Great gam, when everything is functional...

I have been playing this game for at least 2-5 years and no complaints. Now, 2020, there is nothing but problems with the 6 hour timer on the requests that has been going like 18 hours and now it only works if you say something in the comments. I have and a few times it either went to ready to use or at least started to count down the time. Now, today I go to play my three challenge bingo’s and guess what????????? Not only is my team only 6 of the 30 members we “had” but now I’m not one of those six so I can’t even play today. Our team is in 4th place which around 30,000 points. But teams 1,2, & 3 are between 120,000 to 150,000 points so with 3 of 6 players showing we will never reach any of these first three teams. We have always been in the Top 5 winners. What in the world is happening in and with this game? Very upsetting and aggravating with this mess. Can you please fix the game and just let us play without SOOOOOOOOOOO many issues Please??? One other thought; there has got to be a way to purchase or earn more food items so you can complete the customers without it taking months to fill just one customer’s order!!! Thanks

The game starts off for new players at a fast pace giving you new things to try out and win rewards from. You quickly progress and are unlocking all these new fun events and features. And it’s great! Until all of a sudden you are struggling to get cash. Cash is needed only for playing the bingo games. And cash is the ONLY resource I struggle to get enough of to play maybe 4-5 bingo cards. Which in reality is nothing for gameplay. Your chances of getting a bingo on 5 cards is not very high and I often won’t get anything out of it. So I loose cash quickly and I gain cash in miniscule amounts. Most rewards don’t give anything over like 300 cash if you’re lucky! And after you get playing, the bingo cards cost at least 300. So I can’t even playin hopes to get more cash and the other ways to get cash are achievements and quests, BUT you have to play bingo to complete these. And again the amount of cash given is nothing… I literally can’t play until I get a daily gift or something and then I’m praying I get a bingo or win some quests to start gathering up some cash. And the prices are ridiculous in this game. For like 1000 cash it’s like ten dollars! In no way is that worth the money at all. And the cheapest option for a couple dollars is barely enough for one bingo game….

I really like this game but I can’t get anyone to talk to me , I go to app support it tells me that it’s been turned off or shut down . I’m having a problem signing in to my original account again. About a week ago I had a major problem with Facebook loosing my account, they couldn’t find and after a weeek of going back and forth not taking with a person but anyway I just started a new account. But before I did that I also lost the ability to log into some well most of my games you being one them which we finally got that fixed. So after I started another FB account about maybe 45 to an hour ago I logged on to your ,My Bingo game and it ask me to sign in with FB which I didn’t think I’d have a problem but you set me back to level one again I want my old account back and then I think you need to talk to FB about figure out a better way so people like don’t loose everything, PLEASE HELP ME THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU

New players have the advantage

This is actually a really fun bingo game. However, in the events and and little side games the cards cost less for new players, and the lower level players are able to gather a lot more of items needed for an event. Once you reach a certain level the price of the cards jumps from 50 bingo bucks to 100, (and I’m not talking about the main journey gameplay, it makes sense that those card prices go up). I know this, because after spending more real money than I care to admit and running out of bingo bucks within a half an hour, I closed out the app and logged in another way, so I could start new. Sure thing… with the new account I leveled up in the event faster than I could blink, while I struggled collecting anything in my higher level game. Why not make it so everyone, low level and higher level players, have the same chances at winning and paying the same prices for the side puzzles? It would be a 5 star rating from me if everyone had the same chances. But I guess that is how they hook new players. It makes me sad, but I may just end up deleting the app because the money grab is ridiculous. Sure, you can play without spending anything. For about 5 minutes a day… 10 if you’re lucky and can win a round or two.

Keeps stopping mid round

This game is ok and several things stop me from calling it anything better than that. 1) the in game cost per card is pretty high compared to the number of bingos I get per round (2 if I’m lucky-more often none or 1) so you run out of “money” pretty quickly. I stopped playing for a month and just logged in to collect my daily money so I could build up enough to play for awhile. 2) some of the caller voices are irritating/difficult to understand based on the way they say the numbers. Yes, I’m talking about you, creepy little girl voice caller. If People can’t tell the difference between the way you say 17 and 70 there is an issue. 3) for some reason I keep getting a “lost network connection” notification several times in each round. Yes, the system eventually catches up and auto daubs missed numbers but it doesn’t build up your power up meter and it throws off your odds of getting a bingo before they’re all gone. It’s really frustrating. I think I’m going to play off the ticket money that I currently have and then delete the game. There’s a lot of bingo apps out there to try and this one hasn’t won me over.

Can’t really play the game without spending money

This game was a ton of fun at the beginning! It was quick paced and the app is nicely set up. I was accumulating tickets and power up regularly, leveling up, etc... I love the game itself. However as I got a little bit farther into the game, it became impossible to make any progress. You’re given a very small daily bonus of tickets to play bingo. It ends up only being enough for 4-5 bingo cards. If you don’t win on one of those cards you might as well close the app and wait 24 more hours for your next bonus. It’s impossible to make any progress in the game without actually playing bingo. If you never have any tickets, you can’t play bingo. So you can’t complete any of the achievements to earn tickets either. Therefore, the game just kind of sits on my phone taking up space while I hope that maybe i’ll get lucky soon and get more tickets from something. They want you to buy the tickets and power ups, for a ridiculous price, as if spending money on games wasn’t already ridiculous... I want to play this game because I like it a lot. It’s too bad that It has been set up in a way that you can’t really even play the game.

Keep making it worse, not better

[August 11, 2021] They seem to be trying really hard to make the game worse as a means to force you to spend money. They keep “adding new features” which really means, taking anything that rewarded you and making it so that you get next to nothing. You know, I’m not against paying for in-app purchases on games I play frequently, but only if the cost is reasonable for what you get. In the last update, they ruined the team chest challenge and created a “grocery store”. To give you a sense of how bad this is: it took me 40,000 game bucks to gather 100 crown/medallion thingies (and that was with winning a decent number of the bingo games). The reward for 100 crowns? 180 game bucks! Hmmm… WHAT???These guys somehow think that $10 (real dollars) is reasonable for 2 rounds of bingo that might take 5 minutes. Insane! Offer 10,000 bucks for $1 and you would be on to something. You are WAAAY over-valuing what you offer. Keep making these so-called “improvements” and you will have lost this player forever. Seriously. On that note, their customer support is NON-EXISTENT. I have NEVER received a reply to any query or issue. Ever.

People are having difficulty opening rich hall; why can’t people pick the frame from the chest in the wheel if they landed with the chest was yesterday; days before battle season ended lucky 🍩🍪 disappears; people don’t always get their tokens back if they get forced out and pathetic and want people to lose their power up’s & if you try to go back looks like it was timed out and they don’t give you back the tokens; unlimited power up’s earn more power up’s and you don’t use all the instant bingos nor double daubs. Mostly everything is becoming payments; hate the clown; hard to win gold or magic cards or 5 star doggy bags From card sprint; everyone is getting bored with the same battle collection games from previous battle seasons; why can’t people ask for the new cards from the new card file tab that was added to the other card file tabs? When keep hesitating the gold card 1000 shells; risky and it happened to be duplicate; clown game also gave duplicate cards; no new 5 star cards & duplicate gold cards.
