Astonishing, one of a kind game.

This game is truly amazing. The graphics and animations are a solid 9 out 10. The only reason I give it a 9 is because it could be a tiny more realistic as far as when you defeat an enemy the way their body sort of falls or rag dolls, but overall the gameplay is a 10 out of 10. Nice simple controls, a nice way to upgrade your character. A variety of swords and characters to choose from so you never get bored of appearance, a large amount of levels that you can play and win in an organized fashion. I took the time to write this review because this game is truly special. I really hope the developers take it further and maybe release a dope story mode or add onto it by maybe adding a zombie or demon mode in the future. That would be insane! Being able to chop limbs and some more moves or different animations for the fighting would be cool, but overall, AMAZING game. I’ve recommended it to ALL MY FRIENDS!

Combat is iffy.

The only way to get their stamina down is to either spam attack or kick them repeatedly. I can’t find any way to take on multiple enemies at once without fury which is annoying because I got to this point where I’m locked. Every time I attack I get hit by someone so I have to block their attack meaning the person who’s stamina I just broke gets enough time to recover. And it keeps repeating. I cant draw enemies away from the group either. I cant attack without dying to some other enemy. It would be better if there was a way to do damage immediately after parrying or make the enemies not attack as soon as you attack one of their teammates. It said there was a way to “parry” I think but it was just saying to kick as soon as they attack which I tried numerous times and it does the same thing that it does when they don’t attack. Aka, there’s no way to attack AND defend so you don’t get bodied by 4 other enemies. However I was able to lure out one enemy at a time until some mission where they just stuck together the whole time. Wish there was a way to parry and not block.

Great!

Amazing combat system for such a simple game. Graphics are also very good. I love the overall aesthetic and lighting. I do believe there should be more variety in the playable characters, it would be really cool to play as a Samurai in full armor and not just a Ronin in a straw hat. It would be a lot of work, but another idea I had would be a full skill tree, where you can unlock new moves, like a special, stronger kick that can deal damage and send enemies flying back, stunning them for a few seconds, or even the ability to do a special wide slashing move that can hit multiple enemies, or a stand-off move where you can taunt one enemy and they will come forth and fight you alone while the rest of the group waits patiently to see the outcome before going in and fighting you like normal. I really enjoy the game so far and want only for it to succeed, thanks.

Best Combat Hands Down

The visuals on this game are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen and it runs smooth. The controls are simple and easy to navigate (although I would like a stab button). This is a very impressive combat engine for mobile and I’m really excited to see more games like this. You almost feel every hit of your sword and I like how if you mess up it punishes you. I’ve always loved challenging games like this so after searching for many sword skill games, it’s refreshing to find the animations in this are some of my favorite. If I had any suggestions I would like a “custom button position” options in settings would be nice. Definitely a stab button would be sick, again (I just love stabbin!). Keep up the good work this is a truly quality game you love to see it.

Unable to play once it loads and self exits out

Hello, can I just with such great reviews I knew this would be a wonderful game to play. This is my second time to download it and every time then and now recently getting it again I select it and it asks me about receiving notifications and I say yes then it shows it loading and to wait a couple of seconds then it self exits out. I don’t get why and was wondering what I could do to be able to play. I didn’t come to be rude or say crappy things so understand I just would like some help on this please and thank you. Please respond when you’re available to.

Game is amazing, but one quality issue.

First off this game is amazing. The graphics fit perfectly, bunch of characters and swords. There is one quality that I’ve seen. The AI (enemies) have no real way of losing stamina besides kicking or hitting them. When they do lose stamina there is no draw backs to it for them. They can still swing the same speed when full stamina, their swings don’t drain stamina while you, the player, does lose stamina. The stamina for the player does have set backs, you can’t roll away and your swings are slower. It really needs to be the same way with the AI. It’s hard to go against a whole group when their stamina means nothing. Once you get cornered they keep repeatedly attacking you while you are blocking. Causing you to not being able to do anything and ultimately dying for it.

Best sword game out there

I love the game! The graphics are impossibly perfect, the gameplay is nice and smooth, and you really feel rewarded after every kill. The survival mode is a perfect way to test your skill, and the learning curve isn’t too difficult all the while consistently getting more difficult as the game progresses so that you never feel bored. Only reason I don’t rate it five stars is the lack of customizable buttons, as more often than not I see myself pressing the jump button when I am trying to press the slash button even with the big screen that I have. This issue is very big with me, but it isn’t enough to keep me from enjoying the game, so I give it a 4/5 (wish I could give it a 4.5)

Best sword fight ever

The graphics are amazing (though I have seen the characters in another game I have) the animation is perfect and even when you miss it looks cool it doesn’t close out of it’s self (which is a huge problem with my low FPS phone) the areas are beautiful and go perfect with the music and the way your guy fights there are like zero glitches that I have seen so far and the intelligent ai was a great touch they act just like humans would in a fight keep up the amazing work and if I could I’d rate it 1000 stars I recommend this to everyone who likes sword fighting games and once again keep up the amazing work
