It leans heavily into the ASMR trend, focusing on the sounds of scraping, clipping, and cleaning. While the medical accuracy is non-existent, the tactile feedback of performing these 'procedures' is surprisingly effective for stress relief.
The game loop is simple: see a patient, fix their feet, and earn money to upgrade your clinic. Itโs a repetitive experience, but the variety of strange foot ailments keeps it from becoming stale too quickly. Way to many adds and problems
Mon Sep 28 2020 good app but a lot of addsHi everyone, I hope all is well... I am going to make a list of all of the problems then at the bottom I am going to say all of the good things about this app and why I gave it a 4 out of 5. 1.) first there r WAY to many adds this is number one because it is so crazy how many adds there are. It makes me mad every 10 seconds it feels like there is an add. That is my main problem pls get that fixed 2.) it glitches way to much if I go for a different tool it will sometimes take me back to my home screen and I live in the city when I am with my dad so I have great WiFi so it is not that so get โmaybe she does not have good WiFiโ out of ur head 3.) on one o the ratings they people said that they would fix it but did they nooo. That makes me mad I want that fixed pls I do not like it. I know a lot of u are probably thinking why did she put it at a 4 out of 5. Well I will say that in a minute. So pls get everything fixed and do not just say that. Ok so now I want to say the good things about this app. So it is so funny and wired I love it. I am a very wired kid. I also think this app is cool ( but all of the adds ๐คฃlol) I would say that u should get this app unless they do not fix the add problem. Gross but itโs fun still

Fantastic Game, Way Too Much Ads
Sat Oct 24 2020 CurseofwarFirst of all, this is fantastic game, a niche thing, but I cant get enough of it. I don't say this lightly as I don't really buy game too often, but I would pay for this. That being said, there is no pay option. On top of that, ads pops up WAY TOO OFTEN, literately every move earns you an ad. I understand thats how you make revenue, but most successful game that makes me watch ads is NEVER the one that display them most often. It is the game that i cant get enough of, and ad frequency being a minor inconvenience, so weeks, months go by, i watch 100โs if not 1000โs of 5 or 30 sec for some stupid yet special temporary power up. You have the addicting game, but i am uninstalling on hour 1 because I am tired of how often ads comes on. So you probably got about 10, 15 5-sec ones in me... see what i am getting at? Its a delicate balance between addiction and annoyance... kinda like being charge interest... if they charge you 50% every month, no sane person would ever borrow money.
Ad placement and quantity
Thu Oct 29 2020 Cr4zygrl30The game itself is fun and entertaining however once started on a patient and a procedure an ad pops up right in the middle of the level itโs bad enough that you have to watch one to get money you have to watch wanted to get this let alone having to watch one right in the middle of a level can you not place them after the level like any other app does this is the only app I know of that places an ad right in the middle of a level which takes all the fun out of it and makes it very frustrating makes me want to delete the app just because of that. Could have a great app here but is just totally ruined with all the ads. Iโve seen much more popular games that donโt pull this kinda crap. No reason for this type of placement. HUGE flaw and huge loss in potential customer base simply arranging the ads in a proper manner to let people enjoy the game and levels in their entirety would up the consumer base and popularity. YOUR CALL. And due to glitch preventing moving forward to next level Iโve deleted the app. A lot of work needs to be done
Mildly entertaining but needs improvements
Wed Aug 26 2020 gandalf1974blahblahI have to admit Iโm strangely drawn to this game and was hoping for a nice diversion. However it has some problems. Iโm early in the game so my review may change later. 1. Ads. I get it, ads pay for the game and Iโm okay watching the occasional ad or watching an ad to get a bonus. But this game wonโt let you finish a level without watching an ad. If the scenario requires two tools you WILL watch an ad between tool one and two. Reduce the sheer number of forced ads and I think the game improves and improves my willingness to play more often and watch ads voluntarily. 2. Diagnosis. There is no way, at least early, that you can diagnose the problem and choose which tool to use. The game automatically decides which tool. And just as bad, it decides the order in which you will address problems. Want to do all the scraper problems first? Nope. You WILL do the scraper, then the tweezers, then the scraper again. 3. Design. Itโs an okay graphical design but nothing to ooo and ahh about. I donโt want a realistic looking game but everything is just too simple. 4. Crashes. Far far too often the game crashes. Crashes during a level, between levels. Watch an ad and when you come back to the game itโs frozen. What never ever freezes or crashes itself are the ads. Those work juuuust fine. Right now itโs a 2.5 or 3 star game.
Glitches for days
Mon May 17 2021 Patuki32Everything that offers you 3X score, or a positive notification when youโre supposed to vaccinate, you canโt. You get the same message over and over again. โNo ads available No Ads Available No Ads Available Itโs the most annoying and frustrating thing in the world. So I deleted the game. You steal all of the bonuses or force people to do the wrong thing. You offer a bonus or to offer medication to sick people and suddenly canโt find any ads to allow you to use the medication. But when youโre trying to just play the game...ads up the wahoo cutting you off mid-game. Cheaters. You know about the โglitches.โ But you donโt fix them, or even ad to the game so once youโve decorated a little bit, youโre maxed out and then you keep getting paid for nothing because you canโt use your money for anything in the game. Cheap app, you havenโt even tried to upgrade it, and now everyone is deleting it. Happy now?
this game has solved my lifeโs issues

I never expected her to return, but when I downloaded foot clinic, she immediately showed up to the house. I was made a millionaire by this game. My oldest son, Pete Daniels III, got accepted into college. My dead cat came back from the dead. Foot clinic is the reason I live on. Without this game, I truly think that I would be a purposeless man. I have decided to divorce my wife for this game. My life is completely dedicated to Foot Clinic and my love for feet cleansing. I truly recommend downloading this game. I have never loved a game more than Foot Clinic. If you want to live a happy, healthy life. Download this game.
The Ad

I donโt even know where to start. #1 the ad to this game was on a childrenโs game. thereโs blood and whatever gross thing game out of the foot pimple. The ad was disgusting. #2 almost directly after i opened the app here comes an ad on my screen.(i only downloaded so i could say the first bit but i was curious) The ad is misleading and the game is extremely slow and glitchy. i usually donโt complain about this stuff, but i am now. I am now because my 6 year old neice saw the ad and walked in my bedroom crying because she said โtheres blood and gross stuff!โ So ofc i watched the ad and it should most definitely not be advertised the way it was.
