Our Expert Score

85/100

Breaker Fun breathes new life into the classic brick-breaking genre by incorporating a surprisingly engaging 'rescue' meta-game. You aren't just breaking blocks; you're solving puzzles to save a character trapped in perilous situations like a jungle or a collapsing cave. The physics are spot-on, and the variety of power-ups—from fireballs to lasers—makes clearing thousands of bricks feel rewarding rather than a chore.

With over 3,000 levels, the sheer volume of content is staggering. The difficulty curve is well-managed, slowly introducing new brick types and obstacles. While the frequent ads between levels can be a bit much, the game's offline playability and the satisfaction of a perfect ball-trajectory keep it on my home screen. It’s a perfect 'coffee break' game that offers both mindless destruction and thoughtful puzzle-solving.

Where are the strippers?

I like this game and play often. As previously called out, way too many ads. Also noted the false advertising regarding undressing women. I know some people are offended by this feature, but I suspect it is a bait and switch to get folks like me to download it. I tried to contact the game administrators, but the email link didn’t work. Please let us know whether there are levels that include the women. Thx.

Overheats phone because of poorly implemented ad SDKs

This game would have been 5 stars. I like the gameplay. I like the ability to direct multiple balls, such is uncommon. It is pretty challenging at higher levels. However, it has several insanely stupid design mistakes because the developer is unscrupulous. 1. Poorly implemented ad SDKs cause the my iPhone 8 Plus 256gb running latest iOS 15.x to overheat. No other game does. This game managed to turn rewards into punishment. If you obtain a power up gift box, it will be delivered by a pop up box that STOPS THE GAME and is ONLY OBTAINABLE BY WATCHING AN AD. That is the stupidest way to implement a game reward. Remember that the phone overheats!? That pop up “reward” has caused me to lose several games that were already won. Inexcusable. Ads are implemented fraudulently. Attempting to skip acts as if you intend to act upon the ad. That is click fraud. If you happen to get trapped inside a Chapters interactive ad, you may get stuck there for several minutes. If you choose to not voluntarily watch ads to double your rewards, it will force some ads on you anyway. Anyway, I can’t support this nonsense. The stupidity of monetization decisions made in this game is beyond idiotic.

Fun but not worth it

The game play is fun and pretty much what you’d expect. However, there are a ton of pop ups in between every single screen even if you pay for no ads. So the game gets slowed down with ads trying to get you watch ads even tho you paid for no ads. Also the pop ups make you wait 1 to 2 seconds to close out so if you just want to play you’re constantly being bogged down and having to wait. Also using your stats to upgrade your camps and stuff is fun at first but gets so expensive really fast that you don’t get to enjoy doing it very often. Could be a cool fun game if it weren’t for that stuff

False advertising and extremely inappropriate

Uhhhh how can a game be rated for 4 year olds when you advertise stripping women of their clothes for completing levels? The game has absolutely nothing to do with strip ball break and there is several different ads for this same game but all the same premise. Even the first pictures in your sample of the game shows a waitress standing in shock and her shirt is in the background to remove just the same as the ads. Completely unreal how you can get away with this but I suggest you change your style quick before apple finally decides to look into the scam you are

Hope you like ads

Want those extra balls to help with the difficult levels? Here, watch an ad. Want a nifty power up for this level? Here, watch an ad. Want to add another power up to the next shot? Here, watch an ad. Want to get back to the main screen to collect your stars and coins after watching 3 ads to beat the last level? Here, watch an ad. Game itself is relatively fun, but the devs have ruined it by whoring out every opportunity to make you sit through ads. Sure, you can pay $3.99 to get rid of them. Or….you can delete the game like I just did. Colossal time sink.

A little easy

The gameplay is very much like the ads, a refreshing change. I still haven’t figured out what I’m supposed to do at the campground, but I really don’t care much. The levels aren’t too challenging yet, but they are fun. The ads aren’t too intrusive, but the “special offers” for in app purchases keep popping up, and are a little tricky to avoid. All considered, not a bad game.

Error in advertisements
Mon Nov 07 2022 Concerned1111

I have not been able to complete a level because the advertisement never goes away. I close the Breaker Fun app and reload it. Instead of being where I was, I have to start the level again. Then I get to the point where I need help with removing a line, the same advertisement comes up and I have to close the Breaker Fun app again. I’ve gone through this process, 5 times. When you fix this bug, let me know. Until then I won’t be playing this game. Extremely frustrated. AMK

So. Many. Ads.

Waayyyy too many ads. Even after I purchased the 'no more ads' option, I get offered at LEAST 3 pop-ups per level suggesting that I watch more ads. And of course there are 'impossible' levels that you literally cannot finish without watching more ads. Sometimes you can bypass the ads and sill get the rewards by spending in-game money, but that only goes so far. Unless you want to spend real money, of course.
