I love playing this game because there are clubs where u meet really nice ppl. That being said there have been so many issues. Starting with the months that customer support would never respond to ppl. We couldn’t get the FB gifts at all. Well they finally fixed that & it seemed to be good for awhile. Then it seems like every time there’s an update they pull something where they limit the bingos you get credit for. This update so far is just another annoyance. Now it costs more tokens & barely get any bingos. Now the one good thing I can say is there have been times that an error or crash has happened & support emailed w/ me & gave me what I lost or made up for the lost things. But I know how much they have to be making off us. Each season Pass (which only lasts a month) is $20 per person. Then there’s the extras like pink tickets, etc. And no you technically don’t have to buy anything. If you don’t pay it’s not very fun to play. Which is fine to a point. I’ve came thisclose to quitting several times. The only reason I stay is the friends. If you don’t have help from others it’s almost impossible to get anywhere. And you don’t get ahead unless you aggressively trade, barter, beg. This is supposed to be fun & relaxing. And overall it is a lot of fun & has great storylines. But maybe ease up on screwing over your customer base.

Update: ok so I am down to a three star. Since the last app update, I literally have to turn my phone off for at least a minute to allow the app to refresh and reset. I have to do this a few times a day. It’s pretty annoying but it doesn’t stop me from playing. I have to admit that it is pretty hard to get a club ball collection. This is where you get points. I have only been able to ever get one collection within the time constraints. Also, there was one time I got a message from the app company rewarding me for coming in first but it didn’t say in what category. I’m still confused as to what I did and I haven’t been able to do this since. I love this game! It’s the first Bingo game I haven’t deleted after two weeks! So this time I figured out that pink tickets can be used to purchase some power ups and puzzle pieces! Yay! I am on level 31 and only figuring this stuff out now! Ok so it took awhile to figure some of the stuff out and that is why I gave the 4 Star. Once I finally did, there are missions and collections that can be worked toward to get more power and it’s been really fun! At the bottom of the screen there is what looked like advertisements for other games but this is where you find the missions. Collect lemonade or ice cream pieces and get rewards.

Adding that Clipwire hasn’t responded to 4 reported crashes/game freezes in 3 days. No reimbursement for losses! These issues are occurring daily and Clipwire has done absolutely NOTHING to correct the programming errors. It’s been happening for well over 10 months!!! I’d bet this review isn’t even posted cuz it’s negative and they manage to ‘lose’ negative reviews!!! Besides the exorbitant increase in cost and totally poor support responses it was a fun game. I‘ve been playing for over 2years and my patronage to their game means nothing! Save your money people! Find a different bingo game that actually cares about its players. They say they want your ideas on how to improve the game but they are only paying lip service!!! Clip wire increased cost to play 200% and took away the one free game that helped players to complete puzzles and bingo pass missions. They have throttled the game rewards so you can only win a specific amount no matter what you spend! Also the game crashes, 99% of the time when game rewards are being given. Poor response from support causing me to loss credits and powerups daily! Then IF they reimburse your loss it’s only a portion of what you actually lost. If you are willing to pay a lot of money, you will make ‘some’ progress in the game, but if you compare what you lose to what you paid you will see you have been robbed by clip wires greedy business practices!

I really do WANT to give this game 5 stars and would happily return to update my review to do that if issues presented here were actually addressed. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, have lots of fun, and have been fortunate enough to even win some first place awards. Aside from that though I have to agree with sentiments that are repeated often in reviews here. Club play is next to impossible. I’ve noticed that club balls regularly come up with numbers I need for a bingo but they never get daubed. What’s up with that? I also hate that you can never complete collections because the game chooses to give you duplicates instead of letting you win the collection. I have made more purchases than I should have. What I’ll say about that is Bingo Story can be quite pricey if you get swept up in the passion of the game, but the return for your purchases is peanuts for pearls. Highway robbery! I agree that you pretty much have to be playing this game 24/7 to achieve anything. Kudos for the graphics. I’d like to see an auto daub boost as when it gets near the end of the game I find it difficult toggling back and forth between screens fast enough and wind up missing out on bingos, power ups, and boosts. This has all the elements of a great game and could easily become the favorite of bingo players if the issues that get repeated in reviews often were addresses.

