Bright Objects is a refreshing take on the 'hidden object' genre. Most games in this category use cluttered, dark, and often muddy graphics to hide items, but this game lives up to its name with vibrant, crisp, and beautifully illustrated scenes. It’s almost like looking through a high-end art book.
The game offers several modes, including 'Find by Silhouette' and 'Find by Name,' which keeps the variety high. Some levels are incredibly intricate, requiring you to zoom in and out to spot tiny details. It’s a great 'brain-training' app that improves focus without feeling like work. The lack of a timer in many modes also makes it a much more relaxing experience than its competitors.
Unique hand-drawn artistic levels
No time limits for relaxed play
Daily challenges and rewards
Helpful hint system
Pinch to zoom in on the artwork. Many items are cleverly hidden within patterns or small details that aren't visible at full scale.
Choose from different categories like 'Interior', 'Nature', or 'Abstract' to find the art style and difficulty that suits your mood.
The game is free to play and contains ads, which can be removed with a one-time purchase.
I do love this game. Every Friday evening I check to see if the Zoom puzzle is in yet. It used to be there after 8:00 here on the east coast but not in a long time. I also love the Same puzzles, practicing my level of distinction. My frustration with this (my favorite game of all) is that it freezes so very often. For instance it is now 11:30 am and I have been trying to open the site since 8:30 last evening. Granted, I gave up at 9:00 and did not start again until 10: or 10:30 this morning. On the one hand, this could mean you have so many fans we just overwhelm you ….but I am not a spring chicken so I wish the young ones could play all the fast action games and leave these deductive ones for us. I am not sure what you can do for me, probably nothing. I just felt like writing it down.. Maybe have a special lane just for me to use like they have the carpool lanes on busy highways. Hahaha.😆 Anyway, I will still play the game because I love it. Thanks for listening .
Just deleted what I consider a great game because the ads are out of control. It’s bad enough when they are 5 second ads, but now they are using up to 30 second ads. When you try to get out of watching the long ads they lock you out of the game. The worst part is there are so many ads the game freezes. Update after email response: I received the email below in response to a review I left describing issues due the inordinate amount of ads that seem to have begun. It used to be shorter and fewer ads, but now they are more numerous, much much longer and sometimes two in a row. This completely takes the enjoyment out of the game. If that were all there was, it would be bad enough, but now most of the ads show up as a black screen, crash the game, and when you try backing out of the game to retry, either the same thing happens, or you get a message saying "there is no advertisement available." Of course I don't care if there is no ad available, but it won't let you play. All of this has completely ruined an otherwise great game. I have too many other things to do and when I take a few minute break to play a game and relax, I don't want 5 minutes of game (when it works) and 10 minutes of ads. I not only don't pay attention to the ads, but have deleted apps I used to own because of the hundreds of times they come up. Also, the ads are always trying to prevent us from stopping them with additional pop ups and it can take 3-5 hits and another 5-15 seconds each to finally end an ad which lengthens the time the ad is taking from the game significantly. Seconds easily turn into minutes and a lot of wasted time. Especially when the game constantly crashes.
I love this delightful game with all the colorful and designer created scenes. It is colorful and clearly drawn. I have trouble seeing, and sometimes the games or items are totally lost from my view, but is ok, there are a lot more pictures where most of the items are in good contrast. Sneaky hidings though! Should be easy to find things, but where are they? I swear that new objects mysteriously appear when you are not looking. The music is toe tapping nice. I haven’t turned off the sound yet. With the one or two melodies, its like humming along with the oldies. My biggest beef is the amount and very excessive ads. You cannot get out of them. Try 3-5 times pressing done on the ad game nd then the countdown then another ad on top of that. Holy smoke. I looked up the cost to buy this game and it was $9.99. That’s the truth. I think the developer gets more money from his ads that overpopulate this game than they could make with purchases- hence the $9.99. I won’t pay that for this game, as nice as it is. So, another player gone, on to find a user friendly hidden object game that can be purchased for a realistic price, well under $3.00
I’ve downloaded quite a few of these memory games and I’ve ended up just deleting all of them because they were terrible ! Then I saw this one so I thought I’d give it one more try and I’m so glad that I did because I love it ! As of yet I’ve had absolutely no problems with it at all and it’s helped me so with my memory it’s challenging but not impossible to find the hidden objects and it gives you a chance to find them if you do get stuck on one and I like that ! You’ve got a lot to choose from and the best thing for me is that they’re not timed so you don’t get overwhelmed and feel so rushed to find them you go at your own pace . All in all I really like it and I think I’ve finally found the ONE and I would recommend you to try it too I think you’ll like it !
I honestly was expecting this to be a cheaply done game with random clipart objects just thrown together, but I was so wrong! The illustrations are very sweet and charming. I like the whimsically realistic style that’s used. Every day there is a different illustration from which to find the hidden objects. It doesn’t cost anything extra to play puzzles from previous days, something I find really annoying in other games. I haven’t even ventured in to all the different types of games available, but the developer has made sure there are multiple styles of play to keep the object hunting from becoming tedious and boring. A very relaxing, laidback, stress-free and aesthetically pleasing game! So glad I took a chance on downloading it! Oh, and the ads can be skipped after a measly five seconds. Thank you, devs!!
So many things to like about this app: The artwork is entertaining and I love the diversity that is portrayed. It is not timed, so I have a chance to really dig in and work on the challenging parts. There are no tricks, like hiding an object half off the side of the screen, or illogical things like removing a chair from under the person seated on it. Various levels of difficulty are always available, so if I want a quick break I can do a 15 objects, or if I want to chill out for a while I can do a 50 or 75. There are several new vignettes every day. My hands-down favorite category is the Same. I never do the Outlines, but Collage and Zoom are also first choices. It is rare to find a game app that holds my attention for as long as Bright Objects does. I can recommend!
I had previously given this app a 2 star review because I had mistakenly thought that they were inundating “regular” players with ads. If you opt to remove ads while you are playing a little icon appears in the upper left corner several times during the puzzle. All I saw was the word “ad” and assumed it was showing me how lucky I was to have removed the ads. Boy was I wrong. That little pop up lets you watch a short ad to earn two hints which I desperately need. This game is so dang good at stumping me. Not every puzzle. Some of them are easy and I fly right thru them, but there are others where I search and search and can never find that last item. I love this game so much! You need to try it.
I genuinely loved this app and would do multiple puzzles each day. Then, one day, an ad let our a loud alert noise while I was working a puzzle (not even during the ad break). I thought it was an amber alert until I realized it went away when I went to another app. That was annoying, but I could remind myself to lower the volume on my phone every time I used this app and that resolved the issue. However, the final straw was when ads would randomly open my browser and open a super sketchy new tab. Again, while I was in the middle of a puzzle. I’m not using an app that opens tabs in a totally different app without my consent. Especially when those tabs are falsely claiming something is wrong with my phone and trying to get me to click a button. Super scammy. No matter how much I liked this app, it’s not worth the risk.
