Color by Number: Coloring Games is one of the most relaxing and feature-rich coloring apps available. What makes it stand out is the sheer variety of categories—everything from simple mandalas to complex, world-famous masterpieces by Da Vinci and Van Gogh. Great coloring app
Sat Sep 30 2023 JST CrookedjawI love color by number apps and I’ve tried out the majority of those available. Typically I keep them for a while, grow tired of them and delete them. However, this one I’ve kept for months now. The artwork here is very good with some truly beautiful pictures. You usually get an ad when you’re starting a new picture and when you’ve completed one but no ad interruptions while coloring a pic. And one quick word on the sexy women pics; a lot of folks complain about them but as far as I’ve found this kid the only app that features them on a regular basis so if you don’t like them there are literally a hundred other coloring apps out there for you. I like that Color Painting features a more adult experience which I hadn’t been able to find in many of the other apps, and of course I’d be lying if I said the sexy pics didn’t look great. I’ll be keeping this app for a long time.
False Advertisement

I go through this phase every now & then & I downloaded as many apps that I can to get a feel for the ones that have pages that appeal to me. So, I’ve seen this apps ad on various other apps that I’ve downloaded & what made me want to download this app, was the ad that has the category “Girl” the ad shows like a full page of African American women pictures to color. However, when I look for these exact same pictures on the app, not only are the pictures not there, there’s no category that says “Girl!” Why the bait & switch game? Why are you advertising all these pictures but don’t have them ANYWHERE ON YOUR SITE? Is it hard to represent us? Can’t you just include us or at least feature an artist that has representation pictures of black people? I’m seriously considering deleting your app, but not just yet. I want to see your response in actions taken to clear this up. If not, I’ll tell all my friends & followers to not download this app based off of the false advertising you’re doing to lure black people in with beautiful pictures of people who look like us but, are not actually on the site. P.S. - I’ve looked through your entire site under every category to find those pictures, we simply are not there except for a few people of color pages. Please do better! 😩🤦🏽♀️😡
Great App

A huge variety of choices to choose from makes coloring apps fun and this one has them. Very detailed pictures from the beauty of the female body to children, cars, houses, and landscapes. Many to choose from. Many ads but I have no issue with this, after all it’s free. Allows many opportunities for free help in locating a part of the pics that are difficult to find, this I like. Let me address the elephant in the room described as scantily clothed females, so what. Beauty is just that and if you don’t like it delete it. There is nothing wrong with these types of pics, more the merrier. It’s all about the art. All in all this is a great app and has my vote of excellence. I would like to see one addition to the app that would make it better is to be able to tap and hold an area of the pic to highlight all of a specific color.
Great painting app
Sun Dec 04 2022 WillyTMYes, it has ads (blah!), and the cost to remove them is way too high, but ……., there are many good categories of pictures that have good detail, and has fast single touch fill in! Each picture has some micro pieces, but I just blow the picture up and always find them! It has a lot of beautiful women, in different categories, which are sexy so if that bothers you find a painting app for kids! I do wish it had a finished folder for your paintings but you can download them! This is one of the better paint by number apps, I only wish you could just buy it and not watch all the ads !
Scam, not worth the $, can't sync account so you lose pictures.
Wed Sep 07 2022 MykeTomBUpdated review. If you pay for the subscription it states that it removes the watermarks. It does, but it doesn't. Without the paid subscriptions you have to watch an ad to remove the watermark. After you save it to your gallery the resulting image does NOT have the watermark. When you pay the subscription the image doesn't have the watermark. However, when you save it to your gallery the resulting image DOES HAVE the watermark. Also, if you upgrade your device to a new device and reinstall this app, you lose all the pictures that you've completed. There is no way to sync this app to your Apple ID so that when you do reinstall it you can sign back into it using your Apple ID to sync your old progress to your new device. So if on your old device you did 300 pictures, and you get a new device and install it onto there, you will have 0 pictures completed.
Why the change in content?
Sat Jun 22 2024 Burgertime89I like all the pictures including the provocatively dressed women. This week there are nice pictures but no women added. Did other comments cause the app to be changed? As it’s said, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I had to down grade my rating. I kind of understood responding to the group that complained about women in “revealing” outfits but they don’t make up 100% of the fan base to this app. There has to be a better solution than the current one. 1 girl in 3 weeks is ridiculous! Adding to my feedback - I was coloring in an app that has the good looking girls that used to be here and an add comes up for this site showing a tab saying “Sexy Girls” with the pictures that you guys caved in on. I stopped my subscription because of that. Still waiting. When is the update showing sexy girls going to happen? I keep adding to my review looking for when the content that was removed to return.
Good but too many ads. Beware Instagram ads!
Wed Sep 27 2023 David z CBI enjoyed the ease of coloring. I like the way it automatically jumps to the next number when done. I love the selection. Ads are annoying. You must go thru them to proceed. Some make it difficult to move on. BEWARE the Instagram ads that will freeze the app and leave you unable to proceed without exiting the program and reseting. There are occasional errors such as an arm appearing from nowhere, knees that appear to bend the wrong way and a right hand where there should be a left hand. Still, it’s free so can’t really complain too much. Overall a reasonably good app until the Instagram ad shows up. I’ve had to delete, download and reinstall but the ad returns eventually. Previous app name was HAPPY COLOR.
Love this app, but…
Wed Sep 06 2023 CodeMonkey6981I love this app. The lacking feature though is the ability to save progress. If you uninstall the app or have to restore your iPhone, then the progress is gone. Its fun though, and they don’t force paid subscription on you like others which is a plus. The day that happens. 1 star and delete like the others. Suggestion instead of paid subscription model do a purchase (desired feature or addons) model instead so you can generate more revenue. Now way I will buy a subscription for something like this, but I would pay for features that provide value beyond coloring.
