available, so I lose a life. This happened like four times in a row on the same level. Then I decided to watch an ad so I could buy an assist - and it took my coins, gave me the assist (the star hammer thing, which is supposed to remove three tiles), I used it but it didn’t remove any tiles and now I have zero coins! Not sure if this is a bug or I just found the point in the game where it becomes impossible to win unless you spend money. I hadn’t even made it to level 60 yet when this started. Additionally, it will randomly decided you don’t have any moves left when you’ve got plenty of moves. I just played a level and had plenty of open spaces available and had a move mind when it stopped the game where it forces you to either buy an assist or lose a life. Not okay. UPDATE: now I can even get the game to load. It’s crashed upon loading like five times in a row and there’s no way to report a bug.
