Was Great Until It Wasn’t…

I really enjoyed playing this game but as soon as I made it to one dollar everything froze and it wouldn’t load up or let me press the screen or anything, I thought maybe it was just a bad reception so I restarted the game and nothing still happened.. I had to literally uninstall twice and reinstalled twice.. this game would’ve been great if it wasn’t for it freezing up 24 seven.. that needs to be fixed..

These guys banned me when I try to make my first withdrawal. Moments later when I submitted my withdrawal, I got a generic email saying that I will be banned for cheating? They sent me roughly 15 points on where I may have violated… I read through them several times and have not violated. It was just so odd that they banned me instantly from their discord and game. I tried to message the guy who works there privately on discord about my situation. To look more into this and even offered to provide whatever proof or speak to them via call if needed. I requested to speak to CEO as well cos I liked this game that much lol. He said the decision is final and they left it at that… Imagine playing a game that seemed too good to be true. The platform seemed great first, I also made some great reviews prior to all this (they reward you for leaving fluffed up reviews), I invited several people to the platform, and I even stuck up for the game developers on discord when the community was lashing out on them… but all this doesn’t matter. They still treated me with injustice. I felt like I was robbed. I deposited some money and I couldn’t even use all of it before I was banned. I guess it just all comes down to staying profitable for them. Furthermore, I went back to the rest of the reviews on here and there seems to be a pattern— people have been banned before for similar reasons. This game has been around for years but still has not taken off compared to other bingo games I wonder why…

This is the worst there is unfair gameplay going on here this is crazy I know how to play bingo very well and I am not a sore loser no you tell me I how I had one number left on my board and used all my perks in my doubles and my extra time and all that and my score was 23,000 a little over 23,000 and my opponent was 97,000 over 97,000 then you tell me how that’s possible that is ridiculous I still have money on there that I put on there I don’t want the money you guys need to keep it yourselves and do something about your crappy game I will not recommend this game to anyone is matter fact I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this game and I don’t wanna hear any excuses! because there are none and I’m not saying I’m the best player out there but like I said I am not a sore loser well maybe I am when the other person‘s scores 70,000 more than I do that’s not possible I wonder what you have to do to get that kind of favor from this game whatever it is I’m not gonna do it! And the only reason why I even put one star was because I had to to even put a comment on here!

Played for a short time bc almost immediately I saw the signs of fraud scam game. Same issues as everybody else game shuts down steals money, losing by incredibly impossible higher score with blackout and lots of time like 50k my score to 98k bot fake player score, replay button doesn’t work when gameplay seems fishy suspected bot fake player and score seems impossible or if game doesn’t give you the 2x bonus or when game shuts down in middle of gameplay and steals money.. my experience feels like I’m just echoing everyone else’s awful experience that does not get response & resolutions from customer service. Bottom line. This is Another fraudulent scam game that should be canceled and all their games deleted.

So I thought winning money and then my app starts closing it would take the money and I would lose and then I deposit more money and I did it immediately on a big game and then when I emailed them twice no response they took away my account because I told him I was gonna report them do not download them they’re just a scamUpdate be emailed me back very rude very short didn’t tell me who it was and just goes we’re working on it thanks that’s very unprofessional and when I asked for my refund back for the games that I lost because it close the app and I didn’t get to play they wouldn’t answer me and they never gave me my refund I should not have to pay for something I didn’t get to play don’t download this app

This game is ran correctly. At least it seems no bots. Haven’t withdrawn anything yet but lost a few and have won some. I have Bern so disappointed with alit of the games as when you play a dollar you win sometimes but if you have a chance of winning big you never win. This one here seems like it’s fair. I think it’s a great app snd the voice of caller is awesome. Speed bingo thank god!

Not here to complain about rigged games or strange scores. I actually did very well and withdrew a few thousand within a few days. They never paid me, and then suddenly froze my account for an "investigation." They never updated me on their so-called investigation and refuse to respond to any of my emails. It's been about two months, so there's about zero chance they'll follow up now. Don't waste your time on this app! They're scammers. And eGoGames, please don't bother replying to this review telling me to contact your support. Everything I send to that support email gets ignored, since y'all are scammers that don't pay what you owe.

I’ve found problems with all of their games. IJS. In this particular game I couldn’t help but notice that some of the numbers that were not on my card were called twice. For those who don’t see how janky that is…they did it so time would run out. I couldn’t believe how my numbers weren’t even being called. So I had to see for myself where I went wrong. How about the replay button don’t work. Which is a problem with all there games. The only replay that DID play was in 21. But in 21 I don’t want to see my hand. I want to see how my opponent scored 10,000 when my score was only 2,000.
