Upset over coin loss

The max buttons are right next to the play button on most machines, so one little error in judgement and you bet all your coins😩. I Know its done on purpose in hopes that the person will buy coins. I worked hard to get all those coins. Now i m at the beginning again. I ll just play Mohegan!
Enjoyed now not so much

I purchased over 50 dollars us in credit packs because the game I was playing on the slots portion called wild wolf run had the mini, minor, major, and mega building up. It started at 5 on the mini and minor, 5 on the major and 100 on mega. I had built the mini to 32, the minor to 19, major was still at 5. And then the game crashed due to the app malfunctioning and all of the built up levels were back to 5. I want a refund for the 50 dollars or a credit of 50 dollars in my account asap. If you do, I’ll remove the review if you don’t I’ll leave this up and also dispute any charges from now back and dispute will be due to not allowing and following advertised agreement. Stating the higher you bid the better your odds of hitting but then wiping out the achieved edge is direct breach
An Insult to Longtime Players and FW Casino Patrons

The product has been dumbed down and diminished in every possible way, ranging from the platform’s poor quality with constant crashing, freezes, and less than a third of the games the other version had, to the nerve to try and charge $300 for such a low amount of coins with the gaslighting excuse of “adjusted betting levels.” The press release announcing this “new gaming experience” is pure buzzword comedy, clearly no one at the Foxwoods interactive division bothered to do a focus group with longtime users. I used my online gaming in tandem with my in-person playing for many years, so sadly Foxwoods is now going to lose a significant amount of business from me thanks to this pathetic “new platform.”
Could be the best with one huge exception
Tue Jan 28 2025 Gameover12I’ll start with what makes the gameplay good. It offers all type of casino games from slots to table games to keno and bingo. App is well designed to preserve your balance. However the HUGE negative is the rewards program. Unlike the MGM related casino apps, you cannot really grind it out for rewards. You can play every day for a month and not be promoted for VIP rewards. Compared with the MGM related apps, you cannot get any real value for rewards without spending money. It’s too bad because the casino experience is much better yet the rewards are almost non existent. If the rewards were on par with the MGM apps then that would prevent me from traveling to Las Vegas instead of CT. Please enhance the rewards portion.
Dissapointed and frustrated
Sat Oct 29 2022 justnettyIve been playing foxwood online for 10 years easy, weekly purchased coun packages and had over 500 consecutive days logged in. Feel like all that progress is lost. The format is dissapointing. I cant even get my profile to show my name in the app it shows guest. If i log onto Foxplay online it shows my name but nit in the app. Ive contacted support and the replies have been unhelpful and dismissive and Im still just a guest. There are some games carried over but not all my favorites all the Bingo games are gone. Im trying to give the new format a chance however I am not enjoying it at this point.
Why Change a Good Thing?

I was expecting FoxPlay to be even better. Such a disappointment! High stakes and small payouts. Games are like cartoons. This new app is way too cluttered with information crammed everywhere that you don’t know where to look first. Foxwoods online casino was one of the best…FoxPlay doesn’t even come close!

I’ve been playing for over 3 years & put a lot of time & effort into this just to have you ruin it. BAD FORM!!! Lastly: what happened to the SPOOKATHON event, since the changeover I haven’t seen anything about it. Did we lose that as well? Don’t bother

Daily bonus is usually 15k on the wheel spin if that and the chance to earn more coins without buying coins is almost non existent. I enjoy the other apps tremendously and rarely play this one anymore because of the lack of bonus coins. I tried to convert my points to actual bonus play live at Foxwoods casino and it kept telling me my email already exists even though I’m logged into my account with that email. I finally gave up.
