I've had the pleasure of playing Damage Dealers for a few months now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite mobile fighting games on the App Store. The concept of combining rhythm-dance mechanics with fighting gameplay is innovative and brilliantly executed, blending two of my favorite genres seamlessly. The graphics have a charming indie vibe that evokes nostalgia and keeps me engaged in the game's vibrant environment. The unique art style and smooth animations add to the overall appeal, making each session a delightful experience. If you're looking for a fresh take on mobile fighting games, Damage Dealers is definitely worth downloading.
Damage Dealers is a delightful blend of both new excitement and nostalgic charm that I’m happy to have discovered. It seamlessly blends rhythm mechanics similar to Guitar Hero with a straightforward fighting system, complemented by a perk system that reminds me of Megaman Battle Network’s program modifiers. The result is a surprisingly enjoyable experience that clearly reflects the developers' dedication to merging these genres. Plus, its music and art style evoke memories of classics such as Jet Set Radio, Marvel vs. Capcom, and classic 2D brawlers. If you’re a fan of anything I’ve mentioned I’d highly recommend checking out Damage Dealers, you won’t be disappointed.
"I found myself a bit clumsy at first with the game. It's fast-paced, and the animation is wonderfully vibrant."
I don’t normally get games on my phone because they are gimmicky and all just the same thing, but this game is really fun and I find myself opening it up whenever I have a spare moment. The characters look amazing and the premise of the game is cool. It took me a minute to figure out how to play because I’m definitely guilty of skipping intros but once I got the hang of it I can’t stop playing!
It’s actually not a bad game I like the art a lot and the music is actually pretty cool. The levels are detailed and big and the enemies have a lot of variety. Definitely a learning curve with combos and characters but once you get into the swing of it it’s a blast. Alittle buggy though and hard to read some text but overall a dope experience!
Once you get into it, this game’s pretty fun. It’s cool that you can do combos with just your phone’s screen, and the art/style is dope. Plus it’s not too easy to be boring which keeps it competitive Tip: after you learn the basics, skip the tutorials and just learn while you play
There was a bit of a learning curve with the fight mechanics but it didn't take long to grasp. Definitely a fun game with a unique play style unlike any other game I've played in the App Store.
Very fun game !!
