Cross Digits is a fantastic brain-teaser that bridges the gap between Crosswords and Sudoku. It’s a math-based puzzle game that feels incredibly rewarding when you finally balance a difficult equation. The grid-based layout is familiar, but the logic required is entirely unique.
It’s the kind of game that is perfect for a morning commute—it wakes your brain up without being overly stressful. The visual design is minimalist and clean, keeping the focus entirely on the numbers. If you enjoy Kakuro or KenKen, this is a must-download.

Within minutes of installing this app it stopped working on my iPad. I had just looked briefly at the instructions, which are pretty lite, began playing an easy game and had to leave for a moment. When I attempted to resume play, it no longer displays a grid, no numbers and will not allow play to continue. Nice idea, needs some work
This is just like those Fill-ins in the Dell puzzle books. If you like those type of puzzles, then you will love this app. Once you get used to the interface, it plays out very well.
I used to buy books at the books store full of these kinds of puzzles. I would spend hours filling in the numbers. It's so nice to see this on the iPod and experience it all over again. Haven't lost a step, either!
As the previous reviewer stated, this is all about finding places on the grid where you can fit in stings of numbers. I really like this game. Kind of mindless and repetitive, but in a good way. Like a word search.