I have played this game for four years now. Truly enjoyed it until they started making mini changes that benefited themselves not the players they took away Free games was the start of losing a lot of good players. Then many more changes has came about. There is so many of us that attempted a boycott and efforts to get their attention because multiple contacts to support gets nowhere. You get the same computer generated response with no one following up with any explanations. they have put controls down on this game so much you can’t even get a bingo if you’re lucky you might get one for 160 tokens. Their agreed has overcome their care for the players that support them. They had a big glitch in the system during Christmas/new years break and since then they have put a lockdown so much on the game to try to recoup their losses that you can’t get anywhere on the game anymore no matter the amount of money you spend. They also do not consider your suggestions. They say they will pass it on to the team and nothing ever changes. I asked for them to add a feature to allow you to send a message to each of your team members instead of having to do it one by one, I have asked for this for four years, and they still yet to do it. In the beginning, they were great support team and a good game, but not anymore.

Crashes often. Lost many purchased items= Losing real $$!

I honestly do enjoy playing this game, and I never complain about things like this. I work in consumer affairs and have a history of restaurant management, so I get what it’s like to work in customer service. Unfortunately it crashes all of the time. During these crashes, all of the items used in a game or lost. I used to receive the items back when I would load back into the app, however that seems to no longer be the case. It’s like that feature is just gone, possibly in an update. I have spent actual money on power ups and bingo tokens so many times just to have them lost in one of the inevitable unbelievably frequent crashes. Finally I was so fed up that I contacted support, and received a response that I should try to delete the app and re-download. Of course, I had done that a million times at that point. So it was insulting to have such a lack of concern from support for the fact that money spent is just being taken away in these crashes. I wasn’t expecting anything really in return, but I was told they were going to investigate the crashes and provided them with the exact time frames of when the crashes occurred and items were lost as requested. A response of delete and reinstall the app was ridiculous to me. Low rating because of the crashes.

I absolutely love this game . As a matter of fact this is the 1st game I’ve ever made a power up purchase for . That being said , I’m very sad that we make tons of friends, but the only gifts we can send ie pu tickets and others we can only send to Facebook friends! It’s quite difficult to finish any puzzles unless you play all day and night . The tournaments also you have to play all day and night to get anywhere . In the club room you can’t get the collection, because you get same items , it’s difficult enough without getting same items . It’s very very difficult to chat with friends ! You have to use the mailbox. I have played 3 games that have just kept going past the last bingo , I’ve lost tickets club balls and power ups because of this . I’ve contacted support and they say more information is needed ! What am I supposed to do keep a journal. Like I said this game is really really fun , but some CHANGES need to be made . Especially if you legitimately win and they won’t do anything except say more information is needed omg it just happened again! I won a chest and a bingo and they’re now saying I need an internet connection! How the heck do they think I’ve been playing! Ugh as much as I reall like the game I’m going to have to get rid of it ,!!

Too expensive to play, no changes to games in years. If you’re looking for a fun game this isn’t it.

I’ve played this game for many years now. It used to be fun but if you were looking for a fun game this is not it anymore. You get bombarded with ads, the cost of tokens or anything if you choose to buy something is ridiculous. You get on the team that you like and they’re hoping you stay because of that team. Their puzzles are the same as they have been for many years even though they say new ones are coming. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made the same puzzle over and over. They started something called Royal blast that just takes all your pinks. You can’t win and you just lose every token you have trying. But that’s OK they’ll sell you more and the cost are for the tokens and the pinks are expensive. It cost a lot of tokens to be able to play. All the games now when you’re playing you have to shut down an ad when it the pops up in between each game. They want $1.99 a month to make this go away. Since when do you have ads in between games? Everything costs so much it really is not worth it. They will not change and they try at least once a year to get more money out of us. If you’re looking for a fun game, keep looking these guys have gotten too greedy and do not care about fun…
