Love this game!

Okay I have played this game for nearly a year now and I can say hands down that this is the only game that I return to day after day. All the live hosts are knowledgeable and entertaining. They play the same hands along with you so they are invested in the outcome…cheering and booing right along with you, while giving you tips on the best way to play. This is a stadium game, meaning that everyone is dealt the same hands but it differs depending on how you play the hand. They give you many opportunities to play completely free. They have daily log in bonuses, friend bonuses and daily drops. There is absolutely NO ADS unless you elect to watch ads for even more free chips! NO ADS! COMPLETELY FREE!! I have gained a lot of friends in the community here due to the chat feature that is ongoing during play. The hosts interact with us and it creates a wonderful opportunity to connect with others. I absolutely love this game!!!!!!

Host Alexis (PETRA) Ruins the Platform

Poor support, don’t even bother chatting with the host “Alexis (Petra)” because she will mute you and silence you if you have an opinion she dosen’t like. Very clear example of Admin Abuse. I almost spent money on this app because I enjoyed the live host feature but I’m glad I didn’t if I knew censorship was apart of this platform. If you’re looking for an authentic live dealer experience rather than one person who’s a “dealer” who can mute you if you say you like “chocolate ice cream over strawberry” then take it to another online casino. Host “Alexis (Petra) ” is terrible and this app would be hundreds of times better if she was removed from the platform. Fun for free to play however don’t even consider spending any money on this platform because the live interaction can censor you without warning . To improve the app I suggest adding additional moderators and unmuting guests when other hosts come on. Just because I have poor relations and a difference of opinions with one host does not mean I should be censored from interacting with the entire app. This app would improve dramatically without her. Otherwise I like the rest of the hosts, particularly the male ones because they maintain the most professionalism while keeping the game fun and engaging. I really hope the developer fixes this and continues bringing more professional hosts on the platform. If you’re looking for professionalism; AVOID ALEXIS (PETRA) AT ALL COSTS.

Black Jack Live is a fun and interactive game….but don’t get too distracted by the live communication that you fail to see what the main objective is…..to keep you buying fake chips with real money, to win more fake chips! Yes you can play without spending your hard earned money but high rollers will eventually open their wallets and purses to the onslaught of purchasing more chips. Remember the old cliche…”the house always wins” well keep that in mind when the dealer keeps getting face cards and aces while you seem to get an endless supply of 12’s…13’s…and 15’s to try and beat the dealer. The game claims to use 6 decks at random, but when the “cheat is on” you will quickly realize that the algorithm is not in your favor. I played until I was well over 100 million chips (some chips purchased but the majority was won) and when the tides turn in the direction of the dealer….multiple consecutive hands were favoring the dealer. Was it a coincidence….I highly doubt it. The app is in this business to generate revenue and judging by the way the cards keep falling…they are doing a great job of collecting real money from players. By all means experience this for yourself…and keep a close eye on your REAL money!

Amazing game with great live hosts!

I was immediately impressed by the games snappy animations and quick turn around between hands and bets. The game supplies you with a generous number of chips and I was quickly hooked. The live chat feature is fun and allows for a sense of community between the people at the table, especially since we’re all playing the same starting hand! All this being said, the best aspect of the game is certainly the live hosts. This is a feature that truly separates this game from other casino style games. The hosts are entertaining and invested into each hand, lamenting with the player over unfortunate hands and celebrating with us when we hit a big win. Couldn’t recommend this game enough to anyone interested in card games!

I play this app every day from when I wake up; all the way up until right before bed! It’s a great pass-time, and there’s so many awesome features that pay you even when you lose and give you free chips all the time!!!!! That part is truly awesome; as well as all the amazing hosts that make this game so much more exciting and relatable!!!! Everyone is really kind, and classy!! Money Grab

Game was good at first then took a turn for the worst quickly. Hosts are great & always quick to help where they can. However after a while of playing you start to notice certain patterns. They claim they have a 90% return rate to players…. Not the case whatsoever, the hands quickly turn against you with more loses then wins 8/10 times. While also claiming the deck is completely generated by a random number generator after each hand. Inviting friends was a hassle too, claiming bonuses & in-game chips for each friend invite. My friend & myself never received anything & followed their steps to the exact extent they ask for. When asking about it I was directed to the help & support where it was not much more help. Never received anything back from them, Emailed again to see if maybe I was missed…. Nope nothing at all! Very displeased with the support & in-game “Algorithm”

Great app but sometimes buggy, which costs players some chips.

I, DaJoker, love this app when it works, but sometimes the app does say that I am disconnected when I am not, and there is a well-known bug where sometimes players “hit” on a 22 or higher. Vegas Tim says that is because a bug happens when players get disconnected or their device doesn't register that they received a card leading them to get a 22 or higher, henceforth they receive yet another card. That bug always has cost the players that haven’t been bugged and are playing normally. Otherwise, this is good, basic 21 which might need a few more sidebets to be just like a regular casino, like the lucky 7s.
