Glow Hockey 2L takes the air hockey formula and turns the neon up to eleven. The 'L' stands for 'Large,' and it really makes a difference on modern displays. The puck movement is incredibly fast and the collision physics are perfect. It feels exactly like a real air hockey table, minus the bruised knuckles.

The inclusion of a 2-player mode on the same device makes this one of the best 'local' games to have on your phone for a quick competitive match with a friend. The variety of paddles and pucks you can unlock adds just enough progression to keep the single-player mode interesting, but the real star here is the frantic, high-speed gameplay.

Defensive Strategy

Don't just chase the puck! Keep your paddle slightly in front of your goal and move it side-to-side. Wait for the opponent to make a mistake, then strike with a quick forward flick to catch them off guard.

In 2-player mode, the screen is split. Each player controls a paddle on their side. It's best played on a flat surface to allow both players enough room to move their fingers rapidly.

Fun, but losing its edge

I’ve enjoyed this game for almost 3 years now, and it’s always been fun. When I started, I found myself even with medium difficulty. About 1 and a half years ago, after rediscovering the game, I found myself slightly better than hard difficulty. Since then, I’ve played it on and off and even the insane difficulty poses less and less of a challenge. I might propose a sort of an “unbeatable” difficulty to challenge the best players, as well as iOS 11+ compatibility.

Whoever made this game I want to thank you. You helped make a childhood memory I could never forget. This game helped shape me into the man I am today. I would play this with my friends, myself, my sister, and my dad. Without this game I would feel there is a part of me missing. Now don’t get me wrong here. I haven’t played this game for hours on end. I played maybe 3-10 times a week for 15 minutes at a time. I love this game. I came back looking for it because I was curious if this game was still here. It is! To whoever thought of this and whoever put Ike into this game once again, thank you. My childhood was my childhood because of you. Thanks

I love being able to take air hockey on the go and play with friends or just myself. I love that you can choose between a classic board and a neon board. Also changing the puck and ball color? Hands down awesome. The cpu is actually insane on insane mode! One thing that I’m kind of disappointed with though is the fact that the setting where you can turn the game sound off and on doesn’t work. Neither does the vibrate button. I don’t feel any vibration like at all. If you would be able to fix that please, that would be awesome 🙏

Great Game but its 2017

Its been half a decade that this game hasn't been updated. No flaws in this game I enjoy it playing it w/ friends really and its worth paying for the full version. Anyway its 2017 and this game needs to be updated for compatibility as this game is a 32-bit app. Many apps are now 64-bit and this app is one that I want updated ASAP. People who have this game and love it really don't want to lose this app when iPhones are updated to use 64-bit only apps we won't be able to find a game like this. And maybe some more skins for the paid version (I payed for it) Thank You for understanding!

You never actually know if hard is hard or medium is hard or impossible easy because they’re never the same every time you play it feels like a different difficulty level and it’s so annoying because every time you score like three points on hard it automatically makes the ball go to your thingliterally bounced off air like there was nothing for it bounce off, and it went to my goal after I hit it I was playing impossible. He hit the wall forward. I hit the ball. It bounced off of nothing in phased through my paddle into the goal if anybody read this entire thing playing this game is the worst decision you’ll ever end gaming history.

A super amount of fun is to be had playing this game for all ages (and skin color)! It doesnt matter if you are a kid you can still have fun! It doesnt matter if you are an adult you can do bets on who will win! It doesnt even matter! You can be black and have fun too! You dont have to be white to have fun! Remember black is beautiful;) it has pretty colors:D (not black) this game is like call of duty, but better! Like almost 2 times as better! Skyrim can go kill itself!;)

Honestly, even though there hasn’t been an update in close to 10 years, it’s still a great game. My greatest accomplishment in my entire life inside and outside of mobile games is beating the bot on insane mode 7-0. I was so happy. It’s my favorite game right now. Also, you guys probably won’t see this, but if you do, could you make Glow Hockey 2 available on the new IOS’s. Please and thank you.

This was a childhood game that I used to always play I’d play like 10-30 minutes 3 times a day and 5 times a week it was a rlly good game! And when my friend and I started talking he brought up the game and we didn’t know the name thankfully my brother had h ty e game :) and we started playing now thx to whoever made this game made my childhood good in the good times and bad times and when it was bad times I’d play this game.
