They rip you off wins!!

This game gives you all kinds of stuff to real you in. After playing for a while it will start not giving you what you win. When you contact support in the app you just get a stupid auto reply. I’ve played for at least a year and I have got a human reply 2 maybe 3 times but never have they given me what I won or bought in the game with lounge points. You have to watch every single aspect of the game. Even the little things like wish spins will rip you off by not giving them to you. Two times now I haven’t received exactly 20Q in coins. Twice I needed a golden stamp to complete an album and when I e bought a golden bonus with lounge points it’s given me a normal bonus. I have missed so many things and the worst thing is the auto reply saying “don’t worry you won’t miss any wins”! They know their game does this and with all the ways they do it I honestly believe it’s on purpose. Do not play this game!

These are my opinions play at your own risk, customer service is AI with same response every time no issue gets solved they just give you a coin gift that’s less than you were spending in one spin, the hard to come by items you rarely win in game get taken from you if you don’t use them that day upon reset they get taken, arrows and things like that all gone, but we gave you coins, i don’t need your coins i have 42 Quintrillion coins i want my arrows back, now if i want arrows i spend money to buy them so how can you just remove them from my account that’s theft, anything on your game i can buy with my money is mine not yours to take. Just don’t let them get away with it, everyone needs to dump the app for a month and let them feel the sting and maybe a change will occur otherwise they get away with your money at their leisure.

I spent yesterday July 6 about $3000 buy scratchers to get eggs to play the game in the lounge. Summer trip got up this morning all the eggs that I had ready to go which was 3000 scratch tickets are gone and my hard earned money I usually spend 1000 to 1300 a month on your game. I was not told or warned about this that each new game you erase everything take everything away from a person that is wrong. Why can’t it carryover? Too easy, quickly gets boring

This feels strange to write given that most casino games are rigged to rob you blind, but this one is actually so easy that it quickly gets boring. Having 100 quadrillion coins sounds nice but when you can’t bet more than a trillion a spin on most games, it’s actually really dull. There are no tournaments or anything to spice it up either, it’s just a bunch of very similar games, again and again. I really wish they’d do something to make it more interesting - tournaments, different types of games, points that could be redeemed for prizes etc — because I really appreciate not having to pay a ton of real money to gamble their fake money, but it needs something to get your heart racing or it’s just … dull.

Fun Of Vegas

I do enjoy playing this game, but I’m having a hard time trying to figure out what the rare eggs are for. I have looked and clicked on everything in the game, and I still cannot locate where to unlock or look at the rare eggs that I’ve been finding I have over 1000. PS when designing a game you should have a tutorial on how to find everything in the game so players are not confused like I am so I’m reading this game as a four-star game because of that reason. PS way too many commercials. These are the reasons why I will not connect my Facebook page or my email address to this game.

Wins but losing coins

I can end up with almost no coins left. Barely any to spin one more time. Then, all of the sudden, I’m hitting win after win after win. Then I increase my bets and get bigger wins. Before I know it, I’ve got over a billion coins. This can happen within 24-48 hrs. Then there’s the down side. I quite often buy coins so that I can get the double my wins and infinite wins. Here’s the problem, when I go to collect my double wins it gives me the coins, but MANY times it takes them away again when I close my in box. This has happened SEVERAL times just in the past 3 weeks. Also, when I am collecting the infinite wins points, they show up (temporarily stop the game) but I don’t always get the points. This happens about 1/4th of the time. I feel like I’m getting ripped off. I know I am.
