This is above all the best Free Casino APP. I have found yet. There is so many ways to earn free coins. I never will pay for these so called “free” casino games. I have deleted at least 50 or more since playing over the last few yrs. But this one (so far) has given me the free coins I need to enjoy every game they provide me at high bets. The best thing I have found so far is they give you a lot of free spins and a lot of free coins. The graphics are great too….so real. Just like at a real casino!! Thank you!!

Game Glitches

This game has many glitches. Every day either the same glitches exist or new ones are added. There is an email where you can write to the develop to explain what glitches are occurring, but you get a computerized response that does not really address the issue for which you are complaining. The most recent game glitch occurred on Easter Sunday morning at approximately 8 AM EST. The game crashed and would not let you log back in.. Multiple players were having the same issue. The game was down for the rest of the day which caused you to lose any rewards you had earned and prevented you from completing your daily tasks, which are very important in this game. The game starts a new day at 3 AM. EST. As of right now, which is 4:19 AM. EST, the game is still not up and running. When you login the first screen that pops up, tells you that there is a new version to “ download it now”, but when you do that, nothing happens. Unless you have a lot of patience and are willing to put up with the multiple game glitches, I do not recommend anyone downloading this game. There are plenty of slot games out there that don’t experience these issues. Very unhappy with this game.

This game gives you all kinds of stuff to real you in. After playing for a while it will start not giving you what you win. When you contact support in the app you just get a stupid auto reply. I’ve played for at least a year and I have got a human reply 2 maybe 3 times but never have they given me what I won or bought in the game with lounge points. You have to watch every single aspect of the game. Even the little things like wish spins will rip you off by not giving them to you. Two times now I haven’t received exactly 20Q in coins. Twice I needed a golden stamp to complete an album and when I e bought a golden bonus with lounge points it’s given me a normal bonus. I have missed so many things and the worst thing is the auto reply saying “don’t worry you won’t miss any wins”! They know their game does this and with all the ways they do it I honestly believe it’s on purpose. Do not play this game!

These are my opinions play at your own risk, customer service is AI with same response every time no issue gets solved they just give you a coin gift that’s less than you were spending in one spin, the hard to come by items you rarely win in game get taken from you if you don’t use them that day upon reset they get taken, arrows and things like that all gone, but we gave you coins, i don’t need your coins i have 42 Quintrillion coins i want my arrows back, now if i want arrows i spend money to buy them so how can you just remove them from my account that’s theft, anything on your game i can buy with my money is mine not yours to take. Just don’t let them get away with it, everyone needs to dump the app for a month and let them feel the sting and maybe a change will occur otherwise they get away with your money at their leisure.

I am very upset this morning. I don’t know what to say. I have no words.

I spent yesterday July 6 about $3000 buy scratchers to get eggs to play the game in the lounge. Summer trip got up this morning all the eggs that I had ready to go which was 3000 scratch tickets are gone and my hard earned money I usually spend 1000 to 1300 a month on your game. I was not told or warned about this that each new game you erase everything take everything away from a person that is wrong. Why can’t it carryover? I hope you make this right reimburse me or something please contact me and let me know so people beware at the end of every game and the start of a new one what you have saved up they take it away no consideration of you so please let’s see if we can make this right you know I’ve been playing this game for years. Too easy, quickly gets boring

This feels strange to write given that most casino games are rigged to rob you blind, but this one is actually so easy that it quickly gets boring. Having 100 quadrillion coins sounds nice but when you can’t bet more than a trillion a spin on most games, it’s actually really dull. There are no tournaments or anything to spice it up either, it’s just a bunch of very similar games, again and again. I really wish they’d do something to make it more interesting - tournaments, different types of games, points that could be redeemed for prizes etc — because I really appreciate not having to pay a ton of real money to gamble their fake money, but it needs something to get your heart racing or it’s just … dull.

This game was fun but there is no possible way that you can bet 33 trillion a spin and the payout for a win is 9 billion. It makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!!! You don’t even get paid 1 trillion. The apocalypse zombie slot has not even paid out anything since I played. I’m talking about spending trillions on that specific game and haven’t got the bonus ONCE! How is that even possible. I spent a good 4 hours trying to get the bonus and haven’t got it once. Yes I was not smart to keep playing but I wanted to see the bonus. Hundred of trillion spent and got nothing. The high limit slots has NO VARIETY AT ALL. It’s been the same slots for the longest time and that’s the only place where you can bet up to 50 trillion per spin. I get that this is a game and it’s a gambling game but when you spend over 15 quintillion coins and it goes through like pouring out water the game gets to be a bore. At first it was fun and I spent money cause it was but after going through 15 quintillion coins and not getting a bonus I stopped. The probability of NOT hitting ONE BONUS in that time is highly unlikely. Speaking of bonus the game regulates how high you can get on bonuses. The majority of the time you get 10x your bet. Thats a good and bad thing but there is absolutely no possible way to win back the money you lost. The leveling when you’re playing in the high limit slot area doesn’t reflect the amount spent. You get more experience for leveling up in the normal games vs the high limit area. Spending 15 quintillion coins leveled me up approximately 8 times vs if you played the normal games you would have leveled up over 1000 times. You get roughly 9% of exp at 1.8 trillion per spin. In the high limit you don’t even get 1% for 50 trillion a spin. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! The math is not mathing with those sort of gains. Overall the game is ok to play. Like all other games it a pay to win sort of game since when you do spend money you get the spend back and the highest win bonus but overall it just makes no sense when you spent that much coins to not even win. If you don’t spend money this game is fine. After the complete flop and glitches I will not be spending anymore money in this game.

I do enjoy playing this game, but I’m having a hard time trying to figure out what the rare eggs are for. I have looked and clicked on everything in the game, and I still cannot locate where to unlock or look at the rare eggs that I’ve been finding I have over 1000. PS when designing a game you should have a tutorial on how to find everything in the game so players are not confused like I am so I’m reading this game as a four-star game because of that reason. PS way too many commercials. These are the reasons why I will not connect my Facebook page or my email address to this game.
