Eric's Spider Solitaire Lite proves that a well-executed interface is the backbone of any great card game. The touch functionality is arguably the best in its class; moving cards feels weighted and precise, which is crucial when you're managing the complex multi-column layouts of a four-suit Spider game. The developer's responsiveness to the community is also evident, with options to customize the 'wiggling' hint system that some users found distracting, showing a commitment to player comfort.

While this is the 'Lite' version, it doesn't feel like a stripped-down experience. The cards are large and easy to read, which is a blessing during long play sessions. It's the perfect 'waiting room' game—it saves your progress perfectly so you can jump in and out without losing a difficult hand. If you find the ads in the free version a bit much, the full version is a highly recommended upgrade for the pure, uninterrupted experience.

This used to be a good game

However when it was updated to the new iOS, the game started cheating. You can win maybe 10-12 games, but after that, there is no way you can win. I have found other games to play, and have nearly stopped playing it.

So easy to use and I love the “undo” button. Cards move easily and fast. I never get tired of playing and I’m working on over 500 straight games that I’ve won.

My current statistics say I have played more than 1200 games of two suited Spider Solitaire. My current attitude is that will win no matter how hard the game is. So sometime a game takes a week to sort out, sometimes just a few minutes. Is a peaceful way to escape reality.

I've played thousands of these games over the years. I play until I figure out each game. I’ve played since this game first came out.

Some of the games are simply easy, others can take several tries. I enjoy not knowing what I am going to get

I've logged almost 400 games and have yet to lose, since I enjoy winning, it's fun. Wouldn't mind a bit more of a challenge.
